The Vets - At Home Pet Care in Miami

I am so happy we found Dr McDonald her and staff care about your pet a myself. Love the way she treats my baby. I will recommend them 100%.

Within 3 days of first contacting support via email, I had Dr. Topf come to my home to see my senior cat. They have a support team that seemingly works around the clock, as I would get quick responses via email as late as 11:30 PM and as early as 8 AM in my experience. Originally, they were able to get me in about 1.5-2 weeks out. However, I received an email that they had an opening for the same day, and I responded only about an hour before the appointment time confirming the time was okay (I wasn't able to check my email earlier).

They were able to make it here and the exam went really well. Dr. Topf came to my home with 1 vet tech assistant. They were really respectful, professional, and knowledgeable. They come into your home, so there is no need to bring your pet to a truck. They brainstormed ways with me on how to improve/manage my cat's health and gave me choices on the prescription that I could choose to try or not.

They also gave me choices regarding testing and procedures that could be done and were completely open, honest and respectful of my input, feedback and decisions. I really felt like an important member of the team regarding my cat's health where my experiences with my cat's health were valued. I was not simply a by-stander that had to do exactly what they decided upon on their own, and felt looked down upon if my decision differed from what they thought, as was my experience with previous vets.

Also important to me is that I am able to order a prescription for my cat anywhere of my choosing, such as Chewy, and not have to go through a price-gouging website that some vets affiliate themselves with and force you to order from so they can get a cut of the purchase. I am so happy to have found The Vets, and will certainly be my vet of choice.

They also have weekend appointments for an increased price. Hats off to their support team who worked with me to answer all of my questions as well as an incredible vet that made me and my cat feel great.

I will recommend this to all pet owners , super friendly, knowledgeable, ready n prepare staff , on time !! My cat felt really good around them .... If you have pets this is the people to go

Couldn't be happier that we found The Vets and scheduled them for an appointment for our cat. Dr. Macias and her Tech Assistant Jessica were absolutely fantastic. We have always taken our pets to the vet's office in the past but for this animal we felt much better having a vet come to our home. Best decision we could have made. Let The Vets take away all of your angst and stress about getting your pet to the doctor. Thank you The Vets for such great care.

They came out to meet by pupper even though we're out of their network area. They were professional and amazing! Will absolutely be calling them again.

We have an eight month old puppy who originally began his life seeing a different Veterinarian. Then we found the Vets of Tampa and Dr. McDonald. We were so pleased to find this office. We were hesitant to have our dog neutered, but we were so reassured by the Vets and Dr. McDonald. The entire staff is so pleasant and caring about our dog and the other pets that come into the office. Dr. McDonald herself called me as soon as our dog was out of surgery and reassured me that he was doing fine.

It is so wonderful when a doctor calls a nervous parent. When he did get home, I was nervous how he was acting. I called the office and Dr. McDonald had me come in right away and told me everything was fine and that I could rest easily. I am so happy we found this office, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a Veterinarian.

Awesome experience. My dog was relaxed, we didn’t have to spend hours in a waiting room. Prices were actually lower than going to vet’s office. I also liked than nothing unnecessary was pushed on us. Only what we beeded

I was looking for an at home visit for my pet and I am glad I stumbled upon The Vets! I was able to snag an appointment same day for my pup who has an ear infection. They arrived promptly and before the time slated due to a cancellation which worked out even better and took care of my pup as if she was their own! I have to say the level of professionalism was superb and they even walked me through how to clean her ears and apply her medication.

They are well worth the price, which is less than i would have paid at my general vet clinic, to have them check out both my pups from the comfort of my home as one pup has anxiety so home visits are amazing. I would highly recommend The Vets to anyone who is in search of an in home visit! I want to thank Jennifer and Dr. Veronica Gomez for making the whole experience pleasant for my pups!

I haven't taken him to the vet in 2 years because I don't want him to be stressed or sedated anymore. He's been losing some weight recently and it's making me nervous.

We had a scheduling mistake but that was quickly rectified and the customer service representative was excellent. Dr. Gomez and Jennifer were AMAZING! They were punctual, professional and just awesome with my not-so-happy-to-be-examined kitty. But they were great with him and even gave him breaks when needed. This was definitely a much less stressful experience for him and the cost was just about the same (possibly a bit less) then a trip to an office. I'm switching all my pets (I've got 3 more senior pets and an adult kitty) over to The Vets! 5 STAR! Highly recommend!

My dog Benny and I love The Vets of Tampa. They are so caring and attentive towards my dog, especially with his shy and stubborn personality. We just moved to the Tampa area and finding a reliable vet was very important to me.

What an amazing vet! This place is definitely a MUST for your doggy needs! 5 stars all across the board. Their staff is super friendly and kind, they can sometimes take you in same day or next day. The service is very quick and efficient. You are greeted to clean and spacious office. The rooms are very big to accommodate big pets, the room is set up with a goody bag for you and your pet.

The vet comes to examine your loved pet and gives you a variety of options to fit your budget and pets needs. Their service are very reasonable and very flexible. They offer payment options through your mobile device so you are in and out in no time. No waiting in lines or waiting in case you are on the go. I have come here two times with my doggy and he loves it. No more doggy fearing going to the doctors! It is an absolutely great office!

The mobile vet and her assistant were great! They were caring, professional and personable. They made me feel comfortable and that my kitties were in good hands. The vet answered all of my questions which put me at ease. Also the convenience of the home visit was such a life saver! My kitties needed to be seen but getting them into carriers, driving to the vet, then waiting in the reception while the cats were freaking out because of the dogs that were also waiting to be seen was just too much to deal with.

The fees charged were also very affordable and certainly were a factor in choosing a mobile vet service. This was my fist experience with a home vet visit and will be my go-to in future visits! Thank you The Vets of Dallas!

We just had the best experience. we had a home vet visit from The Vets and let me tell you - it was an amazing visti, not only for us but for our pets. Our Cat, Diablo, especially - since this was his first-ever vet visit. Being a past feral/domesticated cat, I was worried that this was going to be a total circus. Boy, was I wrong! He was given a full exam, got chipped and received all his shots.

They treated him efficiently, with lots of kindness and care, and made the whole ordeal as easy on him as possible. I love that I did not have to worry about his stress level. Both the vet Melissa (Dr. Magnotta) and the vet assistant Taylor were amazing. So much so, that we are going to continue to use them as our primary vet services. Our dog love them too.

I recently added a new pup to the family and my sister would not stop recommending the vets of Tampa to me. So I finally took her advice and was very surprised when I arrived. The staff is an absolute pleasure to talk to, they made me and Mia feel right at home. We arrived 30 minutes before the visit and were assisted seconds after walking through the door. If your looking for great quality service, this is the place for you.

Was very glad to find this service. They helped to my beautiful pet, answered all my questions and gave me a piece of mind. That’s all we need in the moment like that. Super nice and easy going people

Omg 😱 I don’t have any words to express my happiness. 1) The relieve to watch what they do to your pet, knowing exactly what is happening in front of you, not waiting for a while in a lobby, or dropping off your pet and not knowing how they handle your dog, 2) Vet Dr. Macias was very profesional and you can tell she is very compassionate & patient with animals, her team also was very professional. I LOVED ♥️♥️♥️ this service. I’ll recommend it to anyone that has been a victim of a cruelty after a visit to the Vet.

Super impressed by this company thus far 🙌. After explaining situation with my kitty around 4 pm, I was able to set appt for 9 am the next morning. The Doctors showed up on time, very professional, very caring and knowledgeable. Handled my kitten very gently and answered my questions extensively. Covered every angle between two shots to help ease her situation and provided pro biotic to further ease her issue. Still waiting on results of blood work to know where we go from here and how situation is to handled. I give them five star review and highly recommend .
