Been to 3 clinics and finally found the right one in Orchard Park. Courteous, kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and organized. If your looking for the best of the best in Sumner County animal care Orchard Park is the place to go. They truly Love what they do!

Dr. Graves is the reason I drive 35-40 minutes! he's been with my Stanley since day 1 and now London. I trust and feel so confident when my pups visit him. He's the best!

I took in a feral kitten and am pleased to say Orchard Park Animal Hospital got my new baby in immediately. The staff and Veterinarian were very professional and caring. Their office called me the next day to see how Babygirl was and then vet called me stool specimen results. And when I returned to their office to pick up worm medicine for my llittle one It was ready and waiting.

Everyone from the ladies at the front desk to the vets are so kind, helpful and down to earth. Amber went above and beyond to make sure I had the meds I needed for my dog when I, (stupidly lol) didn't have enough the night before the appointment. I just have been so impressed with the care and friendliness we have received here. Big big fan!

We have been taking our dog here for a few years for check ups but she recently had a bad injury that required a lot of care. Dr. Graves saw her and has been amazing through the whole process! He was always willing to spend plenty of time answering our questions and giving us advice. It felt like he genuinely cared about our dog even though he just saw her for the first time! Seriously cannot say enough good things about him and our experience these past few weeks!

The staff here at Orchard Park in White House, TN are hands down the best of the best. They are so tentative with my girls. They provide top notch care and affection for my babies and answer any/all questions and concerns we have. Thank you Orchard Park staff for always caring for our girls!

The staff at Orchard Park is dedicated, considerate, and reliable. They utilize timely communication, a wealth of knowledge, and boundless compassion to deliver world class pet care. They are very kind and patient and genuinely love every pet. Their level of expertise and individualized service truly makes my pets and I feel heard and seen. I took a new kitten there since I also was new to the area. They were great on the first visit. I paid for a kitten visit and was told to come back in 3 weeks to get the rest of his vaccines because they split them up into four sessions. On the next visit they charged me for another kitten visit with is over 100.00 and that they would be doing that for the next two visits.

I explained that was not communicated with me, that they made it sound like I just had to bring him in for his shots. I even talked to them over the phone to reschedule the visit and commented then he only needed his shots and the person on the phone didn't say anything. They apologized for not communicating that clearly and then acted like I could pay it or go somewhere else. They didn't attempt to correct their issue.

This has always been my hospital and my people. We moved here in early January 2003 and I have not been anywhere else! These Dr.s are awesome and friendly and EXPLAIN everything to you, the staff are exceptional and very knowledgeable, helpful and go the extra mile to get the job done. Keep up the great work

Very caring and excellent treatment of your furry family members. Excellent boarding. Very loving and tender if you need to say goodbye to your family member which I just had to do. Just so you know I managed a vet clinic in NC so you know I will only stand for good quality care.

I had never used this vet before, but they were able to see my dog same-day about a serious issue. I was very impressed and grateful for the level of care my dog received, plus they kept me informed every step of the way. They also explained how much everything was going to cost upfront, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend Orchard Park to anyone in the area. You can tell they really care :

Dr. Brett and all of the other vets and staff were amazing to us for so many years. They have went above and beyond for us and our pets. Sadly we put our boy Caen to sleep this week and we are forever grateful for everything you did to extend his life so many years. We will never go anywhere else

Brand new to the area and was looking for a new vet. I scheduled an ordinary annual exam and vaccination visit. They were able to see me the same week when others wanted me to wait at least 2. When i was getting my dog ready for the appointment, we had an emergency with our other dog. OPAH got all 3 of us in, kept me calm while I panicked about my baby, kept me in the loop every step of the way and even though it is going to be a long recovery, the doctors and staff are staying engaged and communicative and truly care about the health and comfort of my pups AND myself. No stupid questions, they are seriously kind and hearts of gold every one of them. Will definitely be taking the rest of my herd there as they needed

The staff at Orchard Park Animal Hospital are just awesome and always friendly, compassionate, professional, and helpful. My Annie loves her friends here and always has kisses for them and her Dr. Brett Houlberg. Couldn't ask for better!
