During office hours, we are fully equipped and ready to help with all of your emergency and critical care needs. If you find that you need emergency assistance after hours, we recommend Companion Animal Specialty and Emergency (CASE) or Dundee Animal Hospital. They are available when we are closed and we trust them for quality care!

Strongly recommend this hospital and Dr. Benz. I had an emergency and called several hospitals before I found Dr. Benz. All the hospital said that they are booked and could not help. Dr. Benz staff was the only one who asked what was going on with my dog, talked with the doctor and found 30 minutes to have a look and help. I am sooo thankful, as my golden doodle, Bart was in pain and Dr. Benz helped him fast and effectively. THANK YOU FROM MY HEART!

After an night of my dog being restless and struggling to walk my regular vet was unable to get us in. I took a chance on Randall Oaks and wow! Dr. Benz and her staff are amazing! While the news was not good, the treatment of my dog and compassion shown was second to none! My dog is living his last days in comfort and happy! And Randall Oaks has earned a new customer! I am so happy to have found this animal hospital! The whole entire staff is so friendly and genuinely caring! My dog had a severe eye injury and then an abscess that needed to be taken care of just weeks after his eye injury. Both vets were so thorough in explaining everything that was happening and so patient with any questions i had. Your pet will be in good hands here!

Dr's. Benz and Blondin are the very best and the office staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We have been taking our pets to them for the past 18 years and all of them have been treated professionally and compassionately. As long as we have pets we will be taking them to Randall Oaks Animal Hospital!

If I could give negative stars, I would! My daughter's dog was a patient of Randall Oaks for 13 yrs, but the dog became very sick with a bad heart, and struggled with pain for more than a month before she died at home, in my daughter's arms. The dog couldn't eat, couldn't drink, and couldn't walk downstairs to go outside to the bathroom. My daughter had ASKED the vets to put the dog down 3 weeks before she died, but the vets insisted they could help the dog, and instead prescribed more tests, ultrasounds and medication.
The DAY that her dog passed away, the vets had done yet another ultrasound. instead of putting the poor animal out of her misery.they charged my daughter for an ultrasound. I would NEVER recommend this clinic to anyone.

Dr. Mary Benz, Dr. Nancy, and their care team were recommended by a family member almost 12 years ago for our beloved rescue pup. BEST IN THE BUSINESS. Highest level of Professionalism, Integrity, Graciousness, and Compassionate. Dr. Mary and her Care Team cared for our sweet pup from her first weeks as a pup to be neutered, for shots, nail trimmings, blood work, the works.
This was her primary care provider. Because our pup was a Rescue, we had stringent requirements to be met and Dr. Mary assisted us every step of the way. Our pup knew Dr. Mary's name each time we were to go see her over the course of her life, and basically wanted to drive the car to go see her! Dr. Mary and Dr. Nancy were very responsive to calls, were Clinical when they needed to be clinical and compassionate when they needed to be, and her care team managed the care of our pup as a family member.
When our pup grew up and had an emergency three years ago, Dr. Mary recommended an Emergency Vet very close to our home and partnered with them wonderfully. We traveled 20 miles to receive her care for almost 12 years for our pet due to the quality of care. Dr. Mary and Dr. Nancy are the top quality clinicians that you want to manage the care of your pet and tell you what you need to hear - not what you want to hear to keep your pet happy, healthy, and well.
No regrets. Especially based on the reaction of my sweet pup loving to go see her each time, in our hearts and souls it was a beautiful relationship. In the end, when the ER Vet told me it was the end, and to go see my family Vet, I fought the thought of losing my baby girl again, and going to see Dr. Mary to finalize it. However, we went on autopilot to Dr. Mary and she provided the most beautiful, compassionate, gracious, comforting personalized surroundings for me to allow my pet to pass, that I couldn't imagine being anywhere else or having the peace in any other way.
It just unfolded due to Dr. Mary Benz and her care team. It was very relaxed and comforting and unafraid. I am so thankful. Dr. Mary Benz provided me and my sweet pup with a beautiful peaceful passing, and for that I will be forever thankful. She also offered the ashes, and paw print which has since assisted with our healing and finding peace with the passing of our sweet pup in such a way that I am so blessed to have had them in our lives. Having had this team of providers for almost 12 years from baby pup to the end, from the deepest part of our hearts, our family is so proud of the partnership of this team of clinicians. They are the real deal. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I did a lot of research before choosing the right Vet for my dogs. Randall Oaks was by far the easiest decision to make. Dr. Benz is so personable and has such love for every dog we have had. They have the best staff as well. I feel like family whenever I go there. I strongly encourage you to meet them, you won't be disappointed.

Both my Chihuahua and my cat have been spayed at Randall Oaks Animal Hospital. They accept the "Friends of Animals" certificates which means they are accepting little reimbursement for the cost of the surgery. My pets both had outstanding care. They received pain killers for home & I got calls after the surgery & follow up calls to see how they were doing two days later.
I don't feel that because of the low cost spay they scrimped in any way on making sure my pets were cared for & treated as well as possible. I am very pleased & would highly recommend them.
