Great Veterinary. Dr. Cosgrove spends time not only with his patients also the owners, explains in detail any question you have for him. Is very thorough with your animal and very compassionate.

I'm so grateful for this place. I had to put my dog down and they were so kind to me. All the girls in the front are so nice. And they are always busy. If you need a vet, cry them out.

My dogs have appointments every couple months and I stop in every month for meds and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The vet always takes time to explain my dogs tests and health condition/concerns.

Don't claim to be an emergency 24/7 vet if you won't actually help. My cat was dying and I called around 10 PM and asked them to help my cat pass. They asked if I have been there before, I told them yes, the woman found my account and said I had been there 6 times with another pet, but he hadn't gotten his vaccinations from there. SO, because he had a different vet than my other pet, they wouldn't take him.

Even though I go there with my other animals. I BEGGED them to help and they refused. So thank you, lavale veterinary "emergency" hospital for letting my poor baby suffer through an hour and a half car ride to cheat lake emergency vet, and denying him even though his brother goes there. Heartless and disgusting. I will never forget that THEY were the ones that let my baby boy suffer an extra hour and a half car ride. We will never return here.

I genuinely cannot thank the staff here enough, i feel like i owe them everything. please don't read if you dont want to think deeply about pet loss i understand april last year we had to get our one cat put down, she was extremely sick, today we had one pass on the way to the vet and another get put down, the people here were always nothing less than compassionate and caring. i've never seen people who genuinely care more about animals. dr kristie wilhelm, thank you so so much.

I have been taking my dogs to LaVale vets for quite some time and always pleased with the care and consideration received. From the front desk to the techs and Vets themselves the respect and care for my pets is so compassionate and always get straightforward answers. Thank you!

They take a great deal of time to pay attention to your pet and extend all care available to keep your pet top rate healthy.

The staff and veterinarians are really the best. I drive a long way to bring my doggy to see them. They were very helpful when I needed CDC certificates to bring her overseas with me. Dr. Griffith really helped make it happen and I could not thank everyone enough. I will come back regularly.

They saved my kail Kats life. I do think my last appointment they just wanted to buy flea meds tho. Kept telling me I have fleas I can't see. I have 6 cats. The doc checked one for fleas and couldn't find anu, I checked my grey tabby with a white belly, and then I went after my long haired calico. No fleas. The last conversation with the doc was her still saying I have fleas.

Dr Folk and all the staff were amazing. They were willing to see us for our small dog for an emergency visit after hours. We had called several vets in the area, including our own, and no one but Dr Folk was able to see us. We truly appreciate all they have done to help our little Mabel.

I was visiting the Cumberland area and needed an emergency visit for my senior dog on a Saturday. The technician was helpful and I was able to get in that day. Dr Cosgrove was caring, friendly and helpful in diagnosing my dog and getting her started on short term antibiotics and diet adjustment. All staff were friendly and helpful and I appreciate being able to get in.

They are very professional and give you all of the options for treatment they think are viable. That being said they're also honest about a pet's chances and if they don't think they'll make it or if something is risky they'll tell you outright. I had a cat that unfortunately as of today is no longer with us but they saved a kitten I had recently that needed its eye removed.

I really appreciate the fact that they have emergency services available because lets face it not everything happens during business hours. Overall they've been great with my pets over the years.

I absolutely loved the place and the care my fur baby dachshund received! She in my opinion was critical when we arrived and within 15-20 mins they had her stable and color back in gums and tongue and they came out and went over everything with me in detail, showed me her x-rays and what was going on with her and what they needed to do in order to save her and what my options were as well Dr. Tessa Folk is her Dr.

And she's absolutely a sweetheart! Very caring and compassionate about what it is she does helps all kinds of animals in need and took amazing care of my fur Baby and we have a second chance with a good out look on life for her thanks to lavale veterinary hospital and Dr. Tessa Folk

Whenever my pets get hurt or sick, this office is always open. You'll find top of the line service & veterinarians here. The only downfall.for me anyway.is the cost. Everything is state of the art so be prepared to pay for it at the time of service. I'm sure they're worthy of what they charge, it's just not everyone can afford it. I wish there were sliding scale income based fees for health care. Other than that, it's a great place with a wonderful staff.
