Laser surgery is a fundamentally different approach to surgery. A highly focused laser beam is used during the procedure, reducing bleeding, pain, infection and enabling a quicker recovery time. Cold Laser is a state-of-the-art alternative therapy to assist with pain and healing. It can be used after surgeries to help increase blood flow to local areas, improving healing.
I understand that all fees are due at time of service. If you are in need of alternative payment arrangements please discuss that prior to completion of services.* I hereby authorize the veterinarian to examine, prescribe for or treat the above described pet(s). I understand that all animals must be current on vaccinations and testing for boarding, grooming, daycare and hospital procedures.
In order to maintain our high standard of service, we require that payment is made at the time services are rendered. We provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit/debit cards.

First time visiting this vet with my new boxer puppy, Jack. Friendly staff, clean environment, and answered all my questions. I really liked the vet and will be back with my other dog!

Have been with Lansing Veterinary Hospital for several years. They have always been very kind and courteous with me and my pets, from the reception you get when you arrive, from the vet techs and from the Vets. I'm very satisfied with whole clinic.

Very friendly from the front desk to the exam rooms. They simply changed our dog's diet to help her digestive system. We have never felt pressured for any unnecessary procedures. I feel like they really have our dog's best interest at heart. see my most recent review!

My animals ( 8 cats, two dogs) have seen Dr Bruner for years. She's smart, compassionate and kind. The clinic is always clean and I trust my animals to receive excellent care there. My oldest is 17, my youngest eight months. They're a great clinic

I was having trouble getting a prescription filled for my cat due to it being out of stock online. I was quickly able to get a handwritten prescription to take to a local pharmacy so my cat didn't miss a day. Lansing Vet has always taken great care of our pets and I appreciate their service!

My last review was a five stars, however after my experience today I feel obligated to update my opinion. I had to take my dog to Blue Pearl after hours, which was to be expected. I turned to my own veterinary clinic (Lansing) a few days later to get a second opinion on one of the meds prescribed. Docs needed to be shared. After waiting half a day I called Lansing.

I was told they had not heard from them. When I questioned why I was not notified, I was told that I should be asking Blue Pearl my question anyways. Hmmm. when we, as humans, see a specialist are told to follow up with our own physicians? Much later that day Lansing called me back letting me know they contacted Blue Pearl and got me two more boxes of the same medication I was questioned to begin with. WHAT? My baby had not eaten in days except for a small amount of food to get a pill down. Everyone has a bad day, I get it, but this felt like an epic fail.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had the worst experience ever. Monday the 7th I took my cat in for her appointment. the door was locked and staff acted like it would kill them to unlock it. Then while we were waiting staff was talking about business no client needed to hear. When we finally saw Dr. Kessler she spoke to me in a way I don't allow my parents to speak to me.

The choice was made to help my cat cross the rainbow bridge, while we were waiting staff could be heard laughing loudly. I asked for both an INK and clay paw print. I bet you can guess where this is going. When I asked when they would be ready the staff had an attitude about that too. I never received my ink paw print. And I sent them a message so we could talk about the experience and they have not gotten back to me so here we are. If you want to be treated poorly while saying goodbye to your family member then this is your place.

Excellent staff, clean facility & relaxed environment. I LOVED the atmosphere, my pup didn't get all stressed out there. I've already recommended Lansing Veterinary Hospital to family & encourage others to check them out. UPDATE: February 2022 I just had my little girl, CeeCee Deville, spayed. Once again, couldn't be happier with the services received. She's already back to her normal diva ways. And the cost was absolutely reasonable. Love this place

I got my cat "spayed" here a month or two back and she is now exhibiting signs of being in heat im concerned she has something called Ovarian remnant syndrome which means all parts weren't removed during spay, which is disappointing since i paid nearly 200 dollars and they had my cat all day that they couldn't manage to fully treat her during that time.-Edit they fixed the issue and the vet is so sweet and i'm sure she treated my cat very well this second time around

This kennel may neglect dogs over the weekend. We sent our 8-year old Labrador to this kennel for a week while we renovated our kitchen. Although we were less than 3 miles away, we were not called when our dog became severely ill over the weekend. By the time we were notified on Monday, our dog needed critical care. He had lost 9 lbs, had mouth ulcers from excessive vomiting, and was very weak.

When I asked the Lansing staff what happened, I was told a vet was not available on Saturday or Sunday, and they were having communications issues with their kennel staff. After 5 days in the Mission Veterinary Hospital ICU (Mission provided exceptional care) we had to put him down. Throughout the process, no one from Lansing Vet Hospital called us to see how our dog was doing in the ICU. Although this kennel prides itself on excellent communication and quality medical care, we didn't experience either. Use this kennel at your own risk.

Super hard to get an appointment just like all veterinary offices these days BUT the vet is super friendly and worth trying to get an appointment with. The vet techs are always so nice to my babies and the vet treats them like they are her own. Book at least a month in advance if know your dog needs routine check ups or care. The vet office uses an online pharmacy so that definitely helps with time if you need to refill that doesn't require you to physically go in.

My old dog had visited this clinic for several years. I called one day because my dog was having trouble breathing and not able to walk. They told me they could not get my dog seen for 3 weeks! They are rude and lack compassion. She would have been dead by then. We went to Blue Pearl and their staff and service is amazing. Unfortunately, that dog passed away.

My new dog has also been to landing vet clinic and if it's not rude staff, it's them throwing unnecessary meds at you for your dog which cost $50 for a few drops of a steroid which wasn't what was needed. I have recently moved and cannot wait to find my dog a new vet!

I wish I had read the reviews, but I picked this vet because they are close to my home. The vet we saw had the personality of a potato. I'm a first time dog owner and she acted as though she couldn't be bothered with my questions. She examined him and her evaluation was, "He looks good." I want to do the best for my dog with care, diet, etc., but no one seemed to care. I found a holistic vet in KCK which I think will serve us better.

If i could give zero stars i would. MANY occasions I have called for urgent care, to which they carelessly referred to blue pearl. There is zero level of compassion for pet owners whatsoever. Every time we board our dogs we tell them to not leave collars/harnesses on the dogs because they destroy them.and we end up with them doing it anyways. One of my dogs became diabetic a year ago. Dr. Bruner negligently prescribed him a very, very low dose of insulin for his weight.

He rapidly started declining, started having frequent UTI's and developed cataracts and now is blind. Even after taking him several times for glucose curves, his dose only increased a few units. After they "didn't have a doctor on a Saturday to prescribe UTI meds" I took my dog to EUDORA ANIMAL HOSPITAL because I thought he was dying. Dr. Shane informed me that he was severely under medicated.

He increased his insulin 5 units/dose and my dog has mad a rapid turn around. Dr. Shane also said glucose curve checks are dated and very hard on the animals. I have 6 dogs.called today to get a script for one of them who has allergies. Today is Monday, 6/14. The receptionist (who had the WORST customer service and attitude ever) said there wouldn't be a doctor to sign it until 6/24.

What in the actual hell is this place doing in business? There is NEVER a doctor there. It's a joke that they call themselves an animal hospital and full service when they have failed me for urgent care on 3 occasions and never even have a doctor present and can't even manage diabetes. I'm truly convinced that my dog would be dead if we hadn't sought care with Dr. Shane at Eudora. All of my dogs will now go there. I hope this place gets shut down.

Dr. Bruner is fantastic! After helping us grieve the loss of our 15.5 year old boxer, she gave our 13 yo boxer a new lease on life by getting rid of intrusive masses. My sweet Frazier is now slim with a titled brim! Thank you to Dr. B, Kim, and the rest of the staff for loving my dog almost as much as I do!

I love this hospital! They have been so good to my cat, Aiko, and are knowledgeable and helpful. They always make time for my pets and are doing a great job during Covid coming out to get my cat and then speaking to me on the phone and taking payment by phone. If you're looking for aVet, this is the place to go!

I made and appointment for 11am for my dog. When I got there they told me my appointment was for 10:40 and that they would check if the dr would see my dog. Then acted as if they were doing me a favor by seeing me. The doctor was rude and short. They just stared while I struggled to get my 120 lb dog on their scale and then once in the exam room had me get my dog onto a platform that is about 6 inches off the ground so he could be raised 4 ft in the air to have an infected wound on his paw looked at.

She confirmed there was a wound and infection and just send me home with some drugs. Didn't try to dress the wound or give any advice of any kind. Appointment was about 7 minutes. Mostly me trying to lift my dog onto various surfaces. I've taken him here before and the doctor was rude and short, but they managed to do even worse this time.

I recently boarded my dog at Lansing Vet Hospital for the 7th or 8th time in four and a half years. I gave them a bag of his belongings: a blanket, 3 plush toys, and a zip-lock bag full of treats that should've lasted 2 weeks even though his stay was only one week. The treats were in the bottom of another plastic bag with the other items on top.

When I picked my dog up, I asked for the blanket and toys. They said no one remembers seeing them, but voluntarily told me that he ate ALL his treats (I hadn't even mentioned them). The treats couldn't have been found without pulling the other things out! They supposedly searched for them but couldn't find them. I called a few days later and still no blanket or toys.

A few days after that I paid them a visit and still nothing. The vet said my dog was the only boarder when I asked if they had inadvertently given the items to another customer. How can such a small office lose personal belongings? I've taken the blanket and toys every time I've boarded my dog so he would feel a little bit at home, especially with my scent on them.

I managed to get the vet to reimburse me for everything, but this is unacceptable. They also have never been very friendly, so I wonder what kind of care my dog receives while I am away. I am definitely taking my business elsewhere.

We moved to the area with two dogs that were both four years old. One had accumulated fairly significant vet bills that could of been handled differently and probably saved around a thousand dollars but our dogs are family so that wasn't such a major ordeal. I had nothing but good thoughts for the staff which were friendly and professional. BUT: recently we boarded our two dogs for 4 days through Christmas, the pickup was not good.

When my wife picked up the dogs on dec 27th she called me and said to immediately prepare baths. Both dogs (one significantly more than the other) were covered in urine and feces. When they came home obviously they both received a bath and then continued to detail the car which was then disgusting from the mile drive. BUT: My bulldog had clear signs of illness and developed diarrhea and was vomiting as well as had developed a rash on his scrotum which after a week is finally scabbing and healing.

My beagle also had similar symptoms (she is a female so no scrotum) and has developed some kind of eye infection. I will not return because eye issues led to around $2,000 in bills with our bulldog. If over 4 days dogs that NEVER urinate or poop inside or in crates clearly were not taken care of. I will absolutely not return nor will I recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointing after early good experiences.

We had Dr. Bruner provide end of life care for our two dogs because there was no one I trusted more for guidance through this difficult time. Her compassion and empathy carried us through that day. Her commitment to her patients and their owners is unquestionable. We are lucky to have crossed paths with her! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for competent and compassionate vet care!

Dr. Bruner and her staff are so compassionate. I brought in two dobermans who could not stand on their hind legs. Found out the neighbor had put out mole poison and a mole came into our yard and my dogs had fun with them. Ugh! Dr. Bruner tested them and kept them overnight for observation. I knew they were in good hands. Thank you everyone at Lansing Vet!!

I want to thank Dr. Werner for being there during the last months of my dog's life. I had been going to another vet and all he was doing was taking UA's. Within a week at Lansing Vet Hosp in August, I found out that my dog had a bladder tumor. JoJo lived until two weeks ago. I stayed with her while she was put to sleep and spent time with her afterward. The team at this clinic is compassionate and caring. Thank you.

I love Dr. Werner and the staff at Lansing Veterinary! I have two yellow labs and the service they give there is fantastic. All the staff are people and pet friendly from time you walk in the door until you leave. Dr. Werner always takes plenty of time to listen to me and my concerns, and I don't feel rushed so she can get to the next client. My older lab blew out his ACL and was given a top notch surgery to repair his knee (at a reasonable price). Three years later he is still doing GREAT!
