This place is nothing more than a money making enterprise. They have zero concerns for your pet's wellbeing. If you hate your Pets then Sunnyvale Veterinary clinic is the place to be. Appointments even for urgent or emergency situations are not granted for weeks. If for anything and everything, i need to take my Pet to a Emergency hospital then why do i need them as my Pet's Primary care Veterinarian.

Their only goal is to make the maximum amount of $$ out of you, your's Pet's situation by way of Annual Health Exams ( for which they very prompt with Appointments) etc. Please avoid this place at every cost.

Have been taking my dog to this clinic for 2 years. So far they helped with every issue my dog had.

I had a horrible experience over the phone. I called looking for a quote for a International Health Certificate for my dog. A part from being very rude in the 2 calls we had, they offer a service which they don't have expertise for. They assured I would have to schedule an appointment in accordance with the airline requirements, because they could not tell me how many days in advance my dog should be examinated.

They said I would have to call the air line and share this information with them. But because I have done this process multiple times, I know this is entirely wrong. The time in advance the dog should be examinated depends exclusively on the destination country. And both secretaries I spoke, a part from being rude, shared incorrect information. I don't recommend this place if you have to apply for an International Health Certificate for your pet!

They seem to care more of the money than your beloved pet. They also try to guilt trip you in giving your pet ALOT of sedatives for their "Comfort".

I love taking my dog to this location. The staff and vets treat me and my dog with so much kindness and respect and make it a priority to make us both feel at ease. The vets are also very knowledgable and provide us with great service.

Wonderful, caring and compassionate staff. I've been a client for over 10 years and they are very reliable and kind. I just euthanized my dog and I was overwhelmed with their kindness and patience. It couldn't have been a better experience considering the circumstances. Dr Singh is very trustworthy and runs a highly ethical veterinary practice. I recommend Sunnyvale Vet to all of my clients.

We recently got a kitten that potentially has heart problems and the clinic have been incredibly unprofessional about his care. We scheduled him for an ultrasound and they warned us he would be need to be sedated, which was fine. However, they didn't sedate him, and he got so worked up that by time they finally sedated him that Cardiologist no longer had time to see him.

As a result, my kitten was sedated for no reason. They blamed it on him being unexpectedly wiggly, but honestly he's a kitten and they should have anticipated that. We were frustrated, but understood and re-scheduled for weeks later. Next time, we woke up at 6am to give him a tranquilizer as recommended and dropped him off only to learn that cardiologist would be coming 5 hours late.

They did not call or give us any warning. As a result, we had to leave our kitten there all day and he wasn't able to eat for 12 hours. They showed no regard for the continued stress or risks this was having on our kitten. Their behavior, especially the cardiologist, is completely unprofessional. Our older cat has been visiting the clinic for 4 years, but we'll be moving them both elsewhere.

I have been loyal to and given Sunnyvale Vet and sister site Oakridge vet large amounts of my money over many years. I paid for hamster x Rays, lots expensive tests for 4 cats eco tests for cats with heart disease, etc. I showed my reliability as a client. I hope for them to be my vet that I could count on and hope they want to be my vet for a long time. I hope if I continue here and if there's a need at that time they can help in every way.

The staffs and doctors are nice and knowledgeable; however, I am not completely satisfied with the whole experience. First of all, they are fully booked, I made a reservation about a month ago to get a slot matched up with my schedule. When I showed up at the clinic at the time reserved, they keep me waiting. I waited around 10+ minutes for the technician to show up then another wait for the doctor to show up, and another wait for technician to show up and actually took my cat in for vaccine.

The actual time doctor seeing my cat and talking to me is less than 10 minutes. Next, regarding the bill, their office visit fee/ checkup fee ($90) and vaccine fee are much higher than other places but the overall quality, experience definitely not worth the price. I was looking for a vet closer to me with good reputation so I found this place. However, if you simply need your cat for an annual checkup I do not recommend here

I took my cat in for an exam because he doesn't eat well. The vet had to sedate him because she was afraid of him. After that, I had no money left for blood and urine tests or vaccines or flea medicine. Will never go there again. I got nothing for my money.

Took my rabbit there for an exam and nail trim. It went really well. The staff was nice and caring. Extremely fair pricing. Will be going back to have my rabbit spayed and definitely will recommend.
