We've been taking our dog here since she was a baby. All through Covid they took great health precautions. They always take great care of our girl. I recently started seeing Dr Lemon and she was AMAZING! My dog is very skiddish and has high anxiety at the vet but the doctor was so patient with her and helped calm her down. Everyone here is so helpful and friendly, I truly recommend.

The doctors there were great with our new kitten. They took time to explain thoroughly what the issue was and what the options for treatment were. They told us the best course of action to take and everything worked out for the best. We have always taken our pets here and they do a great job treating them.

Had no issues for 15 years and still have no complaints about any of the veternarians. But the customer service today was absolutely TERRIBLE. I have been trying to pick up my cat's medication for about a week now. I've been told they're "short on the pills" to "I'm sorry, I should've called you back sooner." Fine-I get that-no problem! But when I stop by on my lunch break (that's the only time I can due to my work schedule) and am turned away due to an impromptu "meeting". what a joke!

You can't just hand me the pill bottle that's likely sitting 3 feet away behind the front desk? I've picked it up multiple times before and nobody ever had to go searching for it! I thought maybe if I calmly and nicely plead my situation she'll just grab it for me real quick. nah, I was just dismissed. What great customer service that is! Guess my cat will just have to go a few days without her medicine and suffer! Very disappointing!

Wait time was longer than expected. Staff was friendly and treated my dog with care. I was not happy that the flea meds they recommended was not available for my dogs weight, they had to order it. But over all it was a nice place for my pet and the prices were reasonable.

Caring, thoughtful staff, from the receptionist who always has helpful suggestions and follows through with what she says she'll do (how rare is that these days, right?), to the doctors that help balance pet parents' financial realities with their pets' health needs. I am so happy I am using a small local practice again instead of a larger company with more corporate masters. Their boarding has never failed to keep our pets happy and safe and they handle many types of surgeries in house. Love this place!

We see Dr. Henderson. She was not only kind, but very good with my dog. She provided care that was personable to ME as well as comforting to my "baby". The room was clean & the staff helpful. South suburban has cared for 4 of my pets (since 2014). Our original vet left which was hard (as we went through an illness & end of life experience w/our first "baby" she handled beautifully), but finding an alternative was much easier than I expected.

Dr Henderson is a wonderful doctor who cares! We have 3 animals and know they are in the best hands with her! I appreciate the new way to schedule appointments with an email reminder. Very convenient! Thanks Dr Henderson!

First time visiting. We had a Monday evening appointment, which is super convenient for those working 8-5. I haven't had a dog in over 10 years, but had them my whole childhood. My wife is like deathly afraid of large dogs. (We got a Newfie puppy btw, in part to help her and one of our kids with this fear.) Vet walked us through every little question either of us had, which was a few, working while she talked. We were there about an hour, all said and done. It was one of the best vet trips either of us had ever experienced.

I will never go anywhere else! I have 2 Pitbull babies who have had a difficult past and are very anxious. Their staff takes the time to make them and us feel comfortable. They are understanding and very helpful. We have seen all of the doctors and have never had anything less than a fantastic experience. 12/10 would recommend.
