Phenomenal staff and very caring. Dr Lotovsky is a very polite and professional veterinarian that constantly followed up with me and my very old 17yr old cat, giving suggestions on medications/regimens. They also had me in and out very quickly, minimizing the stress on my cat versus the last place I visited. I highly recommend his office as my little old man is feeling way better.

If I can give 6 stars, I would. I was afraid after my puppy's first appointment that I wouldn't like the vet and would have to worry to find a new one but I was proven wrong today. As a new dog owner, it was pretty overwhelming to understand everything about a puppy but Dr. Max and his tech made my life so much easier. Not only was his assessment of my puppy super comprehensive but his education technique was the cherry on top.

I Came there with a list of questions and I didn't even have to ask him anything because he went through EVERYTHING in great detail. He also provided a lot of educational material and resources to take home with me in case i forget anything. I understand he has to have a good rapport with the owner but my puppy felt immediate comfort with Dr max and his technician.

They did an injection so flawlessly that she didn't even flinch. His prices are honestly very reasonable and he was transparent about certain things from the second he walked into the exam room; not money hungry at all. Leaving the office was like a breath of fresh air because I knew my puppy was going to have the best healthcare possible. Thank you Dr. Max and all other staff that make animals lives better each day.

Dr Maxim and the staff are the nicest people! My cat has asthma and dr Maxim always calls me to check on him. I'm glad i found about this place. Me and my cats are happy. Thank you

If I could give zero stars I would, we originally came in for a neutering but came out with a life long mark. My dog was neutered in December and returned to my with a huge bump on his back, Dr. Max Lotovsky could not explain where the bump came and assured me that he would take care of the bump since it happened in his care. We returned to Dr. Lotovsky in Jan/Feb because the bump just got worse inflamed, pus crusted and our dog was in pain.

Upon returning to Dr. Lotovsky I was informed that not only would I be paying a ridiculous amount for the visit that had everything to do with the problem our vet created but that my dog would no longer grow hair in the place where this bump formed. During our follow up visit Dr. Lotovsky stated he would sedate my dog and take a closer look into the scab.

But instead he did not sedate my dog and proceeded to rip the scab off my dog as he was awake and felt everything. That's just barbaric! This is totally unprofessional we came in for a neuter and walked out with a mark for the rest of my dogs life. This vet was considered the best but now it's straight robbery not a place for quality care for your pets!

To much money for just a vaccine staying with Petco more professionals and good service for less. My cat has a problem in the leg they put the vaccine

Very attentive staff and reasonable prices. Dr. Max is simply the best! He has such a magnificent energy, my dog loved him at first sight! During long conversation, Dr. Max made sure he answered all of my questions, so helpful and caring! No lines which is very convenient. Highly recommended!

Great veterinary care! The hole team is amazing! They treat little ones much better than I'm being treated at the medical offices You can see how kind and dedicated is each of the team member. Appointments are right on time. You leave with a smile, gratefulness and no worry for your baby's recover. Special THANK YOU to Dr. Max! He's so gentle, sweet and professional! Visited the first time for check up and shots for my furry boy. The doctor was wonderful, took his time to examine my cat and answered all of my questions, the wait time was very minimal, i am very satisfied with Dr. Max and highly recommend him for all of your veterinary needs.

My cat has terrible experiences at the vet but surprisingly he loved Dr. Max and all the other vet techs in the clinic. Great prices along with a happy animal! I'm sold, kings bay got a lifelong client in me and my cat wiggles. Thanks Dr Max and his helpers!

Dr. Osterman no longer owns this practice. Look elsewhere for your pet care. Seriously, do not trust your pet to this place ever, not for anything. Gave it one star as that's the lowest available rating. Unsafe medical treatment by unlicensed staff.

Dr. Max and his team are lifesavers. I came in twice for emergencies and they took amazing care of my cat. The doctor is extremely honest and you won't see a surprise bill, he's very transparent about costs. All medical problems are explained in detail and you truly feel a sense of understanding. After both emergencies the issues resolved and my cat is living a better life thanks to Dr. Max. Dr. Max always called to update me and followed up with the the day after PS this review is coming from a nurse and I am extremely impressed by the standards of care in this clinic.

Super friendly staff! They are so caring with the pets. I've been bringing my two cats here and couldn't be happier with all their help. They genuinely care and their reasonable prices definitely reflect that. Dr Max is great!

This place is nice. The doctor and staff are Russian speakers. They have a genuine concern about the pets' wellbeing. Also renovated. I thought I was going to need surgery for my cat, but all they did was examine the problem area and determined that the only necessary treatment was medicine. I was so relieved. I would definitely come back here in the future. They mean business.

I was surprised by all the positive reviews, because when I took my cat there myself, I had the worst experience I have ever had at a vet! I could go on and on, but some things that really bothered me were despite the sign on the door indicating dogs must be leashed, one of the vet's "office dogs" was loose and scared my already-nervous cat. When I was called back, the vets were very unfriendly and condescending, asking me things over and over as if they didn't believe I was telling the truth, despite having all my paperwork.

They were not kind to my cat at all and were constantly interrupting me when I was explaining his situation. The vets would talk to each other quietly WHILE I was speaking to them! They simply seemed to not care at all, not allowing me to finish explaining my cat's unique situation. Never bringing one of my animals back there. It was honestly an unpleasant experience that cause me and my cat to be very stressed.

I recently returned to the neighborhood and within weeks my cat became quite ill. Dr. Osterman had been my vet many years ago and I returned to him for her care. He was kind, gentle, thoughtful, and very thorough with her, running numerous tests and going so far as to contact a liver specialist and schedule an appointment for her hospitalization care.

I very much appreciated his manner, his thoroughness, and his ease with my ill cat. I was thrilled that he was still in practice and that his level of care is as good, if not better, than it always was. I would recommend Dr. Osterman to anyone in need of a kind, smart, considerate and caring vet.

Not the first time there with my cats, and very happy with the service they provide. Decent waiting time, friendly people, and a very knowledgeable doctor. I was given all the information, options and doctors advise on further treatment. Moreover, I got a call the next morning from the doctor to make sure my cats doing better. Thank you, and, if there is a need, this is the place where I can be sure my cats are taken care of.

We love coming here with our puppy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Dr. Is very attentive and caring. They are not too expensive definitely dont overcharge. Would give them 10 stars if we could.

This is a late review from my visit in September of 2015. My dog had 3 consecutive days of diarrhea and since this was the closest animal clinic to me at the time, I brought my pup here. The clinic itself is dated, receptionist was friendly. My dog, normally friendly with vets and other humans, was repulsed and defensive when the doctor touched him, which was a red flag.

The reason why I am giving this clinic only a 1 star was because I did not feel that the doctor or the assistant genuinely cared and this is merely a business. I was a worried dog parent at the time, and whatever the doctor said, I went with it. I brought in a stool sample since my dog has had a few days of diarrhea. He examined my pup, and then stated he needed bloodwork drawn.

Of course, we all dislike blood drawn and my pup has had blood drawn in the past in other clinics, no issues. However, the doctor struggled to draw blood from my dog and stated he had to be sedated. I wasn't informed that I had to be responsible for the cost of the sedation because they were unable to obtain the blood nor was I informed of the cost of all the tests that were run until after the fact. The bill ended up being over $500. Needless to say, this clinic was more about running a business than actually caring for my pet and I will never return.

Terrible service. 2:00 appointment wasn't met until at least 2:45 with excuse or apology. That's 15 min before they close. They just want your money and don't care about your pet. UPDATE: I saw your reply and don't buy it for a second. I saw the "appointments" before me and there were no "intense" emotions as they left. And if this were true your receptionist should've and would've mentioned it when I said "I'm leaving".

You saw my appointment was just a checkup and saw no dollar signs. What you didn't know was this was a potential relationship for my pets and your vets. TERRIBLE first impression. I hope everyone reads this and sees that you DON'T care about pets, just money. That's why you let me walk out without apologizing or giving me your flimsy excuse of "intense" checkups

Dr. Osterman is the best! He took care of all my dogs and also boarded one (who I think came back better than I left him). Wholeheartedly recommend.

I needed a vet as soon as possible. When I called I got an appointment for the same day. I was a little worried because of the mixed reviews but figured I would have to test it out myself. It was the best decision I ever made! Yes i admit they are a little slow but the service was a one of the best. The vet checked my dog princess thoroughly and advised me how much treatment would come out to ahead of time. Price was not bad at all, I was happy to pay it after everything he did.

Great doc and everyone is friendly and they are great with dogs. Tho the service is a bit slow tho but the doctor is very thorough

They saved my cats life! I had taken my cat to my old vet 3 times saying that she just wasn't her self The old vet told me she was fine over and over but I knew there was something very wrong. A lady I met on the bus told me about Kings Bay Veterinary she told me how wonderful Dr O was with her cat and that his daughter was just as good. It turned out that my cat had a very bad tooth infection and that she had heart damage from it. Dr O did everything right and they were all so extra sweet with her.

She is great now and her heart is improving. I have taken our other kitty to both Dr's O and all I can say is they are both wonderful. staff is very nice and what other vet gives you their cell number in case of an emergency. I just brought in my new dog and he found out that she had Lung Worms 1st case he ever saw. I had gotten a clean bill of health on her two weeks before from a Naples FL Vet.

They didn't catch it and they have lung worms in the south. Dr O said he had never seen a single case here. Yet he caught it thus now saving her life too. What more can I say. I don't know how anyone could complain about this office Lets see Great Vet's YES, Nice and Helpful staff YES, What's not to love?

A little out of the way from my house but Doctor Osterman is so nice. He made time to see my cat and was very gentle with her. His assistant Danielle was so helpful and treated the cat as if it was her own. I would definitely take my cat here again.

The woman vet does not know how to handle cats. My cat can be a little feisty, but she's never a ferocious tiger. Instead of calming my cat down, they started grabbing her, wrapped her inside a towel, while the assistant was pretty much chocking her with her hands. My other experience with a different vet was completely opposite. Here the cat was throwing punches, growling like a tiger, while the vet and the assistant were trying to catch her and give her shots.

Too much stress for the poor animal. NOT coming back here again, that's for certain. And advice for you, pet owners: IF YOUR PET IS STRESSED, AND THE VET CAN'T HANDLE IT, LEAVE THE PLACE RIGHT AWAY.

Please don't be fooled by Dr. Osterman's quiet demeanor. I too once thought highly of this man of few words, until his gross negligence most likely resulted in the untimely death of my dog. I soon found out that the almightly dollar is what was most important to Osterman. Had I the same monetary means as both he and his partner/daughter, I would have fully pursued my civil malpractice case. The man is near retirement, so let him retire before he places another animal at risk.

Please don't be fooled by Dr. Osterman's quiet demeanor. I too once thought highly of this man of few words, until his gross negligence most likely resulted in the untimely death of my dog. I soon found out that the almighty dollar is what was most important to Osterman. Had I the same monetary means as both he and his uppity partner/daughter (she should have studied bedside manners instead of veterinary medicine), I would have fully pursued a malpractice lawsuit. The man is near retirement, so let him retire before he places another animal at risk. I sincerely hope that guilt rests with him for the remainder of his miserable life!

Very nice family run veterinary office. When we brought our first cat the vet was very good to her. Check up, in and out, no crazy bill at the end. We went back recently and again the same great service. Very clean and nice office. They even have their 2 big cats hanging out there to greet you. Oh and if you care, Lola had a perfect bill of health.
