Absolutely phenomenal doctor. Extremely thorough with exam I wish I could find a doctor for myself to be this knowledgeable, dedicated and caring. Beautiful office and totally quiet no chaos. I wish she was closer to my home as I have to drive nearly an hour to get to her, but once you go here there is no other options.

Best veterinarian we've ever had! And I've had cats - and vets- for decades. Dr. Small is very knowledgeable, considerate, caring and kind. She's great with cats AND people! I can't say enough good things about her! She is available to her patients' owners to discuss concerns we have. She offers choices of treatment options, answering our questions to help us understand and make informed decisions.

She has gotten back to us even when she's not been in the office. She's left messages for us to allay our concerns when we were away. There WAS a period in the past year that she was very, very busy and it wasn't so easy to get an appointment as it had been before. I'm sorry to hear about the bad experience the above person had.

The present staff are all lovely and helpful. They get back to us relaying information from the vet when she's away from the office for a period of time. They are always helpful and courteous. I have recommend Le Chat to others, and they have uniformly been pleased.

I called at the end of July, left a message with someone who didn't give their name to make an appointment, no reply. I called two days later and got a live person (didn't say their name) who was uninterested, left a message, no reply. I used their form on their web page, no reply. Early August, the same again, except this time the nameless person seemed more interested, I explained we just moved from NYC, my 10 year old cat is not sick, we are overdue for a check up and since we live right behind them, we'd like to start care with them.

She said the Dr. has so many cats, it would be September before she'd see a new patient. I said that'd be fine, she said she'd call when they started their September appointment schedule. Never heard from them. September 9 morning, I called, the (nameless) fellow never heard of me, I started from scratch. He said he'd call as soon as he spoke to the doctor, and he'd call and email me back within hours.

I also used their web form again, this time I got a bot response that my appointment request had been submitted, and "we got your request and will respond to you as soon as possible". Nothing. It's fair to say then that the doctor is not taking new patients, and hasn't even the common courtesy (or general caring for an animal and pet owner) to say so, even after more than a month of polite requests.

Her staff is mostly disaffected and uncaring, and gives off the vibe of a snobby restaurant. The Dr. may have the education, but clearly she's got her priorities screwed up. If a veterinarian makes herself unavailable to a cat in need, that's a bad veterinarian- no matter how much she studied.
