Noah's Ark Veterinary Hospital was originally founded in 1983. Dr. Sean Sparkman took ownership in 2014. We are a primarily small animal practice, that focuses on practical medicine, client education, and building the bond between our clients and their pets. We are proud of the fact that we're not a corporately owned practice.

Our pets are like our children-we feed, nurture, and lavish attention on them. But when we have to leave them behind with a friend or family member, their daily lives change dramatically. This can be scary for pets, even with the best pet-sitter to watch them! That's why, at the professional boarding facility here at Noah's Ark Veterinary Hospital, our highly qualified kennel attendants provide lots of brushing, cuddling, and supervised outdoor playtime to keep your dog or cat happy and active.For example, we walk each dog 4 times a day, and check on them frequently.
Sometimes, keeping your pet's teeth healthy can feel like a big job. Luckily, our practice provides advanced veterinary dentistry services in addition to basic dental care. This includes routine care such as cleaning, along with treating more complicated conditions. Because our pets don't brush their teeth every night before bed as we do, tartar can firmly adhere to their teeth.

I had a 4 o'clock appointment called from the parking lot to let them know I was there told I could bring my pet in. I went in and was ignored by three receptionist which job I suppose is to greet and take care of guest. I waited for more than 15 minutes before I was acknowledged by one of the ladies. As I was waiting, I could only wonder if my pet was being treated in similar fashion.
When my pet was done, they didn't go over what they had done like with other guest I observed. I was handed my pet and told that the ladies would be with me in a moment for my payment. I don't know if I will return or drive 30 minutes to Salty Paws in Yorktown.

All the staff that I met were friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Sparkman was thorough and addressed all my concerns about my dog with understanding and humor and professionalism. The nurse took good care of my dog and was very helpful. She was able to give me an estimate of the cost before beginning treatment and kept the cost under my stated budget.

Absolutely Fantastic! I remember taking our family dog here when I was a kid and now Many years later lol, I take my dog here and it's still such a fantastic place. Most kind, compassionate, loving and caring staff and Vets work here and treat your furbabies as their own! Highly recommend! Easy to make appointments, fabulous customer service, I just can't say enough great things about Noah's Ark!

Took our new puppy, Bella, to her 1st veterinarian appointment yesterday and had a Great visit. The staff was professional and responsive to all of our questions. Dr. Sean Sparkman explained to us all that is required to keep Bella healthy; both required and optional items. He did a thorough exam and identified an ear infection that needed to be taken care of. Very satisfied with our 1st visit. Thank You!

I had an emergency and needed to be seen the same day. I called almost all the vets in town including the one I usually take my dog to and they all wouldn't/couldn't help me. But when I called Noah's Ark they were very very understanding and accommodating and made room to see my pup even though they have never seen my pup before and it would be her first visit.
Not to mention, they were booked up for the next three weeks but when I told them my dilemma they were very empathetic to my situation. Dr Sparkman is great! I recommend taking your pets to Noah's Ark. Thank you so so much for all your help.
