We had the best experience here. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Dr Ackler was so awesome! He greeted our puppy and it made our puppy so relaxed with him. He took his time with us and answered all our questions, which made us relaxed also. We know we made an excellent choice. The waiting room is very clean and the examination rooms were clean as well. We drove an hour to see him and it is well worth it. I would highly recommend Mancelona Veterinary Hospital.

Very unhappy with the Male doctor. He did consult me before giving my cat 2 shots for skin irritation. I thought we were following the same repeat, 1 shot medicine as last year. I think my cat had a major reaction and I buried my perfectly healthy cat on Easter Sunday

Great staff and service! Your pet is their priority as much as they are yours. Nicolle is always such a pleasure, and makes me feel remembered and my dogs feel like a part of their family. They truly have a wonderful staff.

We have been going to this veterinary hospital for many years. They provide good advice and do everything they can to help our animals. We recently got a puppy, and loved getting a puppy kit to get started. The staff is friendly, and provide tips and hands on teaching for taking proper care of your animal.

They take good care of my animals. They are fast and very educated. Friendly staff and my dog don't freak out when we take him in. Definitely worth it!

Everything was perfect and went smoothly. Sonny seemed unfazed by the visit, which shows how much the staff works to make the experience as positive as possible for pets. I had any and all my concerns addressed and my questions answered in a concise, easy to understand manner. The staff did not try to "upsell" me any item or procedure that was unnecessary for my puppy, nor were any items recommended that could only be purchased from their store. The whole staff were warm, welcoming and friendly.

Their love for animals and compassion for their owners shines through at this vet. They were amazing when we had to let our Molly go. Now we have a new pup and we have started taking him there. I highly recommend this vet (they really care about the pets) and we think they are also very reasonably priced.

Dr. Ackler, Alicia, and the entire staff are amazing! Our pup was diagnosed with a difficult auto-immune disease in October and we have been so impressed with the level of care and commitment the staff have shown over the last three months. When there have been questions, Dr. Ackler has reached out to his network for consult, and the staff have been very patient with me when I call to question our pups behavior or the medication she is on. We can’t imagine taking our girls anywhere else!

Our long-time, Little Man, best bud Brach was in for a surgical procedure and I just have to say I'm very impressed with how Dr. Ackler and staff cared for our buddy. To start the staff was very efficient in getting Brach in to be seen, and then helpful in providing an itemized breakdown of cost before procedure, telling us the necessity of the procedures (all the while, respectfully considering our financial position without compromising the health of our dog). Dr. Ackler stayed after hours to treat our buddy, we received a timely courtesy call relaying Brach's post-procedure condition, and brought him home the next day well-adjusted and rested with a clean and sterile surgical site, with post-op care relayed clearly💝.

I have to give a big shout out to each of you for your quick response, personal care, professionalism, and courtesy regarding an emergency situation with our dog Moe. You all were wonderful and we appreciate you so much for seeing Moe on an emergency basis when he managed to impale himself into a large stick in his chest. We are forever grateful to you for taking such good care of him and keeping us updated on his status. Thank You So Much from my husband, myself, and of course Moe.

I am very grateful for dr. koerner and staff my Lucy was ill and we stopped at their office to see if they could see her instead going all the way to tc hospital.they did not even hesitate!! thank God it was an easy fix! thank you from the the bottom of hearts Lucy's too!!
