This is such an overdue review. During the 3 years I lived in Madison, I could not have asked for a better veterinary. My pups had many issues, eating an oatmeal cookie, inuring her hip/back and Dr. White and Dr. Olson + team always gave the best care. I went to two vets before I found them, and I am so happy I did! They are caring and go above and beyond with customer service.

I live in California now, and miss this place so much! If you live in the area, you will not find a better vet than Dr. White. I'm wiring this review to help anyone out there who is looking for a vet they can trust and count on. You will not be disappointed in this team.

These folks treat you like family. They understand how important our pets are to us. I liked the employees dressing like their pets. Great moral booster.

Dr. White and her team are the best! They are always so patient and caring with my pup Reuben and are so detail-oriented (e.g. giving him gut-safe treats that don't bother his tummy).

My dog is not an easy one to work with due to anxiety around new people (and the vet) but Dr White did wonderful with him! Highly recommend

Petcare Animal Hospital has high quality concern and care for our family. Shelby, (RIP) Ali, (RIP) and now Zahra are treated better than we thought possible. Our family rescued 12 cats so far in the almost 39 years in Wisconsin. Kitten to elderly we've treated cancer, kidney disease, liver disease, diabetes, thyroid disease, and more. They even made boarding our reluctant cats a breeze. We feel fortunate to have lucked upon this practice that is very close to home.

I get house calls from Petcare Animal Hospital for my cat. He's been through a lot, has some health concerns, and is extremely fearful of new people and settings. Dr White is so gentle and patient with him--I know he's a difficult patient but she and the rest of the staff always go above and beyond to make sure he is comfortable and his vet visits are as painless as possible.

My kitty was misdiagnosed at the emergency vet and when I called my own vet they couldn't take her in (disappointing). When I called Petcare Animal Hospital, last minute they took my kitty in immediately. I am so grateful she's being treated here and I wouldn't change anything. I am coming back each time now for both of my cats and their medical exams. They are also very nice and wonderful and they took care of my kitty really well. I am very very happy.

While visiting from out of state, my dog became ill. She was seen within an hour of my call. When I arrived the staff were professional, kind, and patient, and had already contacted my home state vet to obtain relevant health information. Dr. Olson treated her promptly and provided a thorough explanation of my dog's issues and made follow-up plans.

My dog was treated as if she were an established patient, rather than an urgent care pup, and we could not have had a better experience. Many thanks to Dr. Olson and the staff.

Love this place. Been going here since I was a little boy with my pets. Great and compassionate staff. Helped me recently with my new addition, we found her half frozen to death.
