Roadrunner Animal Hospital & Grooming has been a part of the community since 1989. Our team includes 4 licensed veterinarians, more than 14 support staff, and a seasoned practice manager. Together, we have more than 27 years of combined expertise, all standing by to help care for your pet, every step of the way. Over the years, our experienced and compassionate team has provided tender, loving veterinary care to thousands of pet patients - many for the duration of their lives. As caring providers of quality preventive, medical and surgical veterinary care, our goal is to help you keep your beloved pets healthier and happier at every stage of their lives.

Roadrunner Animal Hospital & Grooming is proud to offer compassionate, comprehensive veterinary care for pets of all ages. From routine wellness exams, vaccinations, spays and neuters, to treatments for dental care, illness, surgeries and much more, we are here to take care of you and your pets. Within our family of hospitals, we also offer veterinary care for pocket pets, rabbits, birds, turtles, bearded dragons, ferrets, exotic pets and more at select locations. These and many other services are also available through our network of hospitals, including physical therapy, stem cell therapy, chemotherapy, veterinary orthopedic manipulation, and more.

We provide emergency and urgent care during regular business hours, from 7:30am until 7pm weekdays, and from 8am until 3pm on weekends. If you believe your pet has a life-threatening emergency, please call us at (623) 878-0033 or bring your pet in right away. If you have an emergency outside of our normal business hours, we recommend calling or visiting an emergency veterinary hospital or urgent pet care clinic near you. The nearest locations are listed here. While it's never easy to lose a beloved pet, it's important to be watchful for signs of declining quality of life.

When something unexpected happens and your pet needs immediate or more intensive veterinary care, it can be stressful and frightening, and the unexpected expense can make everything seem worse. Don't worry, we're here to help. At Roadrunner Animal Hospital & Grooming, our focus is on providing the TLC and medical expertise our pet patients need to get well, without adding more stress for pet parents.

We know that pets come in all shapes and sizes, and within our family of animal hospitals our veterinarians see a variety of animals! From rabbits to guinea pigs, ferrets, pocket pets and birds, our family of hospitals can treat your special pet or refer you to the right place. If you don't see your pet on the list, give us a call and we can provide you with a referral.

Your pet's health is our number one concern. Short-term or regular medication may be vital to maintaining your pet's overall health, so staying current on prescriptions is important.

We understand that a visit to the veterinarian can be stressful for some pets. These suggested tips will help make your visit with us as quick and as stress free as possible for both you and your pet. We can't wait to meet you!

Pet health insurance can help you to more easily afford your pet's health care. Pet insurance companies allow you to be reimbursed for veterinary expenses, while receiving quality health care at the veterinarian of your choice. Every pet insurance company offers different types of policies. Some pet health insurances cover wellness care, while others will only cover accident or illness. Please spend time looking at different insurance companies to learn about their specific coverage policies, to determine which policy is best for you and your pets.
