Absolutely wonderful people there. They squeezed me in last minute for my injured dog and had him diagnosed and treatment started that day. Thanks to their excellent care he is making an good recovery.

We unfortunately had to bring my baby to cross the rainbow bridge yesterday and I just want to say everyone here was nothing short of amazing, they made me and my dog feel comfortable and they were extremely compassionate about the situation Dr. Baez was absolutely phenomenal she explained every step to me and didn't do anything until I was ready to let him go.

I will never forget the kindness that she showed to me and my baby in one of the hardest moments of my life. They also gave us a beautiful clay paw print with a beautiful poem inside of it and lots of ink paw prints to take home. Thank you so much to all the staff

I recently took my pet for the first time to this vet. I actually was reading a review from my previous vet to see if anyone else was experiencing the same rude and not compassionate treatment.and I read a woman's review that had taken her pet for treatment to roadrunner and was so happy and impressed with her experience that she said you MUST take your pet there.

So I thought ok I'm going to call. I did and they got me in right away. We got there and from the greeting to end it was a perfect experience. We were taken to the room we were seen right away!.even though they had squeezed us in. Dr Adam Riley and 2 other vet personal came into room. They handled our pet so nicely. Checked him out carefully and gave us the recommendations for treatment.

We were given meds and they told us they would call back with blood panel results next day. They did what was necessary without gauging us with a bunch of expensive tests all at once. If you own a pet you know all about what some of these vets charge and how mostly they want all there money. We noticed a sign that says we can set up payment plan that is interest free!

You know what that tells me? That this is a vet that truly cares about the animal. We thought how nice. So if you have a sick fur baby I would highly recommend you come here for amazing treatment for your animal and not being told if you don't have the money your animal will suffer. Hats off to Road Runner! I will always refer my clients in my area to you as we are all frustrated with gauging vets with rude front desks and still making us wait in a parking lot while they look at our dog inside with out us.

Still running a Covid like business. With no compassion or regard for owners who are so upset with sick animals. Take your pet to Roadrunner veterinarians! You will not be sorry I promise!

Exotic animal injury visit. I give them 10 out of 10. customer service was great, prices were reasonable. Dr. Elizabeth Glicksman was a great communicator and answered all my questions.

Dr Brian was very knowledgeable, calm and helpful. He answered my questions and was very considerate of my dogs comfort too. The tech that brought us into the room was professional, detailed and kind. Overall, they both calmed my nerves and helped me feel confident in caring for my dog.

I have been taking my fur babies to this clinic for over 10 years now. I trust the staff and I very much appreciate the option of a payment plan for the unexpected medical emergencies. My animals are as important as the rest of my family members and I feel that the care they receive is just as important. Thank-you for helping me to provide that level of care.

All staff is always exceptionally helpful and friendly. Dr. Laura was knowledgeable, compassionate, and she cared more about the health of my dog, than attempting to tack on unneeded tests just to get more money (had bad experience with that from another vet office). I appreciate the check up calls the next day to see how my animals are doing, and making sure they're ok. Any chance I get I recommend Roadrunner to family and friends.

I don't think I can share enough with my community just how wonderful this business is. I recently had to put my dog down after 14 amazing years. The staff at the hospital were so understanding, supportive, and sympathetic to my loss. They helped make the transition as peaceful and harmonious as it possibly could have been. I will never forget that very sad moment, but will never forget how incredibly compassionate the team was for my dog and I. This place is truly pet and pet owner centric.
