Dr. Garon is one of the best internist that my best friend has seen. She did a spotless job finding out exactly what Lala had and explaining it to me. Thank you for your humanity; you are a wonderful person and i will never forget it.

Dog Annual with a bath $170. Overall was a pleasant experience. No complaints from me, Lucy might disagree.

Staff is very kind, sensitive, and very consoling in a time of pet loss.

I worked here for years growing up and they always take care of clients. Whenever hurricanes hit they always make sure the animals are safe!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Reliability, Responsiveness, Value My dad and all put all our trust in these people and was told our sweet girl was fine when she was obviously not. They wouldn't keep her bc she wasnt vaccinated. She was a month old. They didn't offer vto vaccinate her either. That same night she passed away.we lost her. Our heart aches for our girl but i wanted to warn others.

I normally go to Bywater Vet Dr. Scott bc my Pepper is a lot to handle! She is about 12 years old now And needed a specialist for her liver and this place was great! They were able to do everything they needed to without having to sedate her or get her worked up! They took very good care of my baby girl!

Long wait time with not enough wait room area. The doctor was great, very calming nature under the urgent care that was needed. Staff could 'pretent' they wanted to be there at minimum.

The staff here are very professional and friendly! They truly love all the animals that walk through the door. They are kind of pricey, but for a 24 hour clinic and they can handle almost anything. We traveled over an hour to get there for our emergency and they were very informative of our situation and gave options and price estimates on the spot. Would definitely recommend!

LOVE! Our Weiner Dog starting having trouble walking so I found them on the internet. The Vet didn't even charge us for the visit because he has to send us to Medvet for emergency surgery! They are the nicest and most caring! We will be forever clients and greatful! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Easter Sunday your pet BEAR fell sick we rushed him to the only hospital open. Everyone was So loving and caring staff and doctors alike. Made us feel very comfortable leaving our Bear dog in their care for overnight care. Thanks to their knowledge they saved Bear. The hour and a half drive is well worth it just to have them do our follow up checkups.

I brought my pet here because it was close to home, convenient, and since she was old had an emergency vet. While the vet care is good, everyone knows they are the most expensive in the area. The last few visits for a simple follow up blood tests I have waited over an hour and then waited over a week for the results. For this kind of service I could go to different vet for had the price. The only reason I stay right now if because I do love my vet.

Phenomenal! I brought my dog in due to an emergency at 12:30AM and Dr. Sutherland was outstanding. She was also very caring and nurturing with my pup, and i had no doubts about having to leave him there overnight, for he was in good care. She told me to call and check in anytime during the night. When I picked him up, the staff there were also amazing and so kind. It was definitely worth my hour drive to their vet for an emergency visit or even a regular visit.

Haven't had any pets need the vet in a few years. Roscoe had an issue with an ear so I brought him in. Saddest thing was updating our info. All of the dogs and cats we had ever brought there have since passed. Elvis, Teddy, Maggie, Scoobie, Presley. Anyway, Roscoe has ear mites and he scratched too much. Got him cleaned up, treated and got meds to treat the rest of the crew at home. All done in less than an hour. Thanks to Dr. Jennifer and the rest of the staff. Roscoe was mad at me for a while, but he is once again a happy cat.

If ever there were angels placed on this earth to care for and love our furry children, then you don't have to look any farther than Riverlands. Dr. Catherine Garon and her Vet Tech, Phillip, along with every veterinarian, vet tech, and staff member at Riverlands are beyond exceptional. They are loving, caring, compassionate, and are never short on support and smiles...nor on hi lugs and kisses for my Big Baby Griff.

Griff will Turn 13 on Dec. 14, 2014. Griff's first cancer was discovered on Feb.11, 2011 Dr. John Maurteter did sx the same day.

He sent Me to Dr. Catherine. 2 more sx's and 6 rounds of oral chemo And Griff is sill here with us...happy with good quality of life.., because of these angels I speak of. No words can express my gratitude to Dr. C, Phillip, Dr. M and all the angels at Riverlands! The only thing I can Add - I LOVE YOU ALL AND GOD BLESS! Thank you for all the precious moments you have given me with my BABY GRIFF... THANK YOU ALL FOR LOVING HIM TOO!
