I cannot say enough about Dr. Paulsen and Stine Vet. Thankfully we are long-time clients, so we can get in now that it is *impossible* to get in anywhere, since Covid. he is always so gentle and friendly with our cats, and the girls at the front desk are so pleasant. I can be a picky person and have absolutely zero issues with this veterinary clinic. So happy we have them- the nicest man ever!

Very dissatisfied with the service provided by Dr. Paulson. My cat was very sick, instead of offering proper diagnostics, which should have included X-Ray, he guessed what could be wrong with her. As a result- inadequate medical treatment was given. For more than two weeks my poor cat had been suffering, but lots of money was waisted on treatment, based on wrong diagnosis. The true picture was determined only after I insisted on X-Ray during my 5 visit! I will not come back to this clinic.

My dogs dead because twice Paulson failed to diagnose my dogs lymphoma. Twice I was told its just a gland. A month ago, my pup was eauthanized. Had this been caught, he would be alive now. It took just feeling the concentric swollen nodes to diagnose. Not Dr. Paulson but my other, very good vet. My dental on my other dog left a hole to the sinus. What a mess but yet, my other vet did a wonderful job of repairing the damage. My bad choice to put my trust in this vet i own up to. But shame on him and his staff.

Dr. Paulson and his staff have always been so friendly to all of the pets and humans that come in! They are professional, knowledgeable and truly care about the pets that are brought in. I've been coming here for over ten years and I have never had a bad experience. Dr. Paulson and his staff have been there for some tough times with my other pet and I trust my pets in their care. They are thorough and explain everything

Dr. Paulson has been my go-to veterinarian for 15 years now. In all that time, I've never felt rushed, and always feel like he genuinely cares. He's never pressured my into the most expensive option, and for the few serious procedures I have had to put a pet through, his advice has always been centered around the pet's long-term quality of life. There can be a bit of a wait to see him sometimes, but only because he gives every animal in his office his complete attention, and never rushes you out the door. I can't recommend Stine Vets enough.
