I tried getting my dying bunny into every vet I could so he wouldn't have to suffer and none of them would help me. I called Parrish Creek Vet and the doctor was on her lunch break but said she would gladly be of assistance. They treated my Roo with such compassion and all of the staff was just phenomenal, they expressed their condolences and were just completely amazing about the entire, heartbreaking experience!

I live a half hour away but they will be our new vet to our 3 dogs and 3 cats because after this experience I know that they will always be in the BEST hands with this team! Thank you all again, I can never say how much your compassion has meant to me!

Parrish Creek was wonderful when handling my friend's hamster last week. I was pet sitting her aging hamster & he had been showing some signs of decline that suddenly worsened after a few days. They were able to fit him in despite their busy schedule & were very professional. They showed true empathy for my friend while acknowledging the urgency of his state. I would definitely recommend them in the future & that's coming from a previous veterinary technician of 12 years.

Wonderful people. Very competent. Reasonably priced (although I admit I'm always surprised how much animals cost). Good with exotics. Highly recommended.

Everyone is super nice. We've been going to them with our Great Dane/Newfoundland mix since we got him a few months ago and they've been great. Quick, caring, and knowledgeable. We called out of the blue yesterday because the pup was sick, unfortunately they said they couldn't see us. After spending time trying to see if they could fit us in soon enough for an urgent issue, they recommended an emergency clinic.

Then before we could even call the emergency clinic, Parrish Creek called back with an appointment to get us in next morning to see the vet. Most tests they tell us will take 2ish days or a week sometimes, but I think we've always gotten a call with the results same day or within 24 hours. Highly recommend!

I've never felt more UNwelcomed to a veterinary practice in my life. They used my animal as a guinea pig changing his food almost 5 times. Destroying his poor stomach and then they ACCUSED US of declining further extensive treatment, But the "care" team at Parrish creek clearly instructed previously that that was a last resort. But now since we hadn't already done that it's OUR fault?

We listened to our doctors advice perfectly in everything and it got us no where, my dog is still super sick, I'm out so much money, and now I need to find another vet, after the manager told us that she refuses to help us any further.

DO NOT GO TO PARRISH CREEK! I would leave ZERO stars if I could! What is a vet clinic for? To help your animals or at least that's what I thought! The MANAGER, Abbie or debbie, not sure, called us while waiting outside for an emergency with our dog (that was entirely their problem to fix!) and told us that they cannot see us, the doctor is far too busy and booked for the day, in an EMPTY PARKING LOT.

All we asked for was a couple minutes to decide what next action to take because our dog has been struggling for 6 months now and Parrish creek was with him the whole time. The manager stated, since we don't have an appointment they refuse to come outside to talk to us. They refuse to help us and told us that we were harassing they staff because the previous day we called and took up an hour of their time on the phone.

We looked at that call log and have record that it was a 7 minute call. She told us that they refuse to see us and we should go somewhere else. I have NEVER been treated so disrespectfully and unprofessionally by someone who should be there to resolve an issue.

I went to this vet several months ago and really loved their vet at the time. The new vet (the previous one left) isnt as personable or empathetic and has changed my opinion about returning. She answered my questions and gave me what I needed, but wasn't very thorough and seemed eager to get to her next appointment (I asked the vet tech to administer my animals first shot where as the previous vet happily showed me how to it, gave me info, and did the first one while I was at my appointment.) I've had several of my friends come here for reptiles and it seems the go to solution is antibiotics; the previous vet was inclined to go above and beyond in care, reccomendations, related questions, etc--- the new one seems more so like this is their typical 9-5, they give you the medicine and they move on.

I was referred to Parish Creek for my guinea pig by Dr. Mike Lemon. My little guinea pig received excellent care from the team. They were so helpful and answered all my questions. Excellent vet clinic!

I love this clinic. I have taken chickens, a snake, cats and a dog here. This is the clinic everyone recommends for exotic pets, and I totally agree. The vets and techs have taken time to educate me on my pet's issues, they have been able to fit pets in for appointments when I need them, and they're always really nice to work with.

My step daughters pet rat was not acting like herself. They were able to see her the same day. They were very professional and kind!

Very friendly and knowledgeable. I love how they give you a lot of information about your specific pet to take home and read through. They go above and beyond compared to other vets I've taken my pets to. I highly recommend going here!

It's hard to find vets who have experience with rabbits, but Parrish Creek has been phenomenal. They are quick, professional, knowledgeable and I have complete trust that they'll always take care of my bunn. Highly recommend for anyone in Davis County or northern Salt Lake County, for rabbits and other exotics, as well as dogs and cats.

We absolutely love Parrish Creek Vet Hospital! The vet, the vet techs, everyone is great and friendly. It's never fun taking in a sick pet-family-member, but they make it a breeze and we never dread going in.

When I needed to get my rabbit to the vet, this was the place every other veterinarian recommended. I'm happy with the diagnosis I received, and the staff is helpful. Of course I'll complain about the price, but I feel that way at every doctor's office.

They are always so busy and yet we feel like they pay special attention to us and our little bunny. We're grateful for the time they take to educate us on preventative care to give our animals the best life.

Able to handle my rascally leopard gecko and rabbit that doesn't like to be held (first vet visit for both). The staff seemed very knowledgeable and gave me info for both animals to take home. Staff was also very friendly and helpful for every step of the way. Very much recommend.

They killed our bunny (yes we had this confirmed - she didn't just die. they actually KILLED her because they did a procedure they don't know how to do because they - and I quote - "needed money because a lot of people have left the vet industry") This place has absolutely no idea what they are doing with exotic animals. Please save your animals and go somewhere else.
