Doesn't answer phone call. I'm calling their landline for how many times but no one answer it.

I want to thank the staff at St Francis. You were there for my family in a difficult moment.
Munchie has been a big part of our life for 12 years and you made saying goodbye to him just a little better.
And the card and plaster cast of his foot made me cry all over again, but in a good way.
Thank you so much.

Dr Stone and her team are FANTASTIC! My daughter's cat became very ill after eating something he shouldn't have. After being treated by two other vets, my daughters cats was increasingly getting worse. Dr. Stone and her team saved our cat. She took his illness very seriously and cared for him for three days in her clinic. She called my daughter several times for updates and even sent pictures. I truly believe that Dr. Stone has a heart of gold and a special love for all her furry patients. Also, St. Francis never shocked us with pricing. They itemized everything and got our approval before doing anything. We are so impressed with the customer service and care that we received that we even switched our dogs to this clinic! We highly highly recommend Dr. Stone, her staff, and this clinic!

I have been taking my pets to Dr. Stone for years. She is fantastic. I have never felt like she was steering me wrong or trying to charge more than is truly necessary. I love my pets and I trust Dr. Stone to take the best care of them. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone that is looking for the best care possible.

St. Francis has been a life saver since I started using them about a year ago. I was using a different vet in Conway, but after a tech made a rude and unprofessional comment about my dog in front of me, I decided it was best to find a different vet. I am so thankful I found this one. I have a very difficult dog who hates the vet and new people, he had to be muzzled and sedated at his old vet. I completely dreaded any time he needed to visit. But that’s not the case anymore. Andy was very patient and kind to my dog, and did not make me feel embarrassed about his behavior at all- which means so much. After a couple visits, Diesel started to trust Andy more and each visit has gone very well. We have recently found out that my other dog has heart worms, and Dr. Custer and all of the staff have been so willing to answer any questions I may have about it. I honestly will not take my pets anywhere else! Thank you to the entire staff at St. Francis!

we called at 7am for an appointment, they got us in at 8:20 am the same day. They were super friendly, knowledgeable staff. They explained exactly what they were going to do and what it would cost. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone.

My 8 week puppy was diagnosed with Parvo last Friday. He only weighed 4 pounds. Dr Custard was great gave me hope but let me know risks as well. She called me over the weekend to keep me informed and he is now home and doing great!!! She has been great with my other pets as well. Will always continue to use them

This was recommended to me by staff at the City Veterinarian's Office. I brought in my 3-month old Belgian Malinois puppy for a 5-in-1 booster shot. Unfortunately, the staff advised me that they can't give the pup a booster shot unless it was dewormed first. Of course, the breeder already dewormed the puppy. Just the same, the St. Francis staff gave my dog a deworming tablet.

All the while, I thought deworming dogs involved some kind of injection work. I was advised to go back to the clinic two weeks after for another deworming tablet treatment. Sure enough, they sent me a text message reminding me of the schedule during the assigned day. I'm giving them a 2-star rating though. They should have just sold me the deworming tablets and reminded me of the scheduled treatments instead of asking me to bring back my dog to the clinic for deworming. Well, if the treatment involved injection work, I will surely pay extra for a vet to come to my home rather than take my dog some 3 to 4 kilometers away from home.

The dog had grown so big so quickly, he can no longer fit in his puppy cage for traveling to-and-fro a faraway vet clinic. For deworming medium to big dogs, St. Francis Veterinary Clinic should rethink the way they administer those deworming tablets.
