These guys are super awesome! Yes they are pricey but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for! They are incredibly professional, friendly, and kind to the animals. Their facility is spacious, comfortable, and appears very well kept. I love the padded bench that is so comfortable to lean back on as my pup insists on being in my lap! I have no doubt that my senior dog recieved the very best care here!

She had 6 teeth pulled and I called them later in the day as I was anxious I did not recieve a call yet on what was going on, Eva informed me that she was next after the dog they were working on and what to expect again, Eva was so friendly about it that my fears were immediately calmed! It then took them a while to work on her because they found some surprises while working on her mouth, and were very patient with us as our car then had to break down and we were panicking about being able to pick her up before car repair stores closed (they told us as long as we paid they would hold her for us until the car was fixed, however the repair store then told us it would be fixed the next morning.) and then rushing to pick her up after the repair store had closed and had called us a Lyft to pick us up and take us home.

I feel they went above and beyond trying to work around our hectic circumstances and we very much appreciated it! The cost was a little over $2,000 for 6 teeth extractions 3 of which were 3 rooted teeth that are a pain in the rear to remove, while it was expensive we were given a cost estimate beforehand and had all costs explained to us, nothing seemed unreasonable to me at all.

You could technically skip certain treatment options like xrays and probing, literally just pull the one fracture she had, but her other teeth that were pulled would still be causing her problems and would probably snowball into a bigger problem down the line, so it is my opinion that I agree it was the best thing to have them all pulled along with the hefty price tag, and make sure that everything is thoroughly treated, instead of having potentially more expensive treatment options happen down the line (for example, intact abscessed tooth is much easier and less expensive to pull than a crumbled tooth and if infection spreads to the bone).

I felt it was important to explain all of this as I have seen other reviews claiming this clinic is only out to get your money, I really do disagree! I feel it really just comes down to: you can pay it all now or pay a heftier combined total that is split up amongst whenever you decide to get each specific issue treated. Picture is of my pup all dopey from the surgery, we're having lots of fun taking pics at her expense! :)

What a lovely experience! After going to quite a few other vets, who gave subpar service, we were happy to have been recommended Main Street Veterinary Hospital! They were informative and gave great recommendations on food and care for our puppy. They were able to pin point the problem our puppy was having and came up with the proper treatment. The whole team was friendly and we would like to thank you for all of your help!

Wonderful experiences at Main St Vet Hospital. Dr. Langston, the nurse and entire staff were so good to my dog Drago and I. We had 3 visits over past week due to issue Drago had with his paw. He really dislikes anyone messing with his paws though they were patient, kind and so loving. He has recovered quickly due to the great care and follow up. Pictures attached are of him soaking up the sun after his final follow up appointment today. He is so relaxed and happy.

We love Main Street. My boys hate the vet. The staff is so quick and loving to our animals. I never t feel like just a number. I always feel they have the best interest in our boys and they take conservative approaches as well. My fur son tends to see the vet because he's rambunctious and gets injured. They make sure that he's taken care of and understand the "patient" and his ways. HAHA! We love Main Street

The staff at this office has always been extremely professional, compassionate, & caring. I have taken my babies to this office for over 10 years. They know me by name and are very personable. They've always taken the extra step when it comes to caring for my fur babies and I'm always happy with the care they provide. They treat my babies like they're their babies.

I am very grateful that I found this office and I will continue to take my babies to them for as long as they are there! You literally won't find a better veteranarian. I highly recommend this office to everyone!

If your pet needs long-term care for a chronic condition, do not bring him or her to this hospital. I have been bringing my "babies" to Main Street for 11 years. The staff was (and still is) very nice, thoughtful, and hardworking. The doctors were always good, too. However, there has been a significant change within the past two years. I understand that the pandemic has caused a lot of stress on all sorts of businesses.

I also know that the doctors see a lot of patients daily. Still, when a pet has a serious medical condition, you should at least communicate with the owner over the phone. And the condition should be treated sooner rather than later. The doctors diagnosed my cat with a heart condition a few years ago and put her on a heart medication. After taking the meds, her heart values increased again.

I brought her to Main Street for a second cardiology exam ($800). I never received the results. I was told they would come to me in 3 weeks. It has been 2 months. I called Main Street 4 times and sent emails asking about the test results. I never got a call from a doctor. I also brought my cat in several times to get examined. Nothing got better. Nothing additional was prescribed.

This morning, my "baby" went into cardiac arrest this morning. I rushed her to a nearby emergency clinic because she is having trouble breathing. The doctor there told me that my cat should have been on additional medications a while ago to treat her condition. She now has congested heart failure and fluid around her heart and lungs. As I am typing, she is on oxygen at the emergency hospital and I am praying to God that she stays alive.

Bottom line: My cat should not have fallen "between the cracks" at Main Street. I would hate for this to happen to anyone else. Go to another clinic, especially if your pet needs care for a chronic condition. Main Street's doctors do not offer the same quality of care that they used to.

I have been taking my dogs to Main Street Veterinary Hospital for over 10 years now and have always been happy. However, over the past year, this veterinary office has really gone downhill in both quality of service as well as professionalism. Some of the staff can be a bit arrogant and they seem to have a high staff turnover. Wait times are now. over an hour past set appointment times.

The examinations are very rushed and sloppy. On my last visit in November 2021, I had a concern about one of my dog's breathing. The examining doctor never even bothered to check his breathing, but just wrote it off to tarter and pushed their dental cleaning. Dental cleaning seems to be their big sales pitch.

This is by far the best vet I've ever been to. The compassion, kindness, thoroughness, and exceptional knowledge of the vets, techs, and staff, is unlike anything I've experienced. They go above and beyond to ensure that we are getting to the bottom of any health issues that come up. My dogs mean the world to me, and a couple of my dogs have some unique health challenges.

Main street takes this all in stride and makes suggestions and provides solutions that no other vet in the past has provided me with. I am so grateful to have found them after multiple bad experiences with not getting the right care at other vet clinics, it's a relief to be able to trust them. It's reassuring to have a team of people who genuinely care about my dogs. THANK YOU!

Love how the entire staff (even Dr. Brashear) sings the song of Pedro's people when they trim his nails. Pedro is a tiny 7 lb Drama Queen of a Chihuahua. He pitches a fit, cries, and squeals like someone is killing him. So the staff just out-sings him while they work.

From the doctors to the nurses to the receptionist they were all great help and truly care about your pets and yourself. They helped us out tremendously with my cat who had a fractured jaw and even after his surgery they helped us with the aftercare. All very nice people and I really have no complaints. Would definitely recommend them to anyone wondering. Groot is doing well because of them. I couldn't be any more grateful to the entire facility.

Dr Kernaghan is the best. We were honestly considering switching to a vet that is closer, but after loosing Tucker, and the care and compassion we received from her and the techs (esp Megan) and front desk staff, we knew we had to stay. He was a healthy 1.5 year old who suddenly passed in his sleep with no symptoms. They coordinated with Texas A&M to help get us some answers and closure. I think I cried on the phone with them every day for a week and they were so kind. We've already had phenomenal care for our latest edition. Thank you for all that you do

Everyone here is so caring of both the pets and their owners. The doctors are reasonable. They offer all possible choices and recommendations and allow you to choose what you want to do. They are gentle, even when the pet isn't pleased with being at the vet.

I have actually already referred a friend after meeting with Dr. Brashear for the first time yesterday. Dr. Brashear and the assistant were both very personable and friendly. They made you and your pet feel very welcome and comfortable. They kept us informed and answered our questions. We appreciate it!

The entire staff has been excellent with our two babies. They are very kind and genuine. From the minute we brought our first baby there and Dr. Brashear was completely booked and was going on vacation but told me should would figure it out so he could start getting taken care of, I knew the team at Main Street was a great one. Since then we have had the opportunity to meet some of the other doctors and members of the team and every experience has been great. Our questions are always answered and we are given the advice of how to best properly care for our other baby. Thank You All so much!

I brought my dog in today for an emergency visit. She had a pretty bad allergic reaction to something. The staff were so kind and sweet and helpful, and the doctors were wonderful. They took such wonderful care of my Gypsy Roux. I highly recommend them as they were just as concerned about her as I was. Kudos to everyone! Much thanks to everyone!

We are new to TX and haven't really met individual team members yet with curbside, but so far love the service. Great communication during boarding.
