Very great place they took in my 75lb pitbull gave him a wellness check & gave him a rabies vaccine. The 2 ladies caring for my dog brutus were great thanks for the great care.

GREAT vet care. They take great care of my daughter's Maltese dog and the prices can not be beat! Once a month they even do a half price day for shots if your pet is behind on their required shots etc. They also do boarding and are our go to place for all vet care and there are NO places that offer this level of service at the prices they charge.

I love king animal clinic, they always do a great job & are so hard working! This is the only place my little dog Rootie will let groom him, he is a handful. Love you guys! :

You will not find better place for teeth cleaning than this place. Just call them and every place charges stupid amount of money. This place is extremely reasonable and you will like their service. Staff is friendly and everything was spot on. Don't waste your time searching for a good vet. Definitely, try this place.

Best vet in Texas! The staff are friendly, the prices are unbelievably cheaper then any other vets we've ever been too, and between the staff and doctors, this place really makes you feel like family.

Always a great experience! I bring all 3 of my dogs here and even the highest anxiety one and the one who always hated men, the black one who's allergic to everything and the big grumpy old man have done AMAZING here!

They can improve by not talking about client's, coworkers and or their personal life when I was trying to make an appointment at the front desk. It's rude and unprofessional. That's why there's a break room. I'm just saying. This is the only choice I have right now to be honest. The staff should be a little more welcoming and upbeat.

Took my shi tzu in to king animal clinic because she was suffering and laboring to breathe to get her help and the doctor that tended to her came in and felt around on her and listened to her breathe and made a determination that she had a severe heart murmur and fluid buildup around her heart and within minutes gave me two prescriptions and within two days of giving her medicine to her she was up and around drinking water and eating her food again something she hadn't done in the three days prior. 5 stars to the animal clinic, and to the staff, my personal thanks for treating my little buddy like the queen that she is. Great experience all around. My dog normally hates the vet but they made her very comfortable and calm. Also extremely knowledgeable and informative.

Dr.means has taken care of four of my dogs Since I started going to him in 2015. When I had moved to Princeton. We were having some black ice and nobody was open. My little Yorky had become very lethargic and I thought I was gonna lose her. I called there and they stayed open waiting while I brought her in. They kept her for three days on IVs, and brought her back.

She was a diabetic and they helped me throughout that. They have been there through my other dogs whenever I needed something right away they always squeezed me in and took care of them. If I left messages after hours they always called me with in a timely manner. Very caring and explain everything in great detail. Was never left in the dark. I love this vet and all of the staff as well! Very knowledgeable and caring.

Friendly staff however I took my toy poodle in for grooming, the first picture is what I asked for, a teddy bear haircut, and the second picture is what I got, him looking like a rat. They also cut him.

We stopped taking our pets here because the staff is so extremely rude and just down right mean. The vet either doesn't know or doesn't care. One of the techs called me a bad name when she went to the back room after I asked for her help lifting my pets crate. Very immature and unprofessional!

I'm so grateful to finally find a kind and caring vet for my 3 dogs. When you are new to an area and it's hard to find someone you trust and I have found that here. Thank you so much.

After explaining the whole situation in detail I was put on hold. Someone else picked up (rude Asley) to tell my story again and I was put on hold again.

I held for quite a while only to have the same thing repeated. Really, I've got to keep explaining this? The excuse they're busy on Monday mornings. So I guess my dog's issue is only important when they're not busy. Long story short Ashley told me I should call someone else. This vet was Highly recommended by my neighbor. Yet, I've never had such poor customer service in my life.

I highly recommend Dr. Means at King Veterinary Clinic. He and his staff truly care about all the fur babies they see. We won’t use anyone else.

This is an amazing veterinary clinic. They've always treated us and our dogs incredibly well. We recently had to say goodbye to one of our dogs shortly after his 18th birthday. I can't say how much I appreciate the amount of patience and respect we were treated with in that moment. It truly meant the world to us. We still take our other dogs here and would never consider taking them anywhere else.

I have recommended these folks to others who have taken their pets here as well and I've always received amazing feedback from those folks. I truly cannot recommend this place enough and feel confident in saying you're gonna be pretty hard pressed to find a better vet and supporting staff that will treat you and your pets better. Love these guys!

I have been going there for years they are the absolute best. One year when It was black ice out and snow all of the vets were closed and I had an emergency, they opened for me and I got my little girl there they saved her when everyone else told me there was just no chance. I’m on the fourth dog with them they are great. And very reasonable at that

Believe it or not, this is a Yorkie! Nice clinic, good vet but DO NOT recommend groomer. He scalped the dog. There are summer cuts like Teddy Bear and other cuts which are cute, but this guy scalped him. In addition the scut wasn't even. I wish I could separate the stars because the vet is great. I would give him 5 stars but the groomer is a big negative.

My husband and I know that Max and Lexi are well cared for here. I’ve never had two dogs sooo excited to go to the vets office! Dr Means and his staff are the friendliest office we’ve ever been to. We just got a new kitten and we know he will be very well taken care of, too!

As a walk in I was treated with priority and was seen by vet within 10 minutes. They treated my dog like she was one of there own and were very thorough and kept me updated. I have never been this satisfied with a veterinarian, I will gladly call King my go to vet from here on out!

Wow, so impressed with this clinic. The staff and Dr. are so friendly. I had no wait when I arrived. The prices are very reasonable and he didn't try to over sell unnecessary treatments. I will definitely be back!

Got in same day. Dr. Wade identified the issue and would require surgery, and the cost quoted was 50 % less than Ban field. Pet. Will be scheduling very soon due to holiday trips. Reasonable fees and caring staff make for happy clients

Not happy with one of the front desk, my 12 years old daughter also felt the same thing. I didn't get the person's name, She is not warm, cold with customers. My dog got cut when they groom her, they knew it but didn't tell us. I notice it when she got back home, she is limping and felt so sad! Didn't clean the hair on her ears! Really unhappy with this place.

I think I found my vet. What a huge difference with King than what I experienced just a few days ago. My dog has become extremely ill and I tried to get her into another vets office and they were so slow although she was clearly sick and were giving priority to the scheduled visits. I understand this when people walk in just to get shots or something but when you call because you think your dog ingested something toxic and they tell you to bring them in, you shouldn't let them sit.

You should take emergencies quickly if no other reason to assess them and send to the ER. Anyway, So this morning, I called King after I picked up my dog from the hospital to do a follow up visit. They got her right in, they were so thorough with her records, checking over her, etc. and friendly to talk to. Then after all that, the bill was so reasonable, I think I gave her a look of shock. I left feeling like my dog got the best care and after a 3 day hospital stay, it was so refreshing to have a small bill.

Super friendly staff that never tries to sell you on anything or convince you that there is something wrong that isn't. Been bringing our cat here for years for their low cost shot/clinic days, and brought a new rescue dog (a ~ 1 year old chihuahua) for a checkup after adoption. I normally hold vets in the same regard as insurance salesmen, pharmaceutical reps and anyone who writes commercials that are geared to convince you that your children are going to die if you don't buy their product.

King is different. He was given a clean bill of health and only was prescribed the meds we thought he would be (flee and worm), and they were discounted lower than I thought. The visit fee was very reasonable as well. They laughed off the fact that in his excitement he pooped in the reception area. :)

My family, which includes 2 dogs, just moved to the McKinney area at the end of April. My Great Dane Pup was due for his last set of shots and rabies vaccination. After calling around to every vet and checking YELP (of course), I ended up at King Animal Clinic. This office does have a more laid back/country vibe which I am all for. Made me feel right at home.

There is a small play area for children, which I find helpful because I have had to bring along the kids this summer. Their prices are the best in the area and they are very fair with their practices. Once I had to come back the next day for something that came up over night and I was not charged for an additional office visit. I have been in more than I'd like to admit (my dogs developed allergies once we moved up here and then got sick from a dog park) but I have never felt like I was a bother or paid more than I thought was worth their services.

It almost feels like I'm getting over on THEM when I leave. Lol. I have met everyone on the staff and they are all personable, relatable folks. I've joked around with them, held conversations about our kids and dogs and never had a negative interaction. They are genuinely concerned about whatever I am concerned about, even if it's finances at the moment.

I have referred anyone who will listen here and will continue to do so. My old vet that I had been using since 2002 had some big shoes to fill, so job well done Dr. Means and staff!
