Please don't use Animal hospital Dr. Naren K and his staff are just a rip off.We have been going to this place for many years and know Dr. Naren K well.Now all my years dealing with him he changes what he tells you all the time.My experience we took our dog to Prince George Animal hospital for an exam, shots and boarding.We were given a quote prior to bringing our dog there.We called to check on our pet like the responsible dog owner does.We spoke to Dr.K over the phone and recorded our conversation while we were out of town because he doesn't remember what he told you.He stated our dog has some loose teeth which needs to be extracted as well as teeth infection.When we returned from our trip we called the reception to see if the quote that they quoted us before we left was the same amount.Once again the price changed.We drove to their location to pick up our dogs and guess what?You guessed it, the price changed again so we asked for Dr.Naren K to call us.We paid the amount without any issue.Dr.K finally called so we can discuss the surgery for my dog.I asked him how many of my dogs teeth need to be extracted and how many are infected?He said he doesn't know until he is under anesthesia.He said maybe none.I said you did the exam right now so you should know.You have our dog record and chart in front of you.I stated you the doctor should know, I am not going to let you put my dog under anesthesia for a just in case scenario.Dr. Naren K said "I don't care about what you think".I paused for a minute I am just asking a question that any responsible pet owner would ask.He yelled out I don't want your dog to come back here.I was very polite I told him that it's very rude I am just trying to see what my dog needs.He just hung up on the phone.What type of doctor gets upset when you are concerned about your pet.I am telling you the positive reviews on here are not being honest.Trust the 1-star reviews. If you love your pet I suggest you take them to another animal hospital. The funniest part to me is that Dr. Naren K had the nerve to say he was an honest person Lol..and that I was rude. First of all any person that have to say they are honest normally not. In what way was I being rude? By asking a question about my dog health or not allowing Dr. Naren K to perform surgery on my dog for a just in case scenario? All I can say is wow. I guarantee he suggests a teeth cleaning for over $700.00.

My puppy was very ill and was diagnosed with parvo, I went to several places to receive care and was not able to receive help or was quoted a ridiculous price to save my furry baby! I had to act quick so I contacted PG animal hospital and spoke to Carmen, She went above and beyond to help me out with my scary and difficult situation.

The prices are very reasonable and they really care! She helped me through every step of the way and my puppy received the best care! I would also like to Thank Anthony he is the Vet tech and he was also amazing and he and Carmen did everything they could to save my puppies life. My puppy is doing much better and is almost into full recovery today.

He is getting back to his normal self and I don't know what I would have done without the awesome care I received from this hospital. The doctor was very involved and concerned and helped me through step by step. If you need good care for your pets look no further! Thank you PG animal hospital team! Very grateful for everything you were able to do for us.

Mi perro caminaba y comía lo lleve a las vacunas anual y lo atendió una muchacha de lentes cuando iba a pagar me dice q era estudiante y que si le podía dar 5$ le dije q no porque yo venía a una clínica profesional no a regalar dinero después de eso mi perro comenzó a no comer lo llevo de nuevo a la clinica para la limpieza de los dientes y me dice Carmen q no puede porque le falta una vacuna le digo póngasela regresa ella y me dice q no q el perrito necesita un examen de sangre se lo hacen hoy ya pasaron 3. Días y mi perro no come no camina que le hicieron a mi perro no me entregaron los exámenes estoy molesto triste enojado mi perro se está muriendo y a ellos no les importa ellos solo quieren dinero dinero NO RECOMIENDO ESTE LUGAR

Great Staff, from the Vet techs that come out to your car to greet you, to the front desk and over the phone. The Dr is super detailed and goes in depth over the whole process of your fur baby while in their care. I know my furbabies are in good hands.

I tried to get my new rescue a doctor's appointment with the vet that originally checked him and they had nothing available. My other fur baby is a patient at PG Animal Hospital so I called. They had an appointment available right away! The staff is pleasant, and I absolutely love the Vet. Right now, vet techs come get the dogs from the car- The tech was super nice, I could tell he was smiling behind his mask and he was so gentle in getting my big boy leashed up to go inside.

The appointment was so fast! I was able to do everything before work! The Vet calls right after the visit to explain what he found, his diagnosis, and to advise what he's prescribing and how to administer the meds. He also advised a follow up time frame. The Vet is so gentle in his tone with me, and you can discern he has to be just as loving to the animals. I have the ultimate trust in this facility, the staff and Vet with my two babies.

They have taken great care of my sweet kitty! Her old vet closed during the pandemic and I was frantically searching for a new vet as my cat had an abscess. Thankfully a family member recommended Drs. Khianey. I’ve only been during the altered services of the pandemic, but it runs smoothly. You arrive and call the hospital, they send someone out to get your pet, the vet calls during their exam, and then they send someone back out with your pet.

I love the doctors and kennel staff. They were able to squeeze in my pup for his horrible allergy flare up. I was a little concerned that the check out staff was not paying attention as far as my bill. They had to charge my card twice since they forgot items in my bill and still managed to forget to give me his 3 month supply for heartworm and flea/tick prevention.

I returned with my dog for his recheck and reminded them about the meds. Then they were giving me a 3 month supply of just one med but not the other. I asked the gentleman where the other med was since I paid for both. He proceeded to tell me it was in the same box. They had placed only one chew of the other med instead of a 3 month supply as I previously requested and, to my knowledge, paid for. He then came back with the remaining dosages. I suggest checking your itemized receipt and that you received all your meds.

Staff always makes our visit a breeze - they clearly communicate everything from appointment times/reminders, price breakdowns and any issues that our dogs may have. We were in & out yesterday in about 25 minutes for an annual exam with vaccinations. Our baby was a happy camper all the way home!

Was my fur babies first visit here 02/02/2022 and I must say the level of knowledge and care they have is awesome. answered all my questions and I was very happy with their services. I left Banfield because they are completely incompetent and have a lot of BS with them. glad i made the decision to come here with my fur babies.

So glad that we switched to PG Animal Hospital! We previously used a vet out of a big box store and got increasingly frustrated by terrible service and constant cash grabs. Set up an annual check up visit with PGAH on the recommendation of a neighbor. I am so glad that we did because when the vet got her heartworm test results, confirmed it was positive (ran a 2nd test to make sure).

It is a scary course of treatment, but doing it with a vet that takes the time to explain things and answer all my questions makes the world of difference. I feel nothing but confidence in the vet and their incredibly friendly and helpful staff.

We've been using their service for our dog "Bagel" for a year now (both checkups and boarding) and they never let us down always there to assist us with any issues with our dog. Also their Vet assistants are awesome! professional and knowledgeable. Shout out to Anthony recently for helping us and giving suggestion regarding our issue with Bagel. :)

2 of my dogs went here and they took really good care of them as best as they could, considering their conditions. The compassion was really appreciated.

I left my dog there all day because they had to anesthetize her for a thorough teeth cleaning. The dog came back fine with no cavities. I had confidence that she would be well treated. I've been taking her there for the last 10 years

I have been coming here for over 15 years. Doc has been taking care of my pets and I am so thankful for his veterinary office and staff. They are so helpful so friendly and thoughtful and very caring to the pets I can't think of another place I would go to.

I had a terrible experience with this hospital. I had been attending this hospital for close to two years and had spent over $5K with them. Just recently, we had an incident that was handled very poorly and unprofessionally. My dog is very anti-social towards other dogs due to him being attacked at a young age. Two weekends ago, my dog wasn't feeling well so we took him to PG Hospital and my dog immediately started to get anxious and barking.

He pooped a little inside and the doctor came screaming at my sister, telling her that my dog needed pills to calm him down and to never bring him back. My sister immediately started to cry. While I understand that my dog may need pills to relax, none of his assistant told us to come get pills prior. The doctors excuse was that he wrote it on a paper 3 months ago.

The situation was handled very poorly and extremely degrading towards my sister. Shame on this hospital for treating a woman like this and after several years of being in business, they should know better. I will never return to this Hospital and they have lost a loyal customer forever.

First time I used their services, very knowledgeable and attentive to Eddie my cat. Yes I will continue to use them for all my future visits and refer them to friends and family for all pet care. So glad I found them when my cat was sick.

Great communication and friendly service from staff and doctor. Don't really ever have a problem with this clinic. Only heads up is it can be pricey but that's with any private vet outside of banfield and even they have their issues. So overall a great place they always take care of my baby's needs.

Both Dr. Khianey and his son Dr. Rahul Khianey are the best, they are both very caring and take time to make sure you understand what's going on and what's best for your pet....but they also aren't pushy with lots of un-needed vaccinations and procedures. I totally trust them with my pets and refer them to all my friends, my dog's love them as well, we were once out and I didn't see Dr. Khianey but my dogs did and were barking and pulling and making such a fuss....I look up and there is Dr. Khianey and his family....I let them go and they ran straight to him...They love him and so do I!

Two words: The BESTEST! Very professional, caring, loving, and keeps you abreast of appointments and medications!

Dr. Khianney is amazing with my pups. They hate going to the vet, but you can see how much they love and trust him by the they relax they see him. The staff is always so nice and helpful. The team follows after each visit and make recommendations based on what's best for my pups, not what's most expensive or easiest.

My pup Leo gets shy around new humans. The first time he met Dr. Khianey, he wasn't shy at all! Dr. Khianey's calm and caring demeanor is exactly what Leo needed for his first visit at PG Animal Hospital. I'm very grateful for his care of my furry son and HIGHLY recommend him to those who need a dedicated, experienced, and genuinely caring Veterinarian!

Dr. Khianey and his staff are the most compassionate animal caregivers. Dr. Khianey has treated everything from my ferrets to my cats and dogs. He's always honest and realistic about treatment. I recently had to have Dr. Khianey put my beloved dog Sasha to rest. It was extremely difficult for me to do, but he made it easier. I appreciate everything he and his staff have done for me and all my animals. I recommend him highly.
