Sunset Hill Veterinary & Rehabilitation Sunset Hill Veterinary & Rehabilitation Center is committed to quality of life for people and animals. Being environmentally conscientious. We are a near-paperless clinic, and recycle all syringe casings, paper, plastic, aluminum, tin and glass. Giving all employees a 4-day workweek. Having time away from work enables our staff to achieve a work/life balance, and to be an enthusiastic and focused team for our patients and clients.

Treating every patient (dog or cat) as if they were our own, while often doing our exams on the floor, whenever possible.
Services
The general veterinary care provided by Sunset Hill covers many services that your dog or cat may need. Think of us as your pet's pediatrician or family doctor. We take our time with each patient and client, collecting a thorough history and giving and in-depth examination, so that we can practice preventative medicine.
Many positions here at Sunset Hill Vet require experience working in a fast paced veterinary clinic. Because we are very thorough and practice comprehensive veterinary medicine, we place a very high value on candidates who are experienced. We appreciate all those who are interested, unfortunately, we are unable to respond to every inquiry.
At Sunset Hill Veterinary & Rehabilitation Center, you can expect state of the art medical care for your four-legged companions. We believe in nurturing the human-animal bond and creating a harmonious relationship between people and animals. You can expect to be greeted by a courteous receptionist, clean exam rooms, friendly doctors, and caring technicians.
We've made the difficult decision to temporarily not accept new clients as of 5/1/2022. This decision will allow us to focus on our current client and patient relationships; we will update our policies when able. We feel for our community and understand the difficulties in finding veterinary care in North Seattle with recent clinic closures and wide spread staffing shortages, current recommendations are Urban Animal (three locations) for walk-in clinic and Animal Medical Center of Seattle for Urgent Care appointments.

This seemed like a great place to bring Oscar for his post-surgery recovery. Dr. Lamb and all the assistants seemed great during the initial consultations. I paid for a physical therapy package in advance and rearranged my entire schedule to accommodate Sunset Hill's availability. Unfortunately, the therapist didn't bother to show up for our first appointment, so I got a full refund for the package and we will not be going back.

Amazing, friendly staff, who go out of their way to take care of the animals and their people. Best vet in Seattle.

Dr Lamb is amazing. She's seen our pup through 2 TPLO surgeries. Plus the office staff are just some of the nicest people ever.

We've been bringing our senior pup here for the past four years. Lovely, kind, and professional staff and veterinarians. Standard prices and open to discussing what procedures are absolutely necessary.

First appointment was this morning for my 4 year old pup and I was blown away by how much new information I learned about pet care. (Mind you, I have cared for dogs my entire life.) From big picture things such as explaining important food ingredients to smaller details like listening to more points on her chest than I typically had seen. I am over the moon that this place is within my neighborhood. Thank you Dr. Kennedy!

We were visiting the area and needed to visit a vet for a flight health check. Sunset Hill was recommended to me and I am so glad we went. Everyone is incredibly professionals and friendly. They knew what to do for the flight certificate but also made time to answer any other concerns I had. I was incredibly worried about flying and getting the paperwork done but I had such a lovely experience in the end. Thank you so much! I highly recommend. (COVID Note: there timings and Covid protocol for the waiting room was very efficient)

I found a little puppy roaming, so I called to see if they could scan it for a chip. It was nearly closing time for them, but (I wish I remembered the woman's name! It was on June 7th, if that helps management figure it out) offered to stay in case I couldn't get there in time. I know sometimes it's hard to care about work when it's time to go home, but this really showed a level of compassion that I look for both in a human, a business, and especially a vet service.

Wow, these people are awesome. They worked with me to get my pups in for teeth cleaning (my previous clinic did not think it was necessary, but it turned out one of my dogs had a cracked tooth and bone loss in his jaw. I guess you always should go with your gut). After the procedure, they called the next day to check in and make sure everything was fine.

When I called to leave a message to tell them the dogs were doing well, they called back to thank me for letting them know. These people love animals, and it shows. It's probably why they are consistently rated as one of the best vet practices in the city.

I can't begin to tell you how good this clinic is to the customers and the animals. My kitten was completely at ease for his first visit, the entire staff treated him with love, the doctor was thorough even through phone. The vet addressed every single one of my questions and concerns and went above and beyond. I will not take my cat anywhere but here from here on out. Thank you for taking such good care of my little boy and scheduling all his critical follow-ups in advance!

Highly recommend for anyone in search of a veterinary team to trust with your pet. We have taken two of our dogs here for rehab and for routine care. From reception, to the techs/assistants, to the doctors, our experiences have been seamless. Everyone has been friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, kind and great communicators. Extremely grateful to have found them.

My pup, Lucie, has a several chronic orthopedic issues. With the expert treatment she has received from Dr. Lamb, she is acting like a normal, young, high-energy dog with no pain for the first time in 18 months! I wasn't sure I'd ever be able to let her run and play again but I can and she is having a ball! We LOVE Sunset Hill!

All the folks at Sunset Hill Vet were amazing when my dog injured her back last year. Their physical therapy was excellent. They definitely helped her get back on all fours and running again! They really cared about her recovery. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Dr. Lamb and all of her staff helped my beautiful dog, Sophie, when she was diagnosed with degenerative myelopathy. They helped give her more time with us and for that I am forever in their debt!

Just went in for my first visit and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Previous vets only looked at my animals for 5 seconds, but they took the time to really look at my newly adopted pup and make sure he. was okay. They also cleaned out his ear and were so calm and patient with him. I was really impressed that they weren't in a rush and they answered all our questions. Will be going to again! :
