This veterinary practice is well-run, clean, professional, & all of the staff that I have worked with are polite, pleasant & helpful. If I have ever needed one of my cats to see a vet on an urgent basis, they have always been very accommodating. I would highly recommend this practice for people in Northeast Baltimore County.

Had to bring my sister's black lab here to be put to sleep. We are not clients here but when we called and told them what was going on, they got us in on a Saturday afternoon. I cannot express how thankful I am for the entire staff, from start to finish they made a very painful process for our family as easy as possible. The care and compassion all of the workers had for him, and the understanding the staff had for our family as we grieved. Thank you so much to everyone working there 10/10! much

We love the excellent care the doctors and staff always give to our Shepherd. A very low stress environment. She gets her nails clipped every month and it's quick and easy!

I have a 100lb bully who has previously been terrified of going to the vet, but he LOVES this place. The staff is super friendly, and they love my dog (to the extent of coming out to see him in the lobby and take selfies with him). Everyone we encountered there was as nice as can be, and I happily make the 45 minute drive to bring him here.

Our pup Lucy has been visiting Mt. Carmel Animal Hospital since we brought her into our family almost 12 years ago. The staff at Mt Carmel is phenomenal and has treated our dog as if she was their family. Lucy has seen numerous vets and techs during that time, and they all treated here with great love and caring. I cannot recommend this office more.

The doctors, techs and other staff are very friendly and comforting for my pup. It's common for the doctor to follow up with a call a few days after a visit to see how things are going. And they are reasonably priced. I'd certainly recommend Mt Carmel.

After my vet in college park retired (yes, I was driving well over an hour to get there after a few moves). I tried several other vets, including hunt valley AH. I had everything from "not great vibes" to horror stories. Finally ended up at Mt Carmel. The whole team is great, but Dr Fox is exceptional! Now I have family and friends, some driving quite far to come here. Hands down the best in the area.

Super team and exceptional service for years! I have been taking my beloved pets there since 1997. Even recently when I moved from the Hereford Zone to the city, I still travelled back. It was worth it. They took great care of my two labs and my two cats. The last of the four passed this weekend, my yellow lab, Chase. Dr. Howard has been super, navigating with us as we journeyed with him into the twilight years.

Last year for his senior visit, she said that he was a "RockStar" in how he was dealing with old age. H was a rockstar and that nickname stuck. Thank you, Dr. Howard, and the whole team for all of your love and professional care. I will miss our RockStar, my faithful companion, my good boy - but I'm very grateful that he was part of my life - and all of you too. I highly recommend Mt. Carmel Animal Hospital. Don't hesitate.

We have been going to MCAH for many years. My Meatball was my life and I loved that dog just like he was my child. We came in quite a lot for allergies, tummy issues, bladder stones, you name it. We also have a cat that is a nightmare for the staff. Everyone has been wonderful every time we have come in. They can even take care of the cat Spaz, who is a handful!

But with Meatball, I need to say that when it was his time to put him to sleep, it couldn't have been a more comforting experience. I have only been with 1 other dog during this time and comparatively, this experience was hugely different and so much better. I absolutely cannot thank Dr. Howard and staff for making his last moments comfortable. It was like he was home, with blankets and I got to lay on the floor with him and hold him. I cannot say thank you enough. Now, we have adopted another dog and she has been seen once already. We are so thankful to MCAH for everything they have done for us.
