The R.E.A.C.H. team considers your pet's well-being their top priority. Our commitment is to exceed the expectations of our patients’ families and to treat your loved ones with respect, dignity and unsurpassed care. By advancing the quality of medicine we create hope, reduce pain, and assure continual care in an environment where your pet is never alone. We are dedicated to working with your primary care veterinarian and advancing the quality of veterinary care in western North Carolina thus improving the health of all of our pets.
As the only hospital in Western North Carolina strictly dedicated to providing veterinary emergency medicine, our doctors and staff are trained and experienced specifically in emergency medical care. We are prepared and equipped to handle both minor and the most critical emergencies. Upon arrival to our facility, a R.E.A.C.H. doctor will examine your pet and will provide you with a health care plan based upon the best treatment for your pet's medical condition. Throughout your pet's visit our compassionate staff will work hard to provide comfort and constant attention to the needs of both you and your loved one.
Our goal in providing the best emergency veterinary care possible, is to create an environment where our referring veterinarians and clients feel welcome, cared for and respected. Upon discharge from our hospital we will provide you with the appropriate information needed to further care for your pet's needs. It is R.E.A.C.H.'s policy to forward your pet's medical record to your primary veterinarian to facilitate the continual care of your companion.
