Email addresses are extremely important for us to have. We have had numerous times when we were unable to contact a client to report an issue due to full mailboxes, wrong phone number, etc. emails offer another way to contact our clients. We also use emails to update clients on scheduled appointments, to update any hospital information such as closings, policy updates, etc.

I really feel they don't take their time with patients. i had a brand new puppy and she was in the clinic for less than 5 minutes on her first visit. again with the second. no exaggeration either, i have texts saying when she was taken in and when she was brought out to my car and it literally was 4 minutes. i waited to get checked in longer than my puppy was inside. i don't see how they can be really checking out my baby in that amount of time especially when you include the walk into the room and then back to the parking lot. i switched clinics because of this. not sure if it was just the doctor i had or if that's typical practice, i was very disappointed by that. i never complain on reviews but i was really unhappy and hope this is something that should be corrected for future patients. in addition, after getting a dose of vaccines and dewormer on her second visit, my puppy threw up immediately after getting into my car while i was on the phone with the doctor. i asked if i should be concerned and i got a laugh and told she's probably just nervous. maybe if the visit was more than 4 minutes she wouldn't be so nervous?

In the first visit with this office. They were very attentive, answered all my questions and concerns. They even gave us a welcome puppy bag. I never been greeted this way before. I was very impressed. My family will continue using this office. You can really tell that their patients comes first and it should be because pets are family members too.

Watching family members unexpectedly lose their puppy has been heartbreaking. Hearing how their veterinary staff responded to them in their time of need was infuriating. When there is a weekend emergency that results in the passing of a pet, pet owners in crisis turn to their vet. When the vet tells them to place the deceased pet in the garage for the weekend, not offering any other alternative, that is shameful.

It gets worse. Calling several days later to speculate on the cause of death was appalling, especially when you knew very little about the circumstances. Really, people are grieving and devastated by the loss and your staff throws out some random guess as to what may have been the cause? People count on medical professionals to provide guidance, comfort & compassion in time of loss. If that's what you're looking for go elsewhere! There is nothing professional about this group.

My 12 year old kitty, Skeeter, developed an incurable illness quite suddenly. At the final appointment, you wrapped her in a warm blanket, gave her a sedative, and we stayed with her until she was gone. She was a sweet kitty, and you were very kind to her, and to me. The sympathy card you sent, with notes from all the staff, was beautiful, and made me cry, of course! Thank you for your compassionate support.

We started using this Veterinarian shortly after adopting Gunner, our goldendoodle. They were wonderful with him. So much so, Gunner never hestitated going in. The staff all knew his gentle nature and loved him back. In 2020, twelve yrs later old age, paralysis, and possibly cancer hit him. We had lost our best friend, our gardian angel. When we're ready to add to our family again, they will take care of that pet too. I highly recommend this practice.

Best choice we ever made, our baby had a infection after being neutered by a discount clinic so we called Southington veterinary and we got excellent service & put at ease, that was 3 yrs. ago. Even during the height of the pandemic they were there to do a wellness check and to deal with a cough. We went and had another check up last week and still received excellent service, friendly, caring & attentive. They explained everything in plain English. We wouldn't go anywhere else, Thank you to the staff my Dom wouldn't go anywhere else!

This is the best vet I have ever been to. I had alot of trouble finding a vet that seemed trustworthy and professional, this place is a god-send. Everyone on the staff is extremely friendly and has excellent bed-side manner. They made my cats feel very comfortable. It was very clean and the different animals were kept in separate rooms so my cats didn't have to smell/see dogs.

The doctors are extremely knowledgeable and caring and always follow up to make sure my cats are doing well. I recommend them to anyone in the area, even if it is a little farther drive.

Loving loyal and caring. I read some of the other reviews. I find when one presents a problem they had, a potential solution is more appropriate then just ambushing the entire establishment. I can't figure out how to respond to those who shared their experiences, but if the experience was that bad, why not confront them. Reading some of these reviews are just hateful.not constructive.

I have no right to censor because this is freedom of speech. I'm just suggesting. But WOW if any of that is reality based. Bill at the front desk is the absolute best. Bill is genuine.honest.caring and considerate. I feel relief and confident knowing he is advocating for the best patient care possible!

Although they are very nice and good with getting animals in quickly BUT they are always late! Do they not realize people's lives are just as important as theirs and they do not have all the time in the world to sit around waiting? By waiting, I mean over an HOUR late EVERY TIME!! This is insane and unacceptable! Once our animal's issues are under control, it's time to find a new vet! I would recommend only if you have have time to kill.
