We managed to secure a same-day appointment, and every staff member we interacted with exuded friendliness. There was no sense of them pushing unnecessary services; rather, they demonstrated a genuine concern for our cat's well-being. While we hope to avoid another visit for the near future, we wouldn't hesitate to return for any of our cat's health requirements.

Dr. Brown is amazing. Our cat was recently diagnosed with CKD and we decided we needed to take her to a cat only vet. Wow, this place is amazing!!! The Cat Care Clinic really understands cats! All the staff are cat lovers and they are gentle and kind. The clinic itself is quiet and calming. The front house staff is friendly, professional and efficient. Dr. Brown is absolutely wonderful. She is kind, compassionate, professional and very knowledgeable. We feel 100000000% comfortable with Dr. Brown and completely trust her treatment suggestions. If you have a cat, this is the place to take them.

I am a newly widowed mother of 3 under 13. I am a cat and dog owner. We have never encountered health problems with our furry babies. This past week, our #1 cat, the one that made our family cat lovers, was diagnosed with a blocked bladder.
Me being a single income house hold, I found my self in deep trouble. These doctors, and staff including owners and managers, all came together to help our Cheeto. I can't express enough how much time, effort and love this place has done to make sure our Cheeto gets the correct and best care. I highly Recommend this care clinic.

There are not enough good things to say about the cat care clinic. I've been bringing my cat here since 2017 when I loved to socal. The staff has always been so welcoming, professional, knowledable, and very loving to my cat. Sadly my cat passed away on 2022 and I thank every single person who was there for spooky taking care of her. Dr Kiser was the main vet to spooky when she was at the end of her life. I highly recommend her. Now I have two new kittens in my life and look forward to many happy years for them and bringing them for their check ups.

Took my baby Oreo in today for a lion cut and shave as he had a couple knots in his fur. He looks adorable and is much happier now! The staff was very kind and informative. I appreciate the vet for educating us on a healthy diet for Oreo. If you're looking for a vet/cat groomer; I recommend this place. I will be bringing my other kitties here for sure!

I had a perfectly healthy cat for 13 years, and when she suddenly wasn't so healthy, I took her to the Cat Care Clinic. That was an excellent decision! Dr. Mills was so kind and patient with me as I asked her a million questions about how to take care of my ailing cat. When it was time to say goodbye to her, Dr. Mills couldn't have been any more caring, considerate, and compassionate with our very loved kitty and our family.

She didn't even laugh at my insanely swollen eyes that were the size of golf balls from crying. She and her team (shoutout to Cherie and Erica) we're professional all the way and we felt like we were all in good hands. They made a difficult process as easy as it could be. We will be back again with a new kitty someday soon!

The staff is warm and seem to genuinely like cats. They've been so good to my senior cat, who was very sick 2 weeks ago but is now pretty much back to herself. My only complaint is with the constant waiting, and like any visit to a doctors office, expect delays. The staff does their best but just the sheer volume of clients cause delays. Even with the waiting, I still highly recommend this clinic for your kitty's care.

This is a great vet that specializes in cats, these people are the best, if your cat has medical needs I highly recomended this place, they will take good care of your kitty.

Excellent cat care. We moved to to Long Beach recently and we were having trouble finding a new vet locally. Instead, we consistently still make the drive for excellent care for a vet we really trust for our two kitties. We have two happy and healthy kitties because we are happy to know they have excellent care.

I have been using this cat care clinic since my move from Santa Barbara three years ago. I have to say I'm pretty picky when it comes to my cat but these people have been wonderful. I have a large Persian cat if not groomed regularly can be quite a challenge. They've been great and the prices seem very fair. I highly recommend this business. Susan Margaret

I cant, , for the life of me, remember why I stopped bringing my cat here. I live 25 min away and maybe I didn't like the drive but I'll ensure not to make the same mistake, again. This is THE best cat veterinarian office in OC, maybe even SoCal. I've volunteered in rescues, fostered, and individually saved hundreds of cats. I say this to tell everyone I have NEVER experienced better care, compassion, and investment in my animal's well-being than I have here.

My 11 year old boy, Dino, has a variety of health issues. From allergies to lumbrosacral disease, it's been a struggle to improve his well being. Dr. Brown is a caring and attentive vet. The office has since called me twice to check in on Dino. In all my years of owning animals and nonstop vet visits, I've never had any office seemingly care so deeply. While you are paying more for a vet visit than a standard practice, you are also receiving your money worth. Highly recommend these folks.

Always professional yet personal. No matter who I speak to, they know my cat's names. Would recommend to all cat owners. A cat only vet is the best option. Plus they have an in house groomer. All around care for my precious felines.

So glad I started bringing my cat here, in the last 8 months since I started bringing her she has just improved so much in her health. They are so thorough here, so caring, professional and friendly. They treat each cat like it's their own and have empathy for each of them. I would never go anywhere else after finding this place.

Dr. Star and her teammates are awesome! They provide an above and beyond care for my Sebastian. Sebastian is my 17 year old tabby. They were able to get him in quickly and the care and detailed doctor to patient explanation was exactly what I needed. 10/10 would recommend

Most of the bad reviews I see are based on not getting an appointment as a new client. They're not wrong, I was lucky to get an appointment, but it's worth getting in their system. At that time, they were only taking new clients if it was an emergency and if you could accommodate their sudden and random availability. Other than that, it should be a smooth process.

Their COVID check-in process was quick and efficient. I arrived near my appointment time and waited to be checked in from my car. Once inside, the vet examined my cat and provided a list of necessary and supplemental treatments that I could choose from. The vet and assistants were all very gentle and affectionate to my cat Coco the entire time we were there.

After the visit, they followed up with phone calls and emails to make sure Coco had responded to the treatment well and felt better. In another instance, Coco had eaten something she shouldn't have, and I was unsure if she needed to go to the vet. I called, and we evaluated the issue quickly and conveniently through email. "76666666Y;LLLLLLLL." - Coco coincidentally jumped on my laptop while writing my review. Coco is doing well, thanks to them!

Second update: Our precious little Dasie passed away this morning, exactly one month after her diagnosis of an abdominal mass. I called The Cat Care Clinic before they opened and left a message. They called back within a few minutes and we're very caring. They got us an appt. at 10 am. Our kitty didn't make it until then so we went in early.

As soon as we walked in, they got us a room and Dr. Brown came in to see us quickly. She gently verified that Dasie was gone and let us say goodbye. We got a paw print and it was over. We still had to wear masks, but at least we both got to be there with our fur baby at the end. Up to four stars now since they were very considerate this time around.

I cant say enough good things about The Cat Care Clinic! They removed a tumor from our cat's toe a couple of years ago, and followed up with a phone call assuring us that everything went well, and that Underfoot would do just fine with one missing toe! Then 2 weeks ago, our Underfoot declined so rapidly in one day that we rushed him into the clinic, and we were told that he was in respiratory failure, and that it was his time to cross over the Rainbow Bridge.

They professionally and lovingly put him down. Today we received a very touching sympathy card, personalized for Underfoot, signed by the whole staff. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your compassionate care of our beloved cat. Gail and Eric Anderson

I was so blessed to come across this clinic. My beloved Tigre was very ill and his previous vet felt very detached from him. Idk if that makes sense. However we took a chance and brought him here. They gave me the unfortunate news that he was in the last stages of kidney failure. That's not something anyone wants to hear. Tigre was the love of my life. EVERYONE at the cat care clinic was nothing but kind and understanding.

They walked me through how to make his last days the most comfortable. And when it was time to say goodbye to him they showed nothing but compassion and kindness to my husband and I. Even up to the day when we picked up his ashes. They have always been so gracious. It's hard to even talk about it because we miss Tigre so much.but their kind deeds need to be acknowledged. Thank you all so much. It goes without saying that we highly recommend this clinic. The staff is amazing, understanding, compassionate and kind.

All of the employees here are always friendly, attentive, and very caring of all my cats. My most recent visit I had to take one of my cats for a follow up after an emergency surgery. Always great service!

My wife and I have been using Cat Care Clinic for about six months now, but my experience today is what sealed us as repeat customers. I went in to pick up prescription cat food and entered to a rather rude customer practically mansplaining his cat's issues to the staff and made a couple remarks that were borderline sexist. What impressed me was how professional and composed the staff stayed, especially the vet speaking with this man.

They assisted him and the same vet helped me with our cat's food, updated my wife's personal information, and helped get a new prescription copy. I know that rude customers happen everywhere, but the staff deserved to be recognized for keeping their composure and maintain their business integrity. We'll be back!

Amazing place. They are friendly at the front desk and the staff shows concern for our needs. And they continously checked up on us after our visit to get a status update on the health and well being of my cat. : overly satisfied

Everyone here was very very nice. Even when we unfortunately lost two of our foster kittens they were very sincere in every word. They even tried to help in getting us in with one of the kittens but they were already so overwhelmed, But they referred us to other places.

Amazing vet. I've had bad experiences in the past with vets who simply weren't experienced enough with cats and mal diagnosed my kitty. Luckily I went to the cat care clinic and dr. Star was amazing and so thorough. The level of care is truly high and the prices are very reasonable. All the staff at the front are so sweet and caring. You truly feel at home. I have taken three of my cats here to Dr. Kaiser. She is an amazing vet, so knowledgeable and kind. She really takes the time to get to know about your cat, and is very patient with explaining everything that needs to be done to keep your cat healthy and well. Our entire family had Covid19 in December and it was soooooo horrible. At the same time, my little girl cat got really really sick and would not eat, looked horrible and was going to the bathroom random places. It was at the worst time. The Cat Care Clinic was so awesome by helping me with her even knowing that I was sick with Covid19. They had a procedure for dealing with it and they did not give up on her.

I brought in my old girl to have them basically confirm what my heart already understood; it was time to say goodbye. My baby was brushed and her nails were trimmed even though we already knew her fate. They treated her so good. This was very difficult for me to handle emotionally and they made me feel so relaxed and comfortable.

Everyone here at the cat care clinic is so nice and sweet, and even better they consistently express how much they genuinely care for my babies , always happy to see them for their check-ups etc.! Anastasia and Cherie and soo many of the others have gone above and beyond for me, such great customer service! I've been very happy with Dr. Kiser as well, she's thorough in her investigations and very kind and compassionate working with my kitties and even talking to me about them! I'm a first time cat owner for almost 2 years now and just made the switch over to The Cat Care Clinic few months ago. We brought our ragdoll cat Molly in for a check up since we were noticing unusual behavior in her. We are SO grateful for Dr. Mills. She is so knowledgeable, caring, and takes the time to explain everything. After being on a treatment plan, my cat is now better than ever. ALL of the staff members are super nice and patient as well. I would highly recommend!

These are definitely the cat experts & they are the only place I'd take my cats for veterinary care in OC.

We had to take our cat in for a behaviorist consultation. Our cat has been spraying in the house for years off & on & we're trying to figure out how to stop him. The doctor was great trying to figure this out with us and give us multiple ideas on how to curb his behavior. We did not know we had to have both our vaccines for the COVID-19 shots to be able to come in the clinic in person.

The consultation was done over the phone with her having our cat Sammy in the clinic.She did a thorough work up and checked him and said he was just as healthy as could be. We have a follow up visit in three weeks to see if the ideas she and us came up with will help. But I feel very confident talking to her that her ideas are excellent and will help a lot.

I searched all of Southern California to choose a vet. I read every yelp review for every vet. Some of the reviews I read were terrifying. Cat care clinic had the best reviews and as I read them I already felt at ease. I have a 13-year-old sweet loving cat that was having respiratory issues. He was a rescue feral kitten. Took years to earn his trust.

I knew I couldn't take him to somewhere noisy that had dogs so I had to try to find somewhere that just took cats. I was able to get through to cat care clinic and get him in quickly. That in itself seemed a miracle! The girl on the phone was a sweetheart and then the tech that came out to pick him up was so kind and loving and assured me he would be in a quiet place.

The doctor called me twice and talked me through everything that was going on. It was Dr. Brown and I am so in love with her already! She has the sweetest voice and she really took the time to make sure I understood everything that was going on with my baby. I will need to come back in two weeks and I'm bringing my other two cats for check ups. This is my new vet and this is my new happy place! Last week I had to bring my cat in for what turned out to be a UTI. I was in a pinch, but fortunately they were able to get me in on the same morning! They got him diagnosed quickly and gave me all the treatment he would need for a reasonable price. All of the staff were very friendly and kind, and the doctor was very helpful and gave me detailed explanations. I am so grateful for their help with my sweet cat!

Called the Cat Care Clinic after my regular vet couldn't see us for a while, and was lucky enough to get an appointment. It was the best thing that could have happened for our Bosscat! The staff and Dr Wexler-Mitchell were amazing! The fact that they truly care about their patients is so heart-warming, I wish I had found them sooner. Dr. Wexler-Mitchell called on Sunday to check on us! Who does this anymore?! Thankfully, the meds are working and her swollen lip is getting much better, she's back to her bossy self. Thank you Cat Care Clinic team!

When my cat passed away two weeks ago, I struggled to find a vet that would perform an necropsy so I could identify what happened to her. She died very suddenly and was only 2.5 yrs. Savannah was finally able to give me good news that they could perform the necropsy as well as the cremation. They also offered to send me a ceramic paw print as part of their services.

They have a wait in your car check in process which I appreciated. Savannah was very kind throughout the process and the vet called me about 3 hours later to let me know that my cat had died of a heart attack stemming from HCM (common in ragdolls). Some of the hospitals I called wanted to charge $1000-$2000 for the necropsy and cremations were over $100. I paid less than $250 for both procedures here for my kitty. I'm so grateful that they were able to squeeze me in despite how busy they seemed to be. Thank you.

Did a complete check on him and found him to be healthy. Surprised us. We were afraid he had diabetes because he's been drinking a lot and peeing a lot. Apparently he's just thirsty and pees a lot. Got him in immediately when he had a cough and got him started on meds despite not seeing obvious signs of bronchitis.

Of course he's a talkative fellow and apparently he was quite chatty during his examination and x-rays. But he's stopped coughing so much, so whatever they gave him on seems to be working. He was a bit offended for not getting an 'atta boy' for losing 5 lbs in the past 2 1/2 months and still being called fat. Well, not fat, but obese. I'm sure all his complaining was about how we are starving him to death.

But in all seriousness they are really good at following up to make sure tubby is doing well. They truly care about the health of our cats. And everyone we've been in contact with has been friendly and very kind both to us and tubs (Aka Turbo). If you've got cats, I highly recommend this clinic. Just cats. No dogs. Just cats. Even fat ones. Or the larger boned and pleasantly plump variety.

This place is hands down the best vet clinic I have ever been to. Our cat McFly had been bitten by a coyote and our regular vet refused to see him as they were "too busy". While looking for a new local vet, I came across The Cat Care Clinic on Yelp. I read such great reviews about this place that I thought I would take my cat here to be seen. When I called to make an appointment, the receptionist immediately gathered information and talked to the vet doctor who informed us our cat needed to be seen ASAP.

Our cat was seen within 30 minutes of the call and they took very good care of him. The front office staff, vet assistant, and the veterinarian were beyond amazing. They communicated everything with me, would not proceed with doing anything to my cat unless I knew about it, and I knew the cost of everything up front. No hidden charges and no up-selling tactics. McFly was sedated, stitched up, and feeling better within a few hours of coming home.

I am so lucky that we found this place and I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Also, I have used a few other clinics in Orange County and this place is by far the most reasonable for their prices. Believe the other Yelp reviews, this place is amazing.

Wonderful Clinic, staff who genuinely care for your cat. Very nice grooming and careful attention to our cats health with thorough details. We had been meeting with Dr. Brown since our 1st visit a few years ago until the recent passing of our cat. During the most difficult time we felt comfortable knowing we were with people who truly love cats. Thank you Dr. Brown and all the Cat Care Clinic Staff. You are the best!

I have a very moody cat who is especially aggressive at vet visits. We noticed mats in Gucci's fur and I needed to find a groomer that would be able to sedate her. After numerous calls, I was referred to the Cat Care Clinic. They were extremely helpful on the phone, agreed to sedate Gucci for the grooming and was able to get us scheduled in a very reasonable amount of time.

The doctor, staff and groomer were all very kind and I was impressed with how they calmly handled my aggressive kitty. We asked for the lion cut and the groomer did not disappoint! Gucci is so adorable!!! Even having to remove a mat in the mane, the groomer was able to make Gucci's mane look fabulous!! I strongly recommend the Cat Care Clinic! They have made a repeat customer out of me!! Thanks guys!!

I brought my cat here because of a cough. This is a nice clinic with a comfortable waiting room. They have a beautiful cat in the waiting room with a very long leash that welcomed us with a rub :). The employees are patient and kind. I was quickly taken to an exam room. The doctor was Dr Brown. She was knowledgeable and informative. I learned much from her!

She did not run any unneeded tests or procedures to up my charges. All of the treatment plan items were needed, necessary and made perfect sense to me. They treat only cats here. All cats must be in a carrier; this is for their safety. They open at 7:30 am which is very convenient. I am pleased with my visit to The Cat Clinic. I will be bringing my 2nd cat next for a check up! I will be requesting Dr Brown. I highly recommend anyone with a cat to get their care here.
