Extremely considerate! Helped me and my kitty when we were in a pinch. Prices are reasonable. Excited for them to be my new main vet.

Very happy with the work completed for my pet. I didn't like that he smelled like cologne when I brought him home. Going forward, I hope future pets don't smell like cologne like it was rubbed all over them.

Dr. Basaran saves the day again! He discovered a huge cut that was completely overlooked at the ER on the 3300 Block of N California. She fell at home, which resulted in lameness in her hind legs. They placed a piece of gauze on her leg and wrapped it with a pink ace band. However, there was no mention of the reason for the leg that was bound. I know they took blood, OR maybe it was to provide her some stability? Days later, I removed the band to reveal an infection. Wanting answers, I went back to the ER (no answers provided over the phone, and once discharged, you are expected to follow up with your vet) and was waiting for an hour in an empty waiting room.

We left. I called Dr. Basaran and left a message. He returned my call the very next morning before 8:30 a.m. He sent me photos and called me right away with next steps. He shaved down the leg, revealing the wound. He was just as surprised as I was and left wondering how this was missed and left untreated. I am forever grateful for Dr. Basaran.

This is the worst place for dogs ever! They killed my dog on Thursday yesterday, I took my Precious dog for a cough. Vet gave her medicine last Sunday. I took her back and gave her more medicine and my dog started to breathe very fast and she passed away when we got home! Vet very rude! Please don't take your dog there.

Critical: Value Was looking for a new vet and while browsing their website I see they declaw. Sad. Just wanted to post this so others who are considering a vet can take this into account. You can't claim to love animals yet perform harmful procedures for $$$. There's no way around it, clear as day that's what they care about.

I have been a client since Dr. Basran opened his clinic, about 30 years. He has justified my trust for many generations of dogs and cats. Thank you, Dr. Basran and team!

I've gotten my cat fixed and chipped here and it's been a positive experience after three visits. Staff is friendly and have answered any questions. Seem to handle my cat with care. Have also been upfront about all costs.

Charged me $100 for a fecal test that they did not administer. They removed the charge from my bill, however. Told me my cat would need a dental cleaning within 2 minutes of meeting me and my cat. I did not feel comfortable being here. Vet techs are kind but I have never been shuffled in and out so fast in my life. Not a fan. I am not returning.

My cat had been sleeping all day and barely eating after I gave him a flea preventive ointment, the kind that goes at the back of the neck right on the skin. I was getting worried because his lethargy and having no appetite were so different for him and it began immediately after giving him the flea guard, so I brought him to Logan Square Animal Hospital.

I wish I caught the name of the doctor who treated him, because he gave my cat fluids and a shot with some medicine in it. A few hours later my cat was no longer hiding in his carrier, and 12 hours later he is out and about and meowing at me again. I am very grateful to the vet who saw him.
