I hate to give one star reviews to any business but this business deserves this. They are unprofessional and are constantly coming up with extra charges for your pet that is not warranted. The vet there is extremely rude, she makes you feel inferior if you try to ask questions for better understanding. I'm telling you she does not loves animals she is in it for the money. My experience with her has really been awful! I would not trust her with my pet every again. I'm going elsewhere. Vet's name is Dr Mary Schooley.

I love how honest Dr. Schooly is. She says it as it is, no sugar coating. I also appreciated how she advised me to try a lower cost fix before spending money on allergy testing. I agree some services seemed over priced but if I can't do it myself, I need to pay someone else to do it. The meds are definitely overpriced and she admitted to that and advised me to shop around. And lastly I believe she yells/speaks loudly because she is partially deaf. Over all in the past 4yrs I really enjoyed this vet clinic.

Today was my senior dogs first appointment at this clinic and it was the best experience I have ever had at the vets. The vet was fantastic, we had a great discussion on my dogs health, what needs to happen going forward, and how I can do that within my budget. The tech assisting her was also really kind and helpful. I look forward to future visits and know that both of my dogs will recieve excellent care.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Reliability Do not go here. Yes the Dr. went to Harvard. but it doesn't show. She hurt my pup and threatened employees to hold him down and "she swears if she gets bit". my dog weighs less than 10 pounds. Raised prices and gets caught in lies. There's plenty more vets in the area! I personally recommend the one in silver lakes.

Dr. Schooley and her staff are amazing! Dr. Schooley is very knowledgeable and very thorough, always taking the time to address all of my concerns. Our lab loves his vet visits thanks to Dr. Schooley!

So I had a visit with my 7 pound Yorkie and at first everything was all fine till old woman who is the vet starting acting rude once I put my mom on the phone with her after she had to confirm prices. The vet got mad and starting talking over my mom claiming she didn't make prices even tho they shot up 40 bucks. This women gave my puppy the shot and the employee forgot to hold my puppy's mouth tight and the vet blatantly pushed the dogs head hard in front of my face while yelling at the employee.

The women was very disrespectful to her workers and was the worst vet experience ever, she cleaned my dogs ear with a q/tip and charged 30 bucks!. Unbelievable, this place is one I would never advise to take your dog to.

This is the best vet clinic around. Dr. Schooley and her staff are friendly, professional and efficient. They took the time to get to know my pets and were so loving towards them. The office is kept very clean and organized. I highly recommend!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Reliability, Value I didn't like the vibe of clinic. Doctor is very pushy on selling insurance plans which you don't Need. At one one point she made False claims on humans Getting heart problem from Dogs. She wasn't Very Nice to her Staff either.

Critical: Quality, Value OMG! Stay Away from This Doctor! Sweet Talker so she can charge and perform more service than your dog needs. Stay Away from her tactics on scaring you that you will get heart problems from your dog. Can you Believe that? Whole Office is Running like Rob you for more money!

My 9 year old Labrador Retriever was very obese for his age, and his previous vet didn't tell us anything about it. When i started bringing him to Doctor Schooley, she immediately told me how much weight he needed to loose and what was the best way to do so. My Lab is now 85 pounds, down from 120 pounds, and in excellent health. Furthermore, Dr. Schooley noticed a small lump on his shoulder and recommended surgical removal.

After the results came in, it turns out the tumor was a malignant one, but thanks to Dr. Schooley, the margins were clean and therefore the tumor had no chance of metastasizing. If you want a vet who truly cares about your animals and will be their best advocate, come to Dr. Schooley

Wonderful experience and I wasn't personally there. My mom and grandma took our 2 month old French bulldog due to a couple of problems. Everyone was nice and attentive to our concerns. From the front staff, vet tech and the lovely Dr. Schooley. She took the time to talk to me on the phone and explain everything to me and make me feel at ease. Would definitely recommend to bring your fur babies here. I was very worried for our little one and I can't wait to visit again for a check up.

I was so disappointed with my latest encounter with this office. Not only the bill, but my pet was left for 8 hours waiting to get a simple procedure. When I would called to check up on his status, I was given information about a different animal. No one seems to know what's going on. The Dr. Constantly screams at her staff, and the pets left in her care. You can hear it from the lobby. Run don't walk.
