Dr. Newberry and staff here are wonderful! We were so worried about our dog Rylie being sick and didn't want to go to the emergency clinic due to such negative reviews. Osage agreed to see him as a new patient on Saturday of a holiday weekend. They took great care of him and explained everything to us as they ran tests. They helped him to start feeling much better and the cost was quite reasonable. Thank you to all the team at Osage!

Having just moved to Bentonville with a dog that has health problems, it's been a very positive experience for us at Osage Veterinary Clinic. My older dog has some life back into her thanks to the caring attention of Dr. Robards and the entire team at Osage. I'm also really impressed with the kindness, efficiency and cleanliness of the clinic. I feel lucky to have chosen Osage for my dog, and know that she is in the best of care.

Love this place I've been taking my Pitt here since I got her. I scrolled thru some reviews out of curiosity and couldn't believe this was the same place I go so I felt the need to leave a review to help counter such reviews. The prices are comparable to anywhere else I've been but much friendlier and more accommodating. I've almost always been able to take my girl to the back room immediately and they even cut her nails ( which is no small feat) when I took her to doggy boot camp I hadn't taken my records and called them and they promptly emailed them over.

My first visit there I had been concerned since she was 2 and I didn't know much about her history and they humored me until I was satisfied. Love this place I created an entire account just to be able to leave this review

Great vet, a tad expensive and ran test and charged me for them and then said my concern wasn't probable anyway but they do take good care of my pet

We have had an excellent experience with Osage. Our dog has been seeing Dr. Newberry, and she has done a great job! Our little buddy is older, and recently required serious surgery. Dr. Newberry made a solid referral, and has been our go-to while we nurse him back to health. We are happy to say that our dog has made a full recovery, and we look forward to many more years with him.

Thought i would give them a shot cause they are closer then our normal vet. Big mistake they gave us the feeling that they where only there for the money not the animal i have the means to pay we have care credit but they wanted more stuff done then needed. We went back to our normal vet even though its like 11 to 15 miles away. Then we had an emergency my pup was having bloody stool and once again thought since they was so close and its an emergency they would be there for the animal but once again i was proven wrong they wanted to put him off for hours. Had to drive to springdale for the emergency vet who actually care about your furbabies. Its a shame

Tara is THE GREATEST. The first time we came in she made me feel like we had been friends for years. She is professional, genuine, open, and caring. We love this clinic and know our pets are cared about. We've never had to wait and never had any problems with prescriptions or concerns with care.

We had a wonderful experience at Osage. Our dog was extremely sick and the staff was amazing every step of the way. They are prompt in returning my calls and the doctor has even emailed at night to check on his status. We are very pleased with how they give the costs upfront so there are no surprises. Overall, we have recommended this vet to all our family and friends.

Love the care that the staff and vets take care of my pets every time I visit the office. His platelets was 21 after surgery but next day 51. He is doing well getting stronger every day. Thanks from Rainer and I.

Our boxer, Beau, was diagnosed w/ lymphoma about 2 months ago. Today was the day we had dreaded, the decision to euthanize. After being turned away by our pre-existing vet, due to lack of available appointmemts, we saw Dr. Habermehl at Osage Vet. So grateful for the courteous and compassionate service. We may have lost a fur baby, today, but Osage vet has gained at least three new patients.

We will be transfering ALL of our remaining fur babies (3 Poms) to Osage Vet for future veterinary sevices. We received Beau's ashes in a beautiful engraved cedar box. Osage Vet also captured his paw print for us. FIVE STARS for Compassion, Responsiveness, Quality, Customer Service, Thoughtfulness, and Value. Again, much thanks!

Our dog had an unexpected accident we were not in a place financially to handle. I got a CareCredit card and brought him here to Osage and explained my situation. They were nothing but sweet and kind. They made sure he got the best care for the price range we could afford. They explained everything every step of the way thoroughly. Will continue coming here from now on!

Today the clinic saw me on short notice which I appreciate. But as I was checking out a lady that worked there walked by as I was signing my credit card slip. I had brought my Mini GD with me, so I put down her leash while signing and she walked around the desk.no one else in the waiting room or front desk. The lady that walked by said "sir we can't have this, it's not a dog park".

I expect courtesy and respect anyplace I do business, but I don't patronize any business that talks to me like an idiot or like I'm being careless. I was aware no one, even staff was in the lobby, but a passing sarcastic comment cost them a long term loyal customer and a poor review. There are too many other great clinics in the area vs dealing with this kind of treatment.

One last thing. I told the girl at the front desk I was leaving based on what happened, she apologized, but in no way made an effort to salvage a customer worth thousands over a lifetime.

If it was left up to the young lady who had NO CUSTOMER SERVICE skills this place would have received a one star. This would be my first visit at this establishment and on the door it says STOP and call. So I did, a young lady came to the door, put clothes on grabbed what looked to be alcohol pads and a masked. I just knew this lady was about to greet me and assist my Princess and I. No, that did not happen!

She went to assist someone else in a car. So I called the number provided but then the same woman returned. She asked for my dogs name and that was it. So here I stand outside waiting on someone to tell me something. Therefore, I sat on the bench for a minute. I called back and FUSSED that no one said Hello, no instructions were given as a new customer.

While on the phone, I asked if I should go back to my car because nothing was said. I found out the lady who couldn't even say good morning, checked me in. After all of that my experience at Osage Veterinary was above a 10 for excellent service. The young lady whose currently in school to become a vet was very professional. Dr. MacArthur was exceptional!

Very receptive, educational and extremely pleasant. I've taken my baby Princess to another facility and the result that we're overlooked 2 months ago were addressed today. I look forward to following up with Dr. MacArthur and staff. I'm so happy I didn't allow one bad seed to deter me from my appointment.

Echoing thoughts of person below. Overpriced and bait and switch esque environment. My wife took our dog to get a shot for his allergies last week. They did not have the shot but confirmed it would be $60. They prescribed pills in the mean time. Today 4/30, my wife took our dog to get his shot instead. Quoting us $120 "due to his weight he needed 2". What?

Why wasn't this information given to us last week. Why were we under the impression we were taking our dog in for an apoquel injection for $60 and end up paying double. Vet or office manager came on the line scoffed and said they can't "eat the cost of the injection" "we can provide a 5% discount" The office manager then proceeded to call my wife a "thief" since she said she was not going to pay that cost due to them not telling us ahead of time. "That is theft of service" Currently waiting for a call from the owner or regional manager. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! DO NOT GO TO OSAGE CLINIC IF YOU WANT

I really like this place. They try not to be too busy, and are moving to new location to be even more acceptable. Everyone is helpful and animal centered.

These people are the worst!they are over priced and they care more about making money than they do taking care of your pets. Their have zero customer service skills. Ever since their announcement of building a new building on Regional Airport their prices have gone up and they have started suggesting additional services for your pet that are not necessary since they know you take better care of your pets than yourself. Don't get me started on their office manager! Talk about terrible human being!

Good care and reasonably priced. I had gone to Centerton Animal hospital to see how much it would be to have a growth removed from my dogs back. Animal hospital was almost $800. I went to Osage and it was about $350 with dental cleaning. The staff is always kind.

Lost my dogs vaccine records and did not take responsibility. Just told me to get it redone, and had no concern for the additional cost or the fact that my dog had to undergo the process 6 months earlier than he should have. Needless to say, I will not be going here anymore.

I moved to Bentonville 3 years ago. Like most pet owners, I spent a lot of time researching my options for a new vet to take care of my precious pup. I took Emma to Osage for 3 years and couldn't be happier with the service! Dr. Nixon and the staff are incredibly compassionate, friendly and professional. They took great care of my dog. She had to have one surgery during our time in Bentonville, and they even called me to give me status updates when I had to leave her over night. This is a great vet clinic! Highly recommend!

Very friendly staff. Either they have excellent record keeping or they have great memories since they were able to remember my dogs names, special considerations, their food preferences, etc, etc. Boarding cost have risen a little recently but it is worth it. In any case they have my repeat business.
