Pet Street Station Animal HOSP

The staff here is unbelievably compassionate. I recently had to put my cat down. We'd had her for going on 16 years. She was such a part of our family. I miss her everyday. Pet Street Station is so very compassionate and so very caring. I'm so happy to have found such a great veterinarian office with a staff who is so attentive and I have had very positive experiences with the veterinarians. Thank you, Pet Street Station for everything you did for us! You're whole staff is just awesome!

My mother took our ~13 year old lab boxer mix here today to have a growth on his face looked at. While there she was told that my sister and 5 month old nephew were not allowed inside. Once in the exam room she spent 15 minutes telling the tech over and over again the issues. While our dog was in the back having blood samples taken my mother asked if it would be ok if she went out to the car to get her wallet that she had forgotten.

The veterinarian looked at my mother oddly and said "I'm a little suspicious of you not coming back" to which my mother replied "you have my dog!" This is the final straw with this clinic. Between the rude and obnoxious front desk staff and clueless back end staff we will no longer be coming here. We've already phased the rest of our pets into another local veterinarian, we thought with this one's age and numerous other problems (that pet street has been treating him for) it would be better for the dog to continue coming here, but with the way they treat the humans AND animals, there is no reason for us to continue business here.

Super friendly people. Princess Leia had her Pedi done in no time at all. He said she was a good girl through it all.

Caring staff who will handle your pets like they would their own. Excellent preventive and emergency care. Comparatively priced. When it was time to let go of our beloved family dog, they handled him (and us) with gentleness.

I appreciate there honesty and willingness to work with the situation at hand.

The pet street station is the best there staff bar none on top of things careing positive attune truly caring doctors and tech through in diagnose and will do there best to keep your furry friend in good health let me say iv been to other vets and I have to say iv been shocked at what see. Pet streetgives your pet the best as for price I belive there are veary fare expertise is not ever a discounleave a little for angle fund it can go a long way

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Reliability, Responsiveness, Value Highly do not recommend this place at all. Took our cat here and due to my husband losing his job we could not afford the vet bill. They would not work with us at all on the bill and now they are putting our cat which is apart of our family up for adoption! Sickening. I would not recommend this place at all if you want your animals back.

We have always had great visit with pet street! Their office is kind and friendly. When our animals are sick or injured they always keep us in the loop if what's been going on with treatment. Very greatful for their office.

I've been taking my cats to Pet Street for several years, and I couldn't be happier with their staff and services. Dr. Sauter is great at communicating and answering my questions, and always listens to my concerns and suggestions. While a trip to the vet is always stressful for cats, everyone at Pet Street is really good at interacting with them. I appreciate this very much!

Everyone was very friendly and the vet took time to call me and tell me about my dog's progress We have just purchased a new puppy that we need to have vet checked and they have worked diligently to get me worked in for a wellness check.

These are caring people that really do a terrific service. I was very worried about my German Shepherd (Jewel). She was getting worse when I took her to Pet Street Station. She is already on her way to full health. I couldn't sleep for days. I'll sleep well tonight thanks to these caring professionals. Thank you Pet Street Station.

Had our cat cremated here. The staff was very compassionate and made the business end of the deal less stressful. We highly recommend them.

So I took my little guy the other day to pet street to see dr cavaliere if I spelled it wrong sorry. But him and his tech were awesome! They held my Little man and played with him and he really enjoyed being there. He also was spoiled with treats. I can truly tell this place really loves what they are doing and take it more than just numbers. These furbabies are actually cared for by this staff!

And it shows big time. Ty staff at pet street station. You also see my other 2 babies and I've had nothing but good come from this place. They don't do anything that don't need to be done I know that for a fact. They don't try to you to pay for something that's not needed. I will recommend this place over any other vets close by. Thanks pet street!

My dog CoCo seemed to have a good time during her stay. I think she enjoyed all the attention the staff gave her. I was reassured to find her so calm after her long stay. The staff seem to genuinely care about the pets they are boarding.

Staff is kind and helpful. If there are no appointments facility is willing to work with you for doggie daycare in order to see your pet as soon as possible. We put my moms dog down with them last year and it was peaceful and dignified. We appreciate them!
