I've been taking my 2 senior cats here for several years and have always been impressed with how caring the vets and staff are. They've always given my cats excellent care. One of my cats got extremely sick recently, and I had to have him put down last week. The vet, Dr. Brown, and all of the staff had so much empathy and were so kind and loving with me during such a difficult time. I really appreciate how sensitive they were to my heartbreak that day.

Petcare Hospital has been great to us! Though they can be expensive, the customer service and medical attention are without comparison!

Had contacted this vet office very frantically about my cat Tiny that desperately needed an ingrown dewclaw that had gone unnoticed removed, not even within 24 hours they had contacted me back and let me know they were able to make space to get her in asap. I was having lots of troubles with vets contacting me back or being able to make an appointment soon enough, so this place really helped ease my worry.

My baby is home now and feeling so much better already. While i was here i felt really welcomed by every worker there. The atmosphere was really nice, makes you forget youre at the vet really. They all handled my lovely kitty cat with care. All the people that work here dont only do it because its a job, they do it because they genuinely care for each and every animal that walks through their doors. I will continue to take Tiny to this place everytime i need to, cause i know she will get the best care there. Thank you guys so much for being there

Very bad experience! I am a new dog parent. I thought breeder are taking them to this vet, so the information is easier to match, so I chose them too. First appointment today. The doctor gave my dog a 4-8 week non-essential vaccine (Bordetella) instead of the 12 week vaccine (Dap*) that was supposed to be given, and did not tell us that it was optional!

Great place for your pet. We have been coming here for a couple of years and have always been happy with the way our pets are treated and respected. The staff is always polite and helpful and willing to answer our questions.

Our first time taking our sweet dog to this location and we were so incredibly happy! They are super professional and took their time to make sure both our nervous pup and the nervous human were comfortable and happy. Definitely will be coming back!

I've been a Petcare client since 2006. We have been without a dog for a couple of years, and our first visit with a new puppy was as wonderful as all our past visits with our old dog. The staff are thorough, compassionate, and friendly.

Been taking my pups to pet care for over 15 years and love the staff and can completely trust each member to care for my babies. Everyone is so nice and educational at each visit. I moved 20-30mins away and I STILL bring them to pet care cause I only trust them. Thank you for caring for all my pups!

Edit: based on their response, I think we have very different definitions for 'through'. They were great, but after the insidious appt where we leapt from dismissiveness to suggesting opioids for no good reason, followed by a complete failure to address the other 3 issues or his rapid weight loss - we're done. If you love your pet, don't take them here. Update: I took my pet elsewhere, for exactly the same sum of money, they performed a broader set of tests and within 2 hours had a staring point for treating Spencer. Had I just accepted the substandard treatment from petcare my boy would have been seriously Ill by the time they bothered to examine him. There's clearly some new staff there post pandemic and they suck.

Love all the workers and Doctors at Petcare Hospital. Great service and very informative, helpful, friendly and caring. They have supported our 4-legged babies for over 8 years. Thank you for all that you do. Much appreciated!

You have to visit this place if you are under 16 and have permission from your guardian. We hope to see you there! Happy eating! I was going to suggest a few things on my menu. The food was tasty. The drinks were nice and the food was quite good. There was a lot of service provided. The only food I forgot was a lotus root and I had to drink a lot of water to get into the house.

Definitely a little pricey. A lot of people were very polite with us and we decided to make it a 5 star if they liked tea, fruit, milk, cheese and sugar. The kids were extremely excited too, and were excited because they really liked it. I decided to go over some things and say hello to our kids and give them a ride. I can confirm that we found a cute little shop in the front part of the property with a beautiful view.

It is a little small and is close by (and my car was way too small). On opening day, it was nice and nice to have some free WiFi along with free drinks. You can find some cute little store/restaurants and enjoy some hot chocolate. We also found the family room which cost $3.50 (about $1.85 if you give your kids). Wasn't the food or service quite right, but it was certainly worth paying for and there were a ton of fun things to do after dark like hanging out with some.

Dr. Frasier and his team have been taking care of our fur babies and us since 1994. Our cats, Mittens and Tabby lived long healthy lives (20 and 17 years ). Then we had, Bear, Cleo, Sushi, and most recently Rockstar (our beloved puppies). Rockstar (our diva yorkie) lived a happy healthy life of almost 18 years. The Petcare team is so warm and caring. They treat our family like their family. Thank you Petcare Team.

My 8 year old cats have been coming to Petcare Hospital & Wellness Center their entire lives! Dr Fraser cared for my childhood pets and I am so happy that he and his team care for my pets now. Every interaction has been positive and it is obvious that the folks working here love our pets as much as we do.

We have been going to Petcare for many years. They have always been there, from handling the passing of two of our dogs with great sensitivity, to emergency treatment (at closing time) of one of our dog when he got attacked by another dog, to preventative care suggestions, and the routine nail trims & teeth cleanings. Through it all the vets and staff were always helpful & knowledgeable.

This week once again Dr. Fraser and staff went the extra mile and saw our dog on short notice for uncontrolled vomiting. Thank you Dr. Fraser, Dr. Batterman, and all the staff at Petcare for the excellent care and for keeping our pets healthy & happy!

Vets are always booked out a minimum of three weeks and are extremely expensive. I recently boarded my dog at a different facility while on vacation, and suspect she contracted kennel cough. They won't prescribe medication unless seen, and cant get me in for three weeks. A simple exam and prescription is all I need and can't wait three weeks.

I've been bringing my dog here for several years now for her annual check- ups, shots, etc. Her vet, Dr. Howell, is always great to work with --skilled, knowledgeable, friendly, compassionate, and a straight shooter. The support staff are equally as wonderful to work with.

Pet care is the absolute best! It has been such a challenge finding a reliable, reasonably priced, good quality vet and groomer until now! They have great customer service, friendly polite compassionate towards both pet and pet parent. Their grooming is amazing my pug always comes out so fluffy and fresh. Their process is seamless from booking, to drop off and pickup (COVID-19 compliant), to payment etc.

The staff are wonderful, the facility is beautiful ( exterior- as I have not been inside), great pricing for the quality of care, hassle free process. I'm so thrilled I found pet care!

I had an emergency with one of my cats and I was able to get in the next morning to have him seen. The vet and staff were very thorough and communicated all information every step of the way. My big guy is doing so much better, and we have a solid follow up plan in place. Thank you so much for the great attitudes and help that you give.
