While our cats very likely disagree, and know where I sleep (find me a cat that likes vet offices, go ahead, I'll wait), I was very happy with my first visit. My SO has been using them for over a decade and speaks highly, so when our cats were due for shots again, I went to where my SO has always gone. Fantastic staff all the way around. In and out pretty quickly, considering I brought two cats that needed exams and shots. Just, uh, don't ask Toby or Sophie if they want their temperature taken again anytime soon. I don't think they enjoyed that part.

Great people. Friendly staff. Dr. K was great and very informative and thorough exam. My dog never knew he was getting 3 vaccine shots. I highly recommend this vet clinic.

I really adore the doctors at this clinic, but the operations really leave something to be desired. There have been multiple instances over the years of the receptionists failing to send through prescription refills after repeated calls and emails. That being said, my bulldog is treated very well every time we come so we have stayed loyal to this practice.

I have been using Sunbury for Decades. They have always treated my fur babies with care and treated them like family. They were absolutely outstanding when Monte, my 14 year old Westie, went downhill fast and I had to let him cross the rainbow bridge. It was the hardest thing I have ever done, but Sunbury was there when I needed them. Thank you for taking care of Monte for his entire life, through all of his challenges.

This place takes great care of my two cats. One had surgery here and they were so understanding while this happened. They're flexible with drop offs and pick ups, too. Sometimes, I feel like they charge too much. My cat had a blood draw the other day and it was 71 dollars. For just a blood draw. I don't want to even get into the cost of the other visits.

We have had Sunbury and Dr. Campbell treat our two cats for eight years. Staff and Dr. Campbell have always been caring and easy to work with. Highly recommend this practice.

I had good vet experiences with this office at first, but I have an older dog that was prescribed an ear medicine by Dr. Kelly (who is not even on the staff website) that made my dog deaf overnight. It is a side effect that was not communicated to me before taking it home. Dr. Sunbury wouldn't consider offering a complimentary recheck fee to evaluate further. Very uncomfortable trusting them with any potential issues in the future. Never going back.

Sunbury was recommend to me by a friend and I am so glad to have visited their office. Dr. Campbell did everything to ensure my pup was comfortable during our visit. Took the time to explain his senior stage and answer this worrisome dog mom's questions. They are also very reasonably priced which is an added bonus! Glad to have found a vet in the neighborhood :

I loved both the vet and vet tech! We've tried so many vets since moving to Austin and feel like we've finally found the right place to care for our fur babies. They were both so knowledgeable and sweet!

Was close and convenient, but they recommended us to use another vet when they were overbooked and we love the other one!

Staff has always been responsive when I've called for requests to send shot records to pet boarding companies. The vets do a good job of listening to our concerns and then explaining what they think is going on with our dog and how they have chosen to treat the issue.

Every single person from the staff at the front desk to our vet was incredibly caring and competent. Obvious affection for our pets. Great communication. So glad we found this place!

We're very particular about who we trust with our pets. Every single employee is wonderful and seems to have a genuine love for everyone's slightly less human family members. We trust them 100%

Sunbury has always been great.i first went to them while I was fostering an English Bulldog. They took great care of him and were always very thorough. I now bring my cat to them, and the doctor takes the time to talk through all your concerns and made sure she was doing just fine! I also love that they are very COVID conscious.

Recently, our cat was getting sick daily so we needed to get him in to see a doctor. The staff at Sunbury Vet Clinic was friendly, responsible, and got us right in to see Dr. Taylor. The doctor was thoughtful, had great insights, and ensured that our cat felt good in the meantime (while waiting for lab results). The doctor hydrated our cat, provided pills to keep him from getting sick, and provided some easily digested food. Our cat has been doing very well ever since we saw the doctor and we feel very positive about our experience.

Dr. Taylor and her staff are so wonderful. They are kind, go out of their way to help answer the bazillion questions I have, take their time with the animals, and always treat my dogs just like they are their own. I so highly recommend Sunbury Vet Clinic!

My dog was a new patient suffering from a small cyst in her neck that had abscessed. They got me in to see the vet in 2 hours and were really wonderful to her and polite and informative with me. Would definitely recommend them. The ONLY downside is the parking in a really busy HEB parking lot that's currently under going major construction work.

I made an appointment for my puppy back in early February for a late April visit and they call me to tell me that they're booked out another month! they wait over six weeks to tell me this which I just think it's completely unprofessional, lack of respect and lack of courtesy on a business part. It's completely rude and then they blame it on the freeze like really?

The Austin freeze happened over a month ago and to call me out of the blue six weeks after I make a scheduled appointment for late April to tell me that they're booked out another month. where were you three weeks ago or even two weeks ago? No thanks. I do not recommend this place at all Sunbury veterinary clinic. It's highly unprofessional. Imagine how they treat your pets if they can't even have any type of respect or courtesy towards you as a dog or a pet owner.

Dr Waage is awesome. She's kind, always willing to answer questions, and has kept in touch with us, as she's helped with our sweet kitty. I really appreciate this office being so nice and helpful. Everyone I've spoken to has been very nice and very easy to talk to.

This vet clinic came highly recommended in our area and I understand why! We first took our dog here during covid, so we couldnt go inside, but the technicians were so sweet. The vet called to talk to me about our dog and was very informative and sweet. The tech even brought our dog back early because our sweet pup had separation anxiety and was getting too nervous. Definitely our permanent vet.

Everyone is wonderful here. I used to bring my EB Divot here back in 2004, then I've had 2 rescue Boston Terriers I've taken both here. If you have a brachycephalic breed type pet, you really need a vet that know what they are doing. Dr Scott Sunbury and his staff have I'd say 70 yrs of experience combined or more so if you're in doubt do your research.

This is hands down the best place to bring your flat face/nose breeds! Plus the front desk doesn't have a high turn over which is nice to talk to the same people. I recommend this office every time someone asks!

This place is AMAZING! My sweet fur baby was having some skin allergies and Dr Campbell explained everything from start to finish and explained to us this whole process we have to overcome, she was so supportive and the staff is always the sweetest and always is eager to engage in small talk and always explains to me what is what if I have any questions. Booking is super easy and I just can't think this team enough. We love you Sunbury! Charlene will be seeing you soon!

Layla has had the best veterinary care ever at this clinic. Everyone is so attentive and caring. This was especially hard because of the Covid situation. She had to be dropped off and picked up at the back door. I was very nervous since this was her first surgery but the technicians made it so easy and comfortable. There was constant communication during and after her procedure. I highly recommend Sunbury clinic, especially the doctors. Sheila

My family has gone to this office and even followed them from their previous location. They are always so kind, and see our pets as family instead of just animals. We recently had my moms boy Rusty put to sleep due to kidney failure, everyone was so compassionate, and made sure he was able to die with dignity. They allowed my mom to be in control and allowed her the time she needed to say goodbye to our dear loved one.

This is an extremely difficult thing for anyone to have to do, but to have people who are empathetic to that, makes it a little less stressful to know that our boy was in good hands. You guys are angels. I cannot thank you enough.

I've been here a handful of times now and I've decided to keep coming back. My favorite vet is Dr. Campbell, due to her extensive experience with the English Bulldog breed and her willingness to try alternative avenues which have really paid off! We've seen several other vets here as well. I can usually get an appointment pretty easily for a time slot that I prefer and prices are reasonable. I've been pretty happy over all with the staff who help out and their attentiveness to make our dog comfortable during his anxious times at the vet. I will continue coming back!

Not entirely sure how the Texas Veterinary board hasn't put them out of business. Parents' cat has had an injury to the abdomen since July (it is December). It's a deep puncture wound. Obtained records (which are a mess), but it looks like cat has been in to visit at least four times with very little improvement. One incident where they cleaned it out had him lethargic for days.

Not sure what the vet techs did to him but I have personally witnessed them being rough with other animals in front of me. Have never liked the feel of the place and finally got parents to take him to a different vet. Cat was going to run out of medication before new vet could see him. On call vets refused to refill because they hadn't personally seen the cat.

I went in and asked for medication. Cat is on a wash and an ointment. They gave me the wash (see attached). I'm no medical professional but that doesn't seem packaged like something you would want in a deep wound.

Recently reached out via the website to ask about my dogs sudden mucus in his stool. Was told this was "NOT normal" and we should come in ASAP. When we came In we saw Dr Sunbury who seemed unconcerned and truly didn't seem to care to alleviate any of our concerns. He told us to "keep an eye on it". On our own accord we brought in a stool sample which the ran but no one really knew what it tested for and no one I spoke to could answer my questions.

The office manager is unreliable. And truly I suspect this place wants to charge as much as possible to do as little as possible. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I wouldn't trust them with my dogs. Dr Sunbury is leading the worst example. Please skip this place. They don't care about your pet, only your crEdit card number.

This group is by far the best vet care we've had in Austin. My dogs have fear anxiety and we never have to worry when we see the doc. They are thorough and have always done a great job diagnosing and helping us treat our babies

Amazing. Amazing staff. Amazing vet clinic. I was dreading going to the vet. I don't know why but I was. We did a post adopt vet visit and also to address some other possible health issues that the shelter said he had. I came out feeling great. They handled my pup with care. You can tell that everyone in that clinic adores animals and love their job. So glad I chose them as my vet clinic. If you are smart you will too!

Dr Taylor has been our vet for over 5 years. She is very considerate and always keeps our animals best interest at heart. We are very fortunate to have her as or vet. She goes above and beyond! Sunbury clinic staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Dr. Campbell was great and the staff were all really nice and understanding. My dog nips when he's in a vet environment because he was a shelter pup, and they weren't phased at all! They handled him very well and lovingly! I thought I was going to walk out with a huge bill, but it was half of what I expected! I got Wile E. Checked and vaccinated for everything under the sun.

But I'm terrible with pricing so maybe it's just me. however aside from that, everyone was nice and professional and gave me great advise without forcing me to buy anything, just advise :

Doctor Sunbury is an amazing, loving & kind person! I was referred to him by a client of mine who also has a Frenchie. I specifically wanted to find a vet who specializes in bulldogs as they have distinct issues that command more attention. Upon our first visit I was as smitten by Doctor Sunbury as he was with my puppy = We've come back 3x since our first visit and each time has been great.

Doctor Sunbury always calls and checks up on Oliver after every visit. Oliver was neutered last week and as nervous as I was, everything turned out well and he's recovery quickly. Everyone at this office is very attention and really care about their job and the animals. My pup Oliver is always showered with love and attention here. I highly recommend anyone with a Frenchie or English to see Doctor Sunbury

Dr. Sunbury is the sweetest, most amazing vet ever! Highly recommend him! My parents have been bringing their animals here long before I was ever born (I'm 26) and I have been bringing my pets here since I got them. With the exception of this past year. We moved and were trying a new vet clinic closer to home but after a few visits we just weren't impressed and came back to Sunburys.

As always, the staff, the cleanliness, the overall environment is just so nice! My kitten would cry, hiss, growl, etc. at the other vet clinic. I'm not just saying this either, but she purred almost the WHOLE time we were at Sunburys. He even had to have his technician keep her from purring so he could listen to her heart hahaha! That should tell you something! Anyways, highly recommend!

Pets are expensive and the last thing you'd want to worry about is having a crappy vet, good thing we found Sunbury Vet Clinic! I called a same-day appointment and they took care of everything. Customer service is always on par no matter who I speak with. In my experience, I can call anytime if I have questions and can expect to have an answer back within the same day.

The employees are very friendly and seem to have a strong passion for all types of animals. They were also very helpful when we had to see a veterinarian out of town and immediately sent my pup's record over for documentation. Lastly, the clinic is very clean although not sure how the separation works for pups without complete shots. They have different types of treats by the front desk for your fur babies. Overall, I recommend Sunbury for all your puppy needs!
