The Liverpool Village Animal Hospital has been located in the Village of Liverpool for over 40 years, with a state-of-the-art facility located at 6770 Onondaga Lake Parkway. We are a full-service veterinary hospital for dogs, cats, birds, and exotics. We utilize the latest technology available to provide outstanding veterinary care.
Our staff is committed to providing the best service to you and the best care for your pets. This commitment can be seen in our friendly and knowledgeable reception staff to the high-quality nursing staff who are exclusively NYS Licensed Veterinary Technicians. Our veterinarians always have time to educate you about the care of your pet and help you understand any health problems they may have.
Annual dental exams and cleanings are recommended to protect your pet from many health problems and help them maintain a healthy and clean mouth. Proper diet and nutrition can help your pet fight against disease, maintain a proper weight, and promote the overall well-being of your pet. Annual wellness exams evaluate your pets overall health, detect problems before they become serious, and keep them on track to live a long, healthy life. We're equipped to perform routine radiography services to identify many types of illness or injury when pets are sick or suffer a trauma.
This is a very good question since a healthy diet is a mainstay in preventative medicine. We all want our pet's food to be safe, nutritious and meet their particular needs. Because each pet is an individual with specific needs, this is a question that is best answered after a discussion with your veterinarian.

I've always had a good experience with the staff @ L'pool animal hospital. unfortunately this last visit with my golden retriever (buddy) was not what I wanted to hear as a diagnosis (he has cancer) but that's coming from a doggie mom who loves her critters from here to the moon and back. I know that from here on out Liverpool will be as professional and caring as always with Buddy's care I also wanna say that I've had 12 awesome yrs with my buddy hopefully he won't go anywhere to quick as soon as we c he's suffering we will have to say goodbye with a VERY deep broken heart. thanks too ALL the staff at Liverpool animal hospital you all r AWESOME

We've been taking our pets to Liverpool Village Animal Hospital for over 20 years. The staff has always been so kind and considerate. We've always been treated so well and greeted with a friendly face. When we've had to say goodbye to our pets the doctors and staff are very compassionate and caring. We have a new puppy and they've been fantastic with him! Highly recommend!

Liverpool Village Animal Hospital is the only care provider that I trust my fur babies with. They have special needs and require extra care and support that I don't feel anyone else but LVAH can provide. The combination of their expertise and their incredible hearts is what makes them stand out above the rest. This was my second visit since switching to them because my longtime veterinarian had retired. This visit, just like the last, went as smooth as smooth as can be. The wait in the parking lot was minimal probably less than two minutes even though I arrived 10 minutes early. We were ushered into a room and the doctor appeared within 30 seconds. This was not the doctor that we initially started with because she was out on maternity leave.
The doctor took a couple of minutes and reviewed the dogs entire history and after a thorough examination it was all good and we were ready to go. The fee was extremely reasonable for the quality of service that we received. We are very satisfied.

The best vet around, would recommend this team to anyone. They made room for my dog and I to get an appointment in last minute after being kicked out of my other veterinarian's office (of over 13 years) because my puppy suddenly was blind in one eye and they didn't want to have to deal with it. This team was not only sensitive and caring to my pups issue but from the diagnosis to treatment and surgery they were on top of their game. I could spend another 30 minutes granting and they're just that good. Thank you again for saving my puppy's life

As always Doctor Jordan is great with my little Monster Duck who is my Cat and also has some behavior problems. She's been with Duck since the day I brought him in with his brother Polo who is now passed but has always been there to help me with him in every way. She truly is a gem and I appreciate everything she's done for both my cat and my dog!

Our loving dog of 13 1/2 years had to be rushed into Liverpool Village Animal Hospital. They immediately took him in and made us feel so comfortable by giving us different options. Never once recommending that we just give up on our dog. The doctor was extremely professional and went over everything with us. We brought our Rockey home and are trying some different options on him. Thank you to everyone at Liverpool Village Animal Hospital for your hospitality and kindness during such a difficult time. The staff at Liverpool Village Animal Hospital is amazing! They were compassionate and understanding in a very stressful time. They took great care of my kitty and he is going to be fine! I couldn't believe he let the vet and tech both carry him around. This place is top notch! Thank you to LVAH! I visited again, this time with my dog JP. they got us in right away and he is doing better. We may have to go for more laser treatments, but he didn't seem to mind at all.
