We have taken are dog to just about every vet out here an my dog has had the most relaxing time here the people are so nice if you have to bring your pets to the vet this is the best pet hospital for you

We have three fur babies that attend North Valley animal Hospital. I would not go anywhere else, from the time you hit the front door till you seen by the physician, all the technicians are not only knowledgeable, but our fur babies had beautiful care thank you, North Valley animal hospital!

I'm boarding my cat here right now and even though they're a little more expensive they are so good they even took pictures of Arthur and sent them to me while I'm away on travel great place for your pets and I highly recommend!

Dr. Dean and the staff are amazing. They are all so welcoming. And are very good with our animals. Thank you for all you do.

The Dr. And the Vet. Did SPECTACULAR with our birds, even though it was 2 different birds, on different days. Dr.knowledge was IMPRESSIVE! Dr. Needs to learn just a little about rare birds, but he was interested in our rare birds. SUPERB DR. AND STAFF!

They were all very kind and understanding to my stress over my dogs back legs not working. The female Dr. Who helped me gave me hope that my dog may improve with meds since they could not see any damage. I felt better that I wouldn't have to put him to sleep that day. I am so glad that even though Monday was a holiday they were open and returned my message for an appt quickly. They were wonderful.

They are always friendly and knowledgeable. They care about our animals and always have our diabetic dogs food.

Doctors and nurses were very caring and listen to what you had to say. My cat was checked out thoroughly given the care she needed. They are not only courteous and friendly they are very professional

They absolutely refused to see a dog that was in Respiratory distress and told the owners to go somewhere else! The poor dog died! Absolutely no compassion whatsoever and these poor people had to watch their beloved pet die in front of them. Don't go here ever and I will be spreading the word to never ever rely on them for pet care. How utterly shameful!

My 11 year old, blind, diabetic dog was very sick. I was prepared to have him put down peacefully. After 200 dollar bloodwork, which I requested, Dr Dean said he had a bladder infection and 104 feaver. He said with antibiotics and pain meds he would recover, but would take a few days to see improvement. Paid them an additional 261 dollars for these drugs. 4 hours later he began having difficulty breathing.

He got worse by the hour and died an agonizing death 10 hours after leaving Dr Deansoffice. Dr Dean accepts no responsibility for his mistreatment of my beloved friend, nor will he refund money for costly ineffective drugs. Bottom line is this, my dog suffered horribly, which would never have happened if Dr Dean had not recommended the treatment he did.

They were the only vet in all of bullhead city that see's exotic animals. They were able to give me an appointment within 2 days of me calling. The staff and doctor were very informative and friendly. I highly recommend North Valley.

Don't bother! They will not take any new patients whatsoever, you will be turned away. Don't waste time begging for help they do not care unless you're privileged enough to be already a pt with them. Not sure how to get on the lucky list of pets who deserve help and need it, but we're not it. Take your pets anywhere else because they will not be seen here.

They took very good care of Brandy our little dog we are very grateful to them. Thank you very much.

Our fur baby was sick with diarrhea for 5 days. We called and made an appointment and they were able to see us right away. Dr Dean and staff were great. Within 5 minutes and after asking us questions, he knew exactly what was wrong. She hasnt eaten in 2 days. We got our meds and after one dose she is eating this morning. Thank you so much to Dr Dean and his staff. We are very greatful!!!!

Rexamus and i are very grateful and would like to thank all the staff at North Valley Pet Hosp for all their care and support.I called wirh Rex s ear and he was seen by the end of that week. You guys are doing a great job.

This was the first time that I dealt with a drive up vet. visit. But then again we are in strange times. Everything was fine and very well organized. Keep up the good work and thank you. Hopefully we be able to get back to some kind of normalcy soon.

Great staff send Dr. Dean were wonderful. During this Virus they were also careful and had us wait outside.

Guinea Pig had an injury and Dr. Dean was amazing!!! He stayed late to see us and was so kind and caring! Took time to explain to my daughter what may happen and that he would help the best he could. The tech was very nice and even after hours was patient and never felt like the visit was rushed. The amount of patience, compassion, and caring was beyond customer service. We just moved here but we have found our new vet!!!

My Patches was taken care of by North Valley Animal Hospital. If we called with a question they would answer. They would remind us of what he needed and when. When we had to put him down they were so kind and so gentle. I can't say enough on how great they were to us and how great they care for the Pets we all Love. I MISS HIM SO MUCH HE WAS NOT ONLY A GREAT PET HE WAS MY COMPANION. THANKS EVERYONE AT NORTH VALLEY.

Dr. Dean and Dr. Kate have been awesome with my two dogs! I have a 3 year old German Shepard and a 15 year old lab, I will never go anywhere else and would recommend them to everyone! Staff is very friendly and accommodating as well.

We would like to thank every one at North Valley Pet Hospital for getting Bear in as fast as they did. He is ok. He hasn't had any more problems. Can't remember what day we brought him. Thank you again.

Great first visit, all questions and concerns answered very satisfactorily and with great information. Prices are very reasonable. We finally have found our family a vet we can trust and count on.

We are very, very pleased with the treatment our pet received from your facility. Dr. Dean was very informative about the procedure he was going to perform. I wish to thank Dr. Dean and the staff of North Valley Pet Hospital. Dr. Dean was extremely thorough with his exam of my mare. He was willing to listen, and took great time and care with her. Although the hospital is geared toward smaller animals, it is obvious that the doctors and staff are attempting to expand in order to accommodate large animals. I am looking forward to their continued expansion, and appreciate their willingness to serve the equine community in the Bullhead City area.

I'm happy to provide feedback on the excellent quality service I experienced. The staff was wonderful during the emergency I had when my dog was hit by a car. The front desk staff was efficient and both Drs were extremely caring towards me and my dog. I would and will refer this facility to friends and family in the area.

I am so happy with North Valley Pet Hospital. The Staff is so courteous and polite they always tend to your pets needs. Dr. Dean is the Best, I don't know of any Doctor that would get on his knees to assist a dog, Shadow (my dog). I was impressed. Dr. Dean is so gentle and explains everything and I totally trust him. I would highly recommend anyone to North Valley Pet Hospital to see Dr. Dean. I've always had a great feeling when I leave their facility.

Dr Kate and Kari were very thorough with the exam and handling of peanut as she is very shy. When we adopted her at North Valley, she was real uncomfortable with all people due to having been badly beaten in the past. Over the 6 years we have had her, she has mellowed a lot and has been good with your staff. This was a wellness exam for her. We have been dealing with North Valley since 1996, and have referred several people to you. We like the whole operation and the way you handle the animals.

I saw Dr. Kate for my little Lucifer. The poor thing has swelling and Dr. Kate gave me some antibiotics which we are going to try first. She explained options to me fully and to my understanding, and the antibiotics is our first plan of action.

The staff were really very good. The young man that was the assistant to the vet was the greatest. We really like the service we get.

Smokey had been licking his left front leg and it looked irritated he had also lost some weight and had a running nose with a slight cough. They checked him completely took X-Rays and blood work. He had bronchitis they gave him antibiotics for ten days. A couple of days later They called to check on him. They were great. They also have a boarding for pets which we plan on taking Smokey when need be because they will take good care of him. Thank you Dr. Bill and staff.

Doctor Dean and staff were exceptional and understanding to my cat's needs and MY personal situation. My cat is doing MUCH better and I can't thank them enough!

We adopted Lucky from the pound. He is a black lab approx. 5 yrs old. Very scared of people and noise. We made an appointment just to have him checked out and see how to continue to deal with him being scared of everything. They waited for him to become familiar with them and the office before going to him and scaring him more. He did not want to go in the door.

They were wonderful with him. The entire staff talked to him and worked on making him feel safe and welcome. The doctor took his time in the room visiting with us about Lucky while getting closer to him so as not to scare him. Lucky allowed him to pick up his legs and move and bend them as well as allowing him to continue to check him out. They worked with him on getting him on the scale to weigh him.

We went away with a lot of knowledge and things to try to help him feel safe. We would highly recommend this office and their staff. They were great with our 85 lb scared lab. They also gave us the name of a trainer that would also be helpful.

I missed placed my Care Credit Card. I called and the girl said they would be able to get my account number from Care Credit Card. I brought my dog Abbey in for Rabies shot an Bordetella shot plus heart worm an nails cut. She had her wellness exam. I think the Drs. name was Kate and she was great with her. All the girls are great in there. Keep up the great job.

Coco had a tumor removed on her paw. The staff was very helpful. At check in time I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to talk to the doctor with any questions I might have, before surgery. Doctor Dean was very nice and spent time answering my questions, explaining everything. After the pathology came back Doctor Dean called me with the results. I was very pleased with how surgery is handled and North Valley Pet Hospital.

It was way more than we expected, the last vet we went to was not even close to Dr. Dean. We are completely satisfied with Dr. Dean and his staff. If you need a vet don't go anywhere but North Valley Pet Hospital.

We were very happy with the service received. Treatment results will be on going as Billy is getting on in years and we are taking one day at a time. He is taking allergy medications for his asthma. He seems to be breathing a little easier. He has a harder time dealing with his diet, but that is to be expected. He is a bit of a fatty!!

North Valley Pet Hospital has always provided excellent service for my pets. I have two senior dogs. The Doctors and staff have always been very nice and helpful. They have always been very considerate of the concerns you have regarding your pet and have always made me feel comfortable in whatever I ask them. You sense their concern for your pet and know they are trying to give the best care and service they can for you and your pet.

I came to NVPH in a panic. I had made the long drive to an emergency clinic in the middle of the night. They were the start of saving my boys life. Their job was to get them stable then send your pet back to their home vet. In this case it was a local vet not NVPH. Let's just say the other animal hospital wanted to know why I brought him to them (he had been seen by them since he was a kitten).

And they couldn't keep him afternoon the next day. They discharged him to me with an open catheter and the need for subcutaneous fluids. Still a very sick kitty who needed care. I was recommended NVPH I called them and I went straight from that vet to North Valley. Dr Dean and his staff were a breathe of fresh air. They explained every test and the results. Included me in the planning, gave me a room where I could spend time with my pet.

We are now at almost one year of being well. I have been to several vets in the area. Since we sometimes had emergency visits to the vet on call. Not one was as compassionate, caring as what I felt here. They know my cat by name ask me about him and they treat him gently. I feel that if he hadn't been under the care of Dr. Dean he wouldn't be alive today.

His persistence made the difference. It is important in the difficult cases. Trying everything. I could go on as I lost his sister earlier this year to Valley a Fever that another vet was not as persistent with getting the correct diagnosis. Dr Dean and his staff make all the difference when you are dealing with a life and deaf situation with your pet.

I am extremely satisfied with the service that was provided for my dog. It was nice and refreshing to have a Vet Hospital treat and care for my dog like he was one of their own furry family members! I love my dog like he was my son and the care that he received, even just for routine vaccines, was more than you would get at any other place in town!

I have tried numerous vets in and around the area and Dr. Dean, Dr. Kate and their staff are the best I have ever encountered! I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who has precious pets and is looking for high quality along with reasonable pricing! They do it all, snakes, turtles, gerbils, dogs, birds, cats, and even horses; both doctors are well rounded and capable of caring for all pets whether they are big or small!

NVAC is a wonderful clinic. The staff is caring and attentive. Chloe had ear trouble and they treated her for it and now she feels great!!!! We also board Chloe at NVAC and she loves all the staff.....they take such good care of her...she never comes home sick or upset, although she is happy to see us. I will not take her anywhere else. THANKS NVAC staff...you're the best.

Love everybody here. I have seen both Dr. Dean and Dr. Kate and both are great Doctors. I have been to all the vets in this town and this is definitely the place to go. We love North Valley Animal Clinic!

I always have a great experience at this office, everyone is pleasant and knowledgeable. I chose this practice because they have a 24 hour emergency line and that is very important to me. The office is set up nicely with incoming animals on one side and outgoing on another side. I would recommend North Valley Animal Clinic to everyone.
