My pup loves getting boarded here. He is treated well & is excited to go.

Every part of my experience was really friendly and welcoming! They were very willing to answer questions about things I needed to know as a new cat owner. In addition, the prices were affordable and most of what I needed was covered by pet insurance (Pets Best). I'll definitely be coming here again for my cat!

KD dog food is hard to find. My Vet's office wasn't sure when they would receive a shipment. I called Murray Animal hospital and they let me buy a bag. Thank you! Very nice people.

The women at Murray Animal Hospital care for my animals like they would care for their own. When some unknown maniac driver hit my dog and broke his leg they gave him top notch medical care and also helped calm my nerves by taking extra time to explain everything in detail. Each and every employee is a heroine.

Very good to my cat and did emergency dental surgery on him to remove a rotten tooth. He is doing much better and i would highly recommend them for any pet need.

They took very good care of Zoe when she became sick overnight. She became much better in a couple of days.

I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. This vet was the most welcoming and knowledgeable clinic I found in Murray. They took amazing care of my cats and dog. Any time I had an emergency they would manage to squeeze my babies in and I am so so grateful for that. I never got the backhanded commentary like I did at other vets and the issues I brought up were never ignored. They even did well my more aggressive cat. I definitely recommend this clinic.

The staff and doctor werewonderful with our new golden retriever puppy. answered all my questions since it's been 20+ years since we had a puppy.love it there

They took extremely good care of my very sick dog. They have internal lab, x-ray machine Etc. So you don't have to spend days wandering what's wrong with your animal while waiting for them to send out for lab results. Even though we were brand new to this area they got my dog in the next day. Extremely concerned staff. They called me a week after his initial appointment just to see how he was doing.

After his second and third appointment they still called a week after to check on him. You can tell that this staff loves what they do! I am extremely grateful for them and will bring them continued service. And they do not charge you an arm and a leg. The medication is ridiculously inexpensive. I wish they would take humans, I would sign up in a heartbeat! My medications are triple the price. I highly suggest best veterinary office.

Dr. Westerfeld and staff are amazing! We have been taking our fur babies to them for years. We are blessed to have such a caring vet clinic in our small town, who treats our pets as their own family.

They are very professional and great with animals. This is the only place i will take my dog. The prices are exceptable for the services they provide. I would recommend Murray Animal Hospital &Pet Hotel to any animal owner for whatever kind they have.

They are very professional knowledgeable and also friendly caring compassionate understanding and sensitive! They are always ready to answer any and all questions that you might have! They are awesome!

Very conscientious. They obviously care about the animals and do their best to isolate variables until they can come up with a plan A and plan B, starting with the simplest solution. They have food and meds you can buy over-the-counter inside, as well as providing prescriptions. Only giving 4 stars because no one was wearing masks. They seemed to be cleaning the room as soon as I left it, which was reassuring, but doesn't help me for my visit today.

Very friendly staff and they took care of my pups quickly. Side note, if you're boarding your dog, it looks like the outside time is a quick stroll through the parking lot.

I would not tell anyone to go there my dog was having a stroke. They said we cant c yall u could clearly c he was dieting they turned us away my dog died. We had to drive an HR. Away. RIP SCOOBY

Left my 1 year old lab there for six days. He had to poop four times when he got home, and couldn't hold his bladder inside anymore. Do not leave your animal here to stay. They do not take care of their boarded animals. His over all demeanor was depressed for the first day he was back home. Not a single call from them about any issues either. Absolutely unacceptable!

We have had nothing but amazing service from Murray Animal Hospital. I feel like our fur babies are in amazing hands. Staff is always very friendly. Thank you for taking such good care of Simba, Nala & Bowie!!!

Absolutely worst experience ever with this hospital. Was from out of town with my diabetic dog who ended up having a terrible seizure and the vet on call would not see her because I was not a regular patient. Never have I ever heard of this but that's fine one of the others clinics were able to see her and I'm sure received 10x better service there then if I took her here.

I highly recommend Murray Animal Hospital. I have been going here for years, with more than one geriatric or special needs rescue animal. The staff is always friendly and the medical professionals are highly knowledgeable.

A huge thank you to the staff and Dr. Westerfeld for seeing my Raisin on such short notice yesterday afternoon. She suddenly developed a UTI that couldn’t wait for treatment until after the holiday. I’m happy to report that she is already having positive results from her treatment! Y’all are the best!!!

My dog, Bentley, was sick and dehydrated. The vet was able to see him almost immediately and they cared for him like he was one of their own. I love how compassionate and friendly the staff is and they really care about my babies. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere to take your animal.

Very friendly and dedicated staff. You can tell they really love animals and aren't out to soak you for money. The office is centrally located in Five Points in Murray so it's easy to get to. Never have to wait long. The vets are great and very knowledgeable. The medicine prices are VERY competitive with the online pet medicine places too. We're very happy to take our little girl there!

I would like to thank the doctors and staff for all their kindness and care for our badly injured dog Jack. He was in truck with my husband when he had a heart attack and died and Good Samaritan came by and broke the window but Jack jumped thru the broken glass and was badly cut. By the time I was notified they already had him in surgery. I can't thank them enough. And they were our regular vet so they knew Jack and always took such good care of him. Again I can't thank them enough. My husband loved that dog.

Had to take in one of our labs tonight for an emergency visit for a snake bite. Dr. Beards was amazing!! Thank you all for being open for emergency visits even on a Sunday night at 9pm. Our animals are a huge part of our family and the care you give means so much!!
