I was extremely nervous to bring him to any vet, but from the moment I walked in it was perfect. Everyone was so kind, professional and I could really tell they all loved fur babies. They treated my baby like he was their baby. He is shy and doesn't usually like strangers but by the time we left, he was trying to love on all the staff. Our Veterinarian didn't rush us and answered all of my questions thoroughly!

We had multiple tests/labs ran for itching, skin irritation and his ears. He got his vaccinations & had an ear infection and a yeast infection in his ears too. We went home with with antibiotics, creams, washes, flea, tick and heart worm chews and even a probiotic. After 3 days he was feeling better and within a week he was 100%. I'm grateful for everyone at Renton West and thankful to have found a veterinarian we trust. Oh.and their prices can't be beat!

The team at Renton west is so kind and supportive when my dog was going through a tough medical issue. The vet is very knowledgeable and patient to explain things clearly and try various options based on your pet's history and tolerance for various treatments. Can't imagine taking my dogs anywhere else.

I take my 3 dogs here and they are really great. My dogs all get really excited when we pull into the parking lot and can't wait to see the staff. They receive excellent care and the doctors are very kind and listen to any questions or concerns I have.

Amazing staff and practice! I actually called several places before this one and the receptionist at this place was just the most down to earth and informative one I had talked to all day, she made me feel comfortable choosing them. And then of course after my first visit I was impressed that the whole staff is like that. I got all the information I wanted and my puppy was taken very well, care of I am now bringing my other dog to see them!

We came in for the first time with all 3 of our animals - 2 very high energy dogs & 1 nervous kitty. everyone we interacted with was amazing. They handled each animal with love and made sure they stayed (kind of) calm while giving them their annual checkups! Thank you :)

We appreciate the care shown to our kitties and explanation of findings, tests, etc.! If staff introduced themselves it would help as we didn't recognize the first person to enter the room. She was wonderful and clearly loved our cats but I was wondering who she was and what her role is. The staff really are great and helped us through a tough time losing one of our cats to cancer during the early Covid days. We trust them and are glad to have great care close to home.

Recently moved to the area and took my cat in for a checkup. The team here were all so sweet, and I appreciated that Dr. Lakritz and Emily spent a lot of time with us, and weren't in a rush (unlike all the other vets I've been to). Highly recommend for your furry friends!

They have helped me very compassionately with both of my elderly kitties. My fur babies are over 15 years old and I know we are in loving hands here. I try to take advantage of their probiotic powder to sprinkle on my Kitty cat's food when I can.

My dog and I love Renton West Vet Hospital! The staff are extremely friendly, warm and caring. I think they love my dog as much as I do! Dr. Merrill is compassionate and knowledgeable, listens to my concerns and never seems rushed. I highly recommend that you take your pet to Renton West Veterinary Hospital!

This is my first time bringing my two cats here and the staffs are very helpful and accommodating. It feels good to know that you have a trusted people where you can bring your fur babies to and have the confidence that they will take care of them.

Everyone's so nice during our visit! We love this clinic for our furbaby. She was so welcomed at our visit here and was handled with so much care. The clinic is sanitary too! Our vet, Dr. Padilla and her vet assistant who assisted us that night answered all of our queries! They really know what they're doing! Kudos to all the staff at Renton West!

Completely professional, helpful staff from the call center to the vets. I felt like my cats were well looked after and my concerns listened to. They have their dogs in the reception area which was a very homey feel. Recommended highly.

I am so happy to have found this place! Nappy is a little Pekinese and can be a little high maintenance, plus I can not resist giving him treats so he is chubby! Nappy was treated with respect and a lot a care, he was handled with love during all the examinations and a big plus.he was calm and happy when we got home! Normally there is drama, but not this time! Thank you Renton West Veterinary Hospital. You are a dream come true for me and Nappy!

We have a rescue mini schnauzer named Ernesto. We have had him about 4 months and he is we think a little over a year old. Friday morning July 2 Nd he woke up with a terrible ear infection. He was restless and agitated and couldn’t sit still. He held his head crooked and his left ear was twitching and very sore to the touch. We had some ear solution that we tried but he was still a hurting pup.

We tried our normal vets office. No Dr in today only staff. No times available till late next week. We called at least 10 other vets and got same story line. No time available till next week. We were besides ourselves thinking of poor Ernie being miserable for a week. I called RENTON WEST VET Hosp and talked to Mary. She listened to my plea and said “hang on” I will be right back.

She returned and said “see you at 3:50 pm. That was only an hour and 20 minutes from my call. We went in and met Dr Merrill and Her great staff. They were fantastic and treated Ernie and now less than 20 hours later he is acting normal and his ear is not bothering him. We have found a new Vet for our pups. This place is fantastic and I can’t say enough good things about them …..

Highly recommend Renton West. Their help has been invaluable in helping me care for my kitties. They helped me care for my two old cats and were forthcoming and direct regarding end of life care/quality of life, but never made me feel like they treated my boys like a lost cause like some other vets have. They spoke to me like they are family, which they are.

They even replied to my e-mail out of hours to my questions about how to care for my now passed away boy, Mr Fluffy, when he had kidney disease and wouldn’t eat. More recently, they have helped care for my two kittens. They helped get my kitten Maui in for same day care when his eye was swollen shut and my spouse and I were very worried about him, and Dr. Merrill checked him out, helped to ease our worries, and demonstrated how to give him his eye medicine.

Their prices are affordable, you can tell they really care about the animals, and everyone there is pleasant. Dr. Merrill and Dr. Kraneburg are both kind and helpful, and want to work with you to help best care for your fur babies. Mary and Jennie in the office are helpful and a pleasure to talk to. My only regret is that I didn’t move my old boys to Renton West’s care sooner. I’ve had bad experiences with vets in the past; I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Renton West ever since being their client over a year ago, and I’ve interacted with them a lot.

Wonderful place. I have been taking my Siberian Husky here for the last year to see Doctor Kraneburg. She is wonderful! The staff is very friendly and I know my pup is getting the best care in the area. I have recommended Renton West Veterinary to multiple friends and family members. Even with COVD-19 going on, the staff makes a curbside appointment very easy. No other vet in the area compares.

We love taking our 2 dogs and cat to Renton West! They are compassionate and do everything they can to take the best care of our animals. We are so grateful for them!

These people are great and very kind. I can't believe how caring and supportive they were as our Rufus crossed the rainbow bridge. We were back today with our other cats and we're concerned that they had put us in the same room that we were in Rufus was in when he passed All I can say is wow

These guys are great! I highly recommend them. Front office is extremely helpful and kind, and Dr Bart is exactly what you want in a vet. Not only is he just very knowledgeable, he listens and he takes time to ask questions, too. I am really happy we found them!
