We recommend positive reinforcement as the basis of training your pet because it strengthens the bond you and your pet have developed. Dr. Sophia Yin is an expert in this training method and her website provides both video and step by step instruction on how to train your dog as well as work on problems that can develop with pets.
1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill. 2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) checks and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card. 3. My dog who is a service dog for me had a seizure today. The first one she has ever had. The vet I have used for 2 years would not see her due to under staffing. I came down to your place and called from the parking lot asking if anyone can see her. You all were great! Took us in almost immediately and spent the time to talk to me about everything. You guys are great! I will be using you for now on and dumping the other vet. Thank you so much. You put my mind at ease

The South Anderson Veterinary Clinic worked us in last minute to see our very sick dog while other vets were not open due to a big snow storm. They were kind and caring and Dr. Meaghan Francis listened to my concerns and asked great questions that helped get my pup wonderful care. Dr. Francis and staff called me to update me at the time they says they will. My dog, Lil Girl is staying the weekend on an IV, medicine and loving care. These dedicated people are a blessing.

Been going here for a little over a year now. Was a bit nervous about switching vets but I moved away from my old one so I kinda had to. The staff is always super nice. The doctors are very helpful and answered all my questions and helped my cat get on the right treatment plan. I never feel like I'm being forced to do anything and im always well informed about my options for my pets health.

I called last minute hoping they would be able to see my dog for an ear infection, she was absolutely miserable! The earliest available appointment they had was for a week away. Luckily, they were able to squeeze her in same day and treat her. Thank you soooo much for caring about our fur babies and taking such great care of them!

The staff here is wonderful. It's nice to have a clinic that can care for exotic pets without having to travel to Indy. One of our rats has had two surgeries this year and another was able to be treated for a respiratory infection. They get spoiled and snuggled by nearly the entire staff when they come in.

Been bringing my new kitten there since he was 2 months old. Just got done with his last kitten shots and neuter and he is a happy well adjusted little guy! Thank you for all you do !
