Lazy 5 Ranch Veterinary Service

I'm not saying the staff are not knowledgeable. But I didn't feel the level of attention to detail, of care, that I am used to where we lived previously. We decided to take our pets to another place.

I was just with a friend but they wanted to Give shots to board. My friends dogs have had their shots so my friend op-ed to take her dogs to their usual vet. But I felt they were trying to protect dogs already there and be responsible vets.

Don't go here. My dog had a "fatty tumor" on her side and we switched her vets and they actually tested it and it's cancer. For over a year and a half it's been on her. Thank y'all so much for not testing or doing anything about it. So ridiculous.

Dr Steven's and his staff are the very best. The have emergency visits built in to their day so when I showed up at 730 am with a very sick dog they took us right back and gave us the very best care. We were able to stay in the exam room while waiting for test results which was more comfortable my hurting little guy. They always follow up to check progress and my call are always returned. I also called in an update and refills on medicine that was filled and ready the next day. Almost wish I were a dog their care is so good!

This was my first time using this vet but I had to put my sweet baby down and they absolutely made this very sad time as easy as possible. They were there for us but let us know we were in complete control. Very kind and compassionate staff.

I'm always happy with my experiences at Lazy 5 Veterinary Hospital. Everyone is so nice and friendly. They are very professional and caring. I can't say enough good things about the staff and Vets there.

I just want to take the time and thank each and everyone of the staff members at this vet clinic for having such great customer service, and a big special thank you to Dr Stover and Dr Julian for taking care of my dogs when I bring them in. On my last visit with my dog he has very bad anxiety with being in a vets office and Dr Stover came in the room with me and sat down in the floor with him and was very patient throughout the whole exam with him, I truly can't thank her enough for being so thoughtful toward my dog to make him feel as comfortable as he needed while he was there. I am glad that I chose to come to this vets office and highly recommend this place to any of my family and friends. Keep up the good work Lazy 5 vets!

I took my sweet three year old Dachshund, Otis, in on a Saturday morning.he was subsequently diagnosed with Pancreatitis. Long story short, the staff was incredibly caring and knowledgeable and made me feel at ease and gave me info on how to treat it at home with a special diet. I think I am switching all my dogs over to Lazy 5 Vets. Wonderful experience.

My three year old dachshund hadn't been feeling well so I plan to take him to the vet on a Saturday morning. I called my regular vet and they were closed! On a Saturday! Someone referred me to Lazy 5 Vets and I am so happy with their service. I think I have found myself a new vet. Otis was diagnosed with pancreatitis but they assured me that with the proper diet and care he could still live a long healthy life. They were so sweet and caring and was a great experience. I will definitely be bringing all of my for babies in the future.

We took or dog Chloe for ten years until she passed and now our cal Luna. Can't say enough about how great they are. We've never had a problem with them. Very professional and true animal lovers.

Like most pet parents finding the right vet is vital for not just you, but your pet as well. I did not want to take Ace to just any vet, I wanted it to be somewhere that offered quality service, awesome care and affordable pricing. I found all that and more at Lazy 5 Vets, and I couldn't be happier that we found such a great place to take Ace for various services. Lazy 5 Vets made me feel welcomed, and answered all my questions thoroughly. They are the only people I trust with Ace outside of myself and my husband. I took my dog for her shots and checkup. The only thing I did not like is they took her out of the room to the back. My Vet in Gboro always let's her stay in the exam room.

I have been going to lazy 5 for over 6 years. My furbaby had surgery about 4 years ago and they were amazing. They walked me through the process and even cleaned his teeth while he was under. They helped me with his physical therapy and called to check on him after. He is never scared to go there and the staff is always helpful and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone with furbabies.

Been going to this vet since we got our Great Dane puppy over a year and a half ago. Could not ask for a better all-encompassing vet that cares about us and our dog and everyone on staff knows his name. We have used them for everything from check ups, to shots, to consultation for surgeries, for boarding and for grooming.

It was perfect.nothing could make experience even better.ease of getting same day appointments is superb. Staff is friendly and all the Vets are awesome!

Was easy to make appointments thru the PetDesk App as well as keeping track of each animals' reminders, medications, history, etc. The staff were all friendly and attentive. Our wait was short and was able to be seen at the time of our appointment. The techs and the vet worked well with my animals and accommodated us bringing two of our dogs at once.

All of the pricing was explained up front and there were no hidden charges at the end of the visit. Dr. Jones explained everything she was doing and informed us of all of our options for treatment. Was very happy to find a new vet since we moved to Lexington.

Best vet and boarding I have ever experience. My dog loves the people. Never had any issues with the care. My dog never comes home with kennel cough or smelling like a kennel. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a place were they will love and care for your pet almost as much as you do.

The most expensive vet in rowan co. I've been going here for a few yrs and recently got tired of being nickel and dimed. You get your bill and are charged for things you weren't even seen for, such a dishonest way to do business. They do not seem to care about your animal, they care about their wallets. Go see Dr Steinman at Salisbury Animal Hospital. Much nicer, more professional and you won't go broke just to have your animals seen.

Dr Kristen Christy and her staff were amazing! We live in California and came to NC to pick up a puppy. We met with Dr Christy and her staff to do a new puppy exam. She was very informative and thorough and we never felt rushed or hurried. Her staff was just as awesome! I would highly recommend Lazy 5 Vets to anyone who needs pet care services. We love Lazy 5! I have been bringing my brood of 5 (3 cats and 2 dogs) to Lazy 5 Vets since May 2008. Everyone, from the vets to the techs to the receptionists are just wonderful and caring. They make you feel like your pet is part of their family. I'm one of those crazy pet people who call with the most mundane questions, and the techs always answer my questions.

And if they don't know, they'll get a vet on the phone that you can speak with. It's wonderful to find a place where everyone is so friendly and helpful. Their prices are extremely reasonable and they don't make you feel like your money is all that matters. I tell everyone about Lazy 5 because we have been so happy with the services we have received. I can't imagine taking our "kids" anywhere else.
