Lake Side was established as a privately owned animal hospital in 2007. For over a decade, we have operated as a small animal veterinary hospital providing quality comprehensive medical, surgical and dental care in Central New Hampshire. Our facility includes in-house laboratory, radiology, surgery, pharmacy and acupuncture. Lake Side is more than just an animal hospital; we are a multi-faceted animal care facility, providing numerous services and treatments for our patients.

Our mission is to provide the highest quality medical care to our patients, while providing our clients with education and assistance in all areas of animal care and ownership.
Services
A vital part of our team includes veterinary technicians, kennel/veterinary assistants, and receptionists who are available to speak with you regarding your pets needs. They are pleased to assist you in providing loving health care for your pets. Dr. Taylor completed her undergraduate studies at the University of New Hampshire, and received her Bachelors of Science in Pre-Veterinary Medicine in May of 1996. She received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree from Ross University, School of Veterinary Medicine in January of 2000.
We offer a variety of on-site diagnostics, including bloodwork, cytology and digital radiographs. While we strive to achieve diagnoses' in hospital, depending on what is most appropriate for the circumstances, we may recommend sending out samples for further testing to trusted, off-site diagnostic facilities.
We provide numerous on-site surgical procedures, and take the upmost care ensuring patient safety. Required blood work to check organ function, IV catheter placement and fluids, and close anesthetic monitoring are routine parts of any surgical procedure we perform.
Oral health is a critical part of any animal's overall health. We recommend at home care (brushing, enzyme water additives, dental chews), as well as routine dental cleanings performed in hospital under full anesthesia to keep dental disease to a minimum.

Our dog Ginger had a huge bladder stone that had caused a kidney infection and they did absolutely everything to help her. She is doing so much better now, I've taken my three dogs for years and you can tell they really care! We will never be able to repay them, Ginger is so very important to us! They are worth every penny!

Don't waste your time with this vet. They aren't taking new patients at least 4 years in a row. I have been calling every year multiple times a year to make an appointment and they tell me they are fully booked every time. They are liars and just don't care that local residents need vet services. I was told last year to call back in February because they would be reviewing the client list and opening spots for new clients and was shocked to hear they still aren't accepting new clients in February 2022.

They should at least start a waiting list for fairness because there's no way they haven't taken on new clients in the last 4 years. If I could give them zero stars I would because their booking strategy is horrendous. They should be ashamed.

I have been going here for two years. All the vets are very knowledgeable and take their time to explain everything. My dogs doesnt like other dogs so they always make sure the coast is clear and bring me right into a room. Alyssa at the front desk is amazing and always helpful and friendly!

I have been bringing my animals here for 9 years now! The staff is great, especially Alyssa- always so pleasant. Dr. Panebianco is so thorough and and empathetic. Wouldn't bring my babies anywhere else! My dog is especially anxious, but no one has ever batted an eye and have always done everything to make her comfortable. I've never felt pressured into unnecessary treatment and trust their judgment 100%. Dr. Jen runs a wonderful clinic!
