Morgan Pet Clinic

I was pet sitting for my brother, when unfortunately, his dog fell ill. I contacted Morgan, who was my brother's vet. To my surprise he gave me a number to reach him any time day or night. He was more than helpful, and comforting to both me, and Reese, my brother's dog. When Reese began to get bad enough that I couldn't handle it myself he met me at the clinic at 2 am to take her for me. Unfortunately, Reese passed later the following day, but I was so amazed at how helpful he was and how he treated not only myself but Reese as well.

The vet I had been going to was retiring and I didn't think I would ever find another vet that treated my animals with so much care, but I have been taking my pets to him ever since and will continue as long as he is there. It is frustrating always having to be on hold so long when trying to make an appointment however I will gladly wait for appointments to see a GREAT doctor then call and get through right away to see an ok doctor.

And by the way we have seen every doctor there at one time or another and they are all great! Dr. Morgan just holds a place in my heart, for all he did to help me with Reese.

The staff is very kind to both me and my dogs. Dr. Sommer answers all my questions throughly and never feels rushed which I appreciate.

They're so wonderful with pets and owners as well. We love them!

Won't let you buy dewormer for animals cause "its against the kaw" even though you can purchase said product on Amazon. Very poor business practice. Just want to charge for visits and the not ok.

I've been bringing my dogs here for close to 10 years. We primarily see Dr Clark and Dr Sommer, but have also interacted with Dr. Morgan multiple times. Everyone is truly wonderful. They are caring and take their time explaining everything thoroughly. Pricing is fair and they never suggest anything not necessary. We have had multiple surgical scenarios and everything is always smooth.

Our newest rescue is very fearful and doesn't behave the best. They have been so kind and patient with his unique needs. We continue to commute an hour round trip because we are so pleased with the care. The office staff is also exceptional.

I love reviewing on Google. 1 of the reasons is when I get to give a good review. There's so much negativity in the world that when I get to say something positive, and have it help ppl, and let a business know they're appreciated, it makes my day. Dr. Morgan was SO nice, super knowledgeable about pets.we were there for 2 minutes when my dog coughed & he caught it from another room!

I haven't seen hands on & friendly service like this in a while! Plus, I'm a truck driver & can't always make an appointment when my dog or cats in my truck surprise me. I usually need same day help. These guys were awesome! Thank u so much!

Great Staff and fair pricing. I have used other vets in the past and just love the care provided by the staff here.

Dr Morgan and the other Doctors have been terrific in the care of our new puppy Cooper. Dr. Morgan listens and explains very well. Recommend the clinic to anyone with a pet.

We take our dog and cat to Morgan Pet Clinic. We love that when needed, our pets can get in to see the Dr. We even drop off samples if our pets cannot get in that day. The samples are read, we get a call back from the Dr and either get in sooner or get an RX to pick up. They are extremely helpful and reliable. Would recommend them to anyone.

We have always loved taking our pets here. However, their change in staff is horrible. The last time our dogs were boarded, they were supposed to be in separate cages as one of our dogs is a puppy and likes to chew on everything. They put both dogs in the same kennel so our older dog spent the whole weekend getting chewed on! We decided to give them a second chance since the doctors are so good.

We won't make that mistake again. Our dogs were not properly fed while being boarded this past weekend. When questioned about it, the doctor said one dog ate great while the other dog wouldn't eat much. Probably due to being away from the family. If one dog ate great with no issues, why were we handed back some of their food as if they weren't fed each time they should have been? And why were we given back exactly half of our other dog's food as if they were only fed half of the time? Don't trust your fur babies at this facility!

We are so impressed with the doctors and staff at Morgan Pet Clinic! They handle our “not so easy to handle” Husky/Akita with great care and expertise. We are so grateful to have found a vet as knowledgeable and as thorough as all the doctors and staff at Morgan Pet Clinic! We will be taking our entire fur family to Morgan from now on!

We LOVE Morgan’s pet clinic! They have always been so AMAZING! We have taken our fur babies there for years. When we had to make the difficult decision to put one of our fur babies to sleep they made that experience the best it could be during a hard time like that! I hands down will recommend them all the time.

We have been to a handful of different vets and this is by far the best one. My lab is always so excited to go. We usually see Dr. Morgan and he always explains everything he is doing. The other vets here are also great. Prices are reasonable and they don't try to sell you anything you don't need. I also board my chihuahua here anytime I leave town and would recommend their boarding as well. We've been going to Dr. Morgan for about 6 years and I have never been unhappy with a visit.

Went there today to get a simple anti-biotic for my dog and trusted they were giving me a fair, yet slightly higher price for convenience, which I was fine with. Instead, I come home to find out the same anti-biotic they charged me $52 a bottle for is on Chewy.com and 1800 pet meds for $7. That is a good way to lose a lot of business! Shop your meds before buying from this place.

The staff at Morgan Pet Clinic was amazing yesterday helping us through a difficult day. From the in depth conversations of the diagnosis with Dr. Clark, to the agonizing decision to let Gracie go, and especially the compassion while we were there to say goodbye. They were all amazing. Then this morning this arrives. Thank you for everything! You are all so appreciated.

Can’t thank the Clinic enough for the past couple of weeks. Our pup went through a mild case of allergies, metal vs side requiring 12 stitches and a severe allergy reaction to something. All Doctors are exceptional and cannot thank them enough. Picture of Lalya in her happy place by the fire.

I have been taking my dogs here for 10 years plus. Have always been treated well. The new staff are great. The guy who bitched about having to pay $200 to get his cat tested for diabetes is a cheapskate. When you own a pet you should be willing to pay for proper care. Dr. Morgan and his staff are top notch.

I've been bringing my dogs to this clinic for about 12 years and I have nothing but positive things to say. Both Doctors are amazing. They'll remember your pet's history which shows how much they care about you and your pets. I've never had an issue and nothing but good things.

The best veterinarians I have ever had. They have saved my dogs several times. I can't recommend them enough. Dr. Clark and Dr. Morgan and the best in the business.

FYI, Wrong address on yelp, they moved. Took my cat there for urinalysis and check up. Called to ask questions and understanding of what to expect with this process and what it'll cost me ahead of time. She said. "For the visit and urinalysis it will be $65 total." Of course when It's time to pay, they tell me the visit and urinalysis is $80. time for a staff meeting! Telling first time customers what they can expect to pay, but then "oh, she told you wrong". is a good way to make sure you don't have repeat customers.

Not cool. especially considering I spent the majority of my day waiting for my cat to pee in a litter box filled with corn kernels so I could extract his pee with a syringe! It's not even about the $15 difference. it's the principal of setting my expectation and then slapping me with mediocre service and higher than promised prices.

I picked this place because it was close to my home (but I should have done more research). The doctors were nice here (why it's 2 stars instead of 1), but the rest of the staff is incredibly disorganized and inconsistent and completely indifferent to it. Complaints by others here that it takes a long time to check in are completely valid. I waited for almost 15 minutes past my appointment time behind a client who was already at the desk because only one of the staff was doing it, even though several of them were standing around the back.

Then when I did get checked in, the time between when I was put in the room and my pets were actually seen was about half an hour. I have a cat which is urinating too much so I call with questions about a UTI. They give me instructions for collecting a urine sample using popcorn in a litter box, which I did, but when I dropped it off with the $25 fee, they told me there was too much popcorn dust in it and couldn't get anything out of it.

They suggest I bring him in for a diabetes test and quoted me a price of $200+ rather than trying antibiotics. When I said I'd like to try the antibiotics, the staff member's tone changed to annoyed. Two weeks of antibiotics (7 pills) will run you $29. The antibiotics seemed to work but then the urinating and thirst was back so i asked for more antibiotics, since UTIs are tough to get rid of, and the staff proceeded to give me grief, that they needed a urine sample first and saying I should really do the diabetes test.

I said I can't afford to spend $200 on a test to which they said it was only $15 and they have no idea where I got the idea it was $200. After a second round of antibiotics, I called back to schedule the glucose test. I asked the person taking the appointment to confirm the $15 price. She said it'd be $40 for the exam and then "whatever the cost" for the test.

I said that's not what I was told before. The response was she didn't know and would have to talk to someone about it and made no move to do so or suggest actually doing so. Anyhow, I would not recommend this place unless money, time and patience is limitless in your life. I've taken advice from friends and am trying a new vet.

I live in Fremont, but happily drive the 40 minutes to take all 5 of my pets to see Dr Morgan & Dr Clark. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and best of all.don't try to upsell me on unnecessary products/procedures. I trust them implicitly with the care of my animals.
