Our appointment book is computerized, which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. Have been coming for 5-6 years and have gone totally downhill since Dr Busciglio has retired. Dog had many large kidney stones and was told by Dr Busciglio himself that surgery would be in Thursday. He even called 2 days in advance to confirm. Arrived @7:30 as requested and was told was not in the schedule. After I gave a fuss they agreed to take him the next day.
Bring him again @ 7:30 and they took him in. Just to be called 1 hour later to say they didn't have the room and I wasn't scheduled so would have to come get him. Absolutely ridiculous. Taking other dogs to be spayed in while my poor pup in pain is asked to keep coming back. You'll be sorry if you go. Beware.

They are the epitome of compassion! Dr Gordon and the entire staff has taken fantastic care of our Dobermans. They LISTEN! I had to move to this clinic bc my last vet wasn't listening to me to please remove a growth.the next day I get in to Santa Cruz, they immediately remove.it's aggressive cancer. It honestly just felt nice to be heard. Since then each experience has been phenomenal and we're incredibly grateful to have finally found the right vet for our family!

I went here 3x before deciding this wasn't the place for me and my pup. The doctor was very nice but the receptionist was HORRIBLE. I wish I could have asked for her name but she was so rude, she wouldn't have even given it to me anyways. I was voicing my concern about not being able to schedule an appt for my dog more than 2 weeks in advance, she cut me off and tried to hang up on me and told me I should take my dog somewhere else because the location was too far (not sure why this would be any of her concern if I chose to drive 30 minutes or not).
I asked for my dog's medical records but I doubt she will be sending them to me. Not a good face of the company when your receptionist is rude and telling clients to go somewhere else.

I cannot speak of their vet services because I could not ever get anyone on the phone to make an appointment. I was on hold for well over 12 minutes the first time before hanging up, tried again a little later and was on hold for 15 minutes before hanging up. I gave it one last try an hour later only to be on hold again for 10 minutes. Not one time did anyone ever come on the line to apologize or offer to take my number to call me back.
There are too many other great vets in the area to deal with this nonsense. The doctors there may be fantastic but their first point of contact is absolutely horrible. Bad first impressions are hard to reverse. Get your front staff better trained, you've lost me as a customer. I would not want to deal with this if I needed your services for my pets. What a waste of my time.

Excellent veterenary clinic! Been using them for many years, for all of my animals' medicals needs, and they've come through for me every time. I'm especially thankful for the kindness and compassion they showed when I had to put my dog to sleep last year. No other vet clinic like Santa Cruz in the Brandon/Valrico area!

Our entire experience has been great! Dr. Stanton performed a beautiful surgical eye repair (along with neuter) on our puppy, Ricky. He looks as if there was never anything wrong! Just perfect! The staff are all friendly, caring and helpful. And the facility is nice and clean, too. Thank you all so very much for the amazing care you provided to Ricky and our family.
