At Maryville Animal Hospital, we provide complete healthcare for your pet in an informative, caring, and up-to-date atmosphere. Modern treatment and diagnostic capabilities, three examination rooms, a surgery suite, a designated treatment area, and a well-trained staff ensure all patients are cared for thoroughly and efficiently.
We are a full-service hospital providing medical and surgical services for dogs and cats with an emphasis in preventative care. Our veterinarians are highly skilled and trained to take care of your pet from birth through the senior years. In addition to these services, we utilize several diagnostic laboratories, we consult with board-certified specialists, and, when necessary, refer to those specialists. Our clean, spacious boarding area completes the total care facilities at Maryville Animal Hospital.

Called one morning to get my dog in for a urgent but not an emergency visit. I wasn't a client, but they are the only vets clinic to accept us same day. When we got there the entire staff was su friendly and did everything they could to make the visit comfortable for myself and my dog. I will be bringing all my pets here from now on!

Long wait past appointment time. Was not informed that they were behind when I checked in. When they came out to get my dog I asked if they always ran 15 minutes past the appointment time, was told they were short staffed. Well if you know you are short why schedule as many appointments? Some people take off work or have other appointments. At least notify the customer so they can decide to wait or reschedule. Saying you are short staffed like everyone else is not the answer.

Critical: Professionalism, Reliability, Responsiveness Called at noon about euthanasia, and they ensured that I could be helped today. Two hours later they respond back saying, "I don't know if you made other arrangements, but we will not be able to see your pet today. Take care." I was not originally encouraged to make other arrangements. Very insensitive.

So helpful. They care and they work with you every way they can think of to help you and your animal. We had a sick cat. 2 year established relationship w vet in Townsend = "we can see you in 9 days, or you can go to Knoxville Animal ER". Left us realizing we were abandoned in our time of need. So thank goodness we found Maryville Animal.they worked us in and healed our animal, even though we had not been customers prior. THANK YOU! Very kind. Very competent. So helpful. We are lifers w Maryville Animal now. Worth the drive to be with these folks.
