DO NOT GO HERE! Beth Olson is a rude lying Bi$@! They have overcharged us and she has hung up the phone on us more than once! Im not even sure the vet knows about this as we can not trust this "practice manager" She may be the demise of this vet which is sad because we liked the care the vets gave us. DO NOT GO HERE!

Dr. Petifurd and all the of the vet techs and vet assistants are fantastic. Everyone is caring and compassionate and understanding. I have never had such care and attention for my pups before. All my questions were answered and they didn't make me feel like a nuisance. I'm grateful for finding them. 10/10!

Dr. Petifer & the staff have gone above & beyond for my pet. My pet had an injury and they have called to check in on her after our visit multiple times. They build relationships with you and your animals and want to make sure you and your pet feel comfortable and that all of your pets needs are met. They truly care about your pet!

I selected Picture Hills because of the efficiency in transferring my pet's account from my former veterinarian. My pup has special needs and Picture Hills was able to meet and exceed all those needs. My dog is an 11 year old German Shepherd with some anxiety. I was able to get her in-processed and seen the same day I called to make an appointment. Dr. Sims and crew were very empathetic to her needs. I was beyond happy to find this place.

Picture Hills is a loving caring animal clinic. I have gone the the clinic for over 30+ years with all my pets. It has recently changed hands and I was a bit concerned that no one else could do the same job as the previous vet. They have proven themselves caring and loving with the animals. They are organized and helpful. They even called two days after a possible very sad diagnosis for my dog, just to see how she was doing.
I like that a lot. The vets are comfortable getting on the floor with your animal to examine or just to get to know them. They have been very safe protecting people and animals from COVID. I highly recommend the Picture Hills Pet Hospital.

We’ve been clients of Picture Hills Pet Hospital for 30 years. Through it all … aging dogs and cats, rescues with mysterious histories and ailments, teeny kittens requiring TLC, even a child’s pet rat that needed to be neutered (!), the entire team has been unfailingly compassionate, professional and wise in their treatment and follow-up. We recommend Picture Hills wholeheartedly.

They went above and beyond to make sure my dog was comfortable. She is very dog reactive, so them allowing me appointment times with as little interaction as possible with other dogs. They made me feel like my dog was the best dog that ever seen in there and the truth is I believe they make everyone feel that way. They have an app that makes everything easy and they are extremely responsive to emails and questions. I am grateful I found them for my Gracie.

I have taken my animals to Picture Hills for years and I have had nothing but good things to say about the staff and the loving attention they have given to all my furry ones. Leo is recovering nicely (although really loopy) from his neuter. Thank you all for everything you do especially under the COVID circumstances.

I’m a RVT and work for a veterinary pharmaceutical company now after being in practice for a little over 10 years. It’s really hard transitioning into being a client. My previous job enabled me to create a large network within the veterinary community and I got to be in a lot of practices everyday. This clinic is a diamond in the rough. I refer all of my friends and family here.
I love this clinic, the staff, and the way they treat people. Their veterinary care is top notch. Dr. Sims has one of the best bed side manners of any veterinarian I’ve met. She is knowledgeable, she cares, she is experienced and it really reflects into her staff and how they treat clients. Five stars, hands down.
