Simply the very best animal care I have ever experienced. Staff is courteous, kind, and energetic, and compassionate. This is the clinic you want to bring your pets to for any overall care. I am specifically fond of Dr. Trout's care and knowledge. She answer's any and all questions/concerns, and you receive questions answered via email as well. And, after care follow up calls are routinely made as check in. Many, many, thanks to you all.

Had a great first visit with our new pup. Staff and Veterinarian were very nice, as was the student vet who worked with us. Our dog was very happy and playful during her visit and enjoyed meeting new friends.

Booking cats in for insurance check up. Called and staff were so pleasant and attentive on the phone. I made my appointment, which had to be split into two different times in the day. I was ok with that. Later in the day, I was called back to let me know that I could bring both cats in as a double appointment had opened up. So much more convenient.

Happy days. Thank you Look forward to face to face. Update. Oh my word, what a fabulous experience. Love love love. Staff were lovely and very attentive. From the veterinary nurse to the vet. Very informative and helpful. Caring with our pets and very thorough. Cannot say enough good things about our visit Thank you

Have been going to New Baltimore for over twenty years. Some vets have gone and new ones replaced them. All have been good but the main reason i have taken my dogs there is because of the vet tech, Erin, who is so knowledgeable, competent, personable, and most importantly compassionate. She has given me hope when they have been sick and great comfort when they have approached the end. New Baltimore is lucky to have her and I am lucky she is there.

Have been bringing my pets to New Baltimore Animal Hospital for many years. I have always found the staff and the docs to be friendly, welcoming interested in each animal and its "parent". The relationship between animal, veterinarian and client has been kind, and calming. Most recently, Dr. Trout has been very sensitive to the needs of the animal and to me. Thank you. Calder dog doesn't mind coming to the office a bit. As always Calder was treated with great respect and kindness. Dr. Trout and Debbie were great with him.

We LOVE New Baltimore Animal Hospital. We recently became patients here and not too long after our initial visit our dog had a seizure. The professionals at New Baltimore have been amazing. From my initial call for help to my appointment every person took the time to listen to me and to thoroughly explain things. Like so many people, our dog is another child for us, she is our fur baby.

We truly feel that New Baltimore Animal Hospital understands how important our dog's health is to our family. The other thing we truly appreciate is that the most expensive option was not the first recommendation. They did not recommend a lot of expensive tests or medicines but instead let us know that those things were options, but that given our dog's good health and age that waiting was a very reasonable option. We highly recommend New Baltimore Animal Hospital!

My husband was so pleased with his experience taking our dog for his first visit. He said everyone was excellent! Thank you so much! Moving to a new area and finding new care is usually quite challenging so thank you for making this easy and now we don't have to "shop around"!

Took my elderly dog here the other day and it was a really good experience. The staff was very welcoming and was very quick at what needed to be looked at for her. They tried their best to make her comfortable while looking her over and assessing her issues. The vet was very knowledgeable and knew what the primary issue was within a few minutes of looking her over. Talked over what we could do for treatments and the different options we had to help my furry friend. Will definitely be coming back here again.

Dr. Trout was very compassionate and very understanding of our situation with our aging dog. I was so afraid to bring him in because I was so afraid I wouldn't be bringing him home. Dr. Trout understood that he was in pain and was able to give us meds to help ease his pain and make him less anxious. We know he wont last forever--that is the hardest part of loving a dog, but we want his days with us to be as many as possible and Dr. Trout understands that. She treated him so kindly. That is all we could ask for. Thank you.

My dog has diabetes and has been seeing Dr Trout since the beginning. She is doing great! And I have confidence in Dr Trout's treatment for her. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
