Dr. Soncrant has grown his family owned and operated Maumee Bay Veterinary Hospital for over twenty plus years. Sydebotham and Office Manager, Melissa Hagemann. Bella (Black Lab) and GiGi (Yorkie), and Booboo (Maltese mix). Dr. Heather R. Sydebotham (Soncrant) is a 2002 valedictorian graduate of Clay High School.
Diagnostic and Therapeutic Services: Our hospital is equipped to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to care for your pets' complete health care needs. Therapeutic Laser Services: We offer therapeutic laser treatments for injuries, back pain, inflammatory conditions and arthritis. Our laser includes 2 wavelengths that target both the blood vessels and the nerves.

When our family moved to the area several years ago we researched several veterinarians in the area because we had five dogs. We decided on Maumee Bay Veterinary Hospital and we are very satisfied with our decision. The doctors consistently provide skilled, up to date and quality care for our pets. They are supported by a very caring and professional staff and physically the clinic is clean, inviting and modern. When we sadly lost two of our beloved pets over the last two years the team was extremely compassionate and kind, even sending a sympathy card.

Maumee Bay Veterinary Hospital is the best place to take your pets. I cannot praise them enough. They definitely saved my dog's life, and went above and beyond! They check on him all the time and they would be so kind and patient with us! We've been thanking God for this lovely group of people. they've been such a blessing to us

I called maumee bay vet in desperate need of assistance. My previous vet couldn't even give me the time of day because I didn't call at 8am to get in for an emergency appointment. Maumee bay vet accepted my cat and were very helpful and wonderful. They called and even checked up a few days later to see how he was doing. They trwat your pet like family.

Open your office to owners and family of pets. This is so bazaar to me that all medial fields you can go in with family but our vet prohibits it! All doors are locked. Being a new patient during covid we've never met staff or doctors in person. My last phone/visit was very unprofessional from 2 staff members on the phone and office manager, Missy.
No compassion or empathy for lack of follow through. Not allowing people in your office creates a wall of distance between pet owners & the veterinarian & staff. What ever happen to building relationships with people?

The doctors and staff at Maumee Bay Veterinary are excellent. Dr. Heather is wonderful at communicating with us regarding our pets' care and is also very knowledgeable, skilled, and gentle with our precious animals. When we unfortunately had to put our cat to sleep, the way the entire office handled that emotional/difficult time made our experience hurt slightly less.
We felt that the doctors and staff truly cared about how we were feeling and took the time to make us feel loved. We recommend Maumee Bay Veterinary to anyone looking for outstanding service and pet care.

Awesome vet office.they are great with their patients; your pets. Very professional and very friendly, and caring. My dogs seem happy to visit. Maumee Bay Vet took my older female in at last minutes notice on a Saturday morning, and called to check up on her on Tuesday morning. They also send out birthday emails which are cute to receive for each pet. Very clean and well organized facility.
