My dogs were well taken care of. Doc took time to explain how they are and what i need to do. Especially for my overweight baby.

Left phone number over a week ago with a receptionist and never got a call back. Guess they didn't want our business?

I can't recommend Orange Veterinary in it's present form even though I've taken my cats there for 20+ years. I've been satisfied until recently when we've been treated rudely. The vet I delt with has no compassion or people skills, we've paid for expensive and unnecessary tests and never received the results despite multiple phone calls. I'll never take an animal here again

I hate to leave such a terrible review but it is what they earned from me. I am and over the road truck driver and my dog was due to have his stitches removed from neutering. I called and asked if they could help me out. I was placed in hold for and extended period of time as I was told she was checking the schedule. Eventually when she came back on the phone she told me they couldn't help because my dog wasn't one of their clients.

I have all shot records i would have provided, and she was aware of this because she asked. I called my vet at home and she was astounded to hear that they wouldn't help me, she said they offer that service for free because it takes "2 seconds", and that truck drivers come n all the time at home for things like that and they take care of them. My vet explained to me what to do to remove the stitches myself and she was not exaggerating, it really did only take 2 seconds.

I can't believe that they refused to help with such a simple task. Glad I was able to do it myself, but wanted help because I was afraid to initially, as I had never done it before.

My long-haired tortie started the day yesterday with signs and symptoms of what could have been extremely serious. They got her in right away, diagnosed her (not nearly as serious as I worried), and started treatment. They were kind and compassionate to her and, despite me being a wreck, were kind and compassionate toward me. They updated me throughout the day and let me know they didn't need to keep her overnight.

Today she's much happier. She's playful and eating and back to her old self. We were not patients at the clinic before this, but we will be now. Thank you so much for your care!

I went there to get my dogs Bella and Buster their shots. I told the vet I wasn't interested in certain vaccines since my dogs are well kept away from other animals and she was persistent in making sure I got them anyway. Bill was nearly 1k once we were done because she also brought out a $70 worm pill when I could of easily just wormed them with something else.

I don't like pushy vets that try to make money off people that care about their pets well being. Taking advantage of people is just wrong and it's a good thing I had the money.

Similar to another review, we were very upset to learn that our Maltese Levi was vaccinated without consent. We arrived for a check up only and due to Covid we had to remain in the car. When Levi was returned to us, we were told he had been vaccinated and they required payment, although we did not request or give consent for the vaccinations. We expressed concerns immediately but were told that the office person misunderstood our declining the vaccinations.

The following day Levi developed a reaction to the vaccines and could not walk. We called and visited the vet a second time to express our concerns. This time we were met with a bold lie from a different staff member, saying that we had approved the vaccinations. This was opposite the truth. -If you're reading this before visiting the office I would beg you to reconsider this clinic completely and at a minimum demand to be present during the visit and require written consent before any exam or vaccination is given.

Thankful they are open. Able to schedule a rabies shot and nail trim in a day. Curbside service works ok.

Orange Vet saved my cat Tommy's life. Twice. He went into serious heart failure, major fluid buildup in his lungs, he could not breathe. The vets at Orange Vet knew what to do, they drained fluid from Tommy's lungs and put him on meds, it saved his life, and extended it considerably. Tommy was 16 years old, and special, he was my late mother's cat. Thanks to OV I had him for an extra 9 months, quite a bonus.
