Dr. Rogoff is the best. Loves and cares for all the animals and you can tell by the way he treated my pet and me! He even called me after hours to talk about some issues we were having. Billing is reasonable as well! Great place to bring your pet family member!

SO happy with this place! I was so nervous about finding a vet and I felt like I won the jackpot with this one. The vet is great and the vet tech, Meagan, is outstanding. Took my puppy today for the first time to the this vet and I had an AMAZING experience! The doctor was great and Meagan was OUTSTANDING, so knowledgeable she really took her time to inform me of all I needed to know. The whole staff was great. The doctor answered all my questions and I had a list being a first time dog mom. Very grateful and happy to have found this great office! Thank you so much for being so kind to my little King Louie

I brought my best furry girl-pal Mabel in for the first time last week because she was acting very strange and I was worried. The staff and technicians were welcoming and compassionate. To date, Dr. Rogoff has been one of the most intuitive and knowledgeable veterinarians to see my doggo. The physical was thorough and he took his time evaluating and assessing Mabel alongside his *amazing* veterinary technician. They both answered all of my questions with patience and precision. I am happy to say that Mabel is on the mend and that I have found a new permanent vet clinic for my pets.

Went today for the first time and found such a friendly atmosphere and staff. Definitely will go back again with my cats.

Bring both my dogs (a Havanese and a Cavapoo) and my cat (a long-haired Scottish Fold) here - love Dr Rogoff and his assistants. They are kind, caring and friendly. What more could you ask for in a vet? Don't forget to say hi to Gordo while you're there!

I have to let the world know about this wonderful clinic, because what they did to save my dog was a compassion that had revitalized my hope for humanity. Not only did they save my dog from a fatal infection, of which if I have waited would have taken her life, but they acknowledged the severity of her condition and prompted on her operation as soon as the doctor got into his office.

They saw her condition as severe and didn't bother with politics or papers to save her, and all for a more than reasonable price. The compassion that Dr. Rogoff (God bless his soul) showed when he saw the distress that I was going through calmed me through the worse of my worry. I knew before she went under that she was in good hands. As a previous vet tech, and someone who knows the ins of this field, I can whole heartily say that I trust Richard P. Rogoff with my animal more than anyone I have met in the Veterinarian field. Thank you so much for saving Jazz Dogs life.

Dr. Rogoff and staff were AMAZING during my 12 week old pup's first visit! And not because he's adorable and a hit everywhere he goes, but because they genuinely love their work and patients. The office is so collaborative and friendly. We were seen immediately, the Vet Techs are knowledgeable and helpful--Thank you Meagan! Dr. Rogoff himself is an absolute prince.he performed a thorough assessment of my Baby Beau--found he had a dry coat and a small infection--he immediately shared the course of treatment, my options, and helped me decide the care.

We went home with a clear mind that nothing more serious was happening, we had vitamins and tablets to add to our regimen, and I cannot be more thankful that I have a healthy pupper.

The experience at this veterinarian was so absurd that anyone who has heard the story is in disbelief. I found this veterinarian based on reviews and being close to home. My 7 year old Chihuahua had become sick and was eating little and drinking less than usual. I called and made an appointment, and brought my dog in. I was told by Dr. Rogoff that my dog was very sick and needed immediate surgery for an overwhelming infection with pyometra (a life threatening infection of the uterus).

I asked the veterinarian to please call and discuss with my son, as I am 89 years old. My son and I discussed this diagnosis, and specifically why the dog would not have a fever with such overwhelming infection. The answer did not make much sense. The doctor's recommendation was several blood tests, and then immediate surgery. He stated that he "would need to cancel his other appointments" to do immediate surgery.

After discussion, my son and I agreed to the blood tests only, and pricing was detailed as I am on a fixed budget. The price was stated $340.00. Dr. Rogoff, who is elderly, kept commenting "that I was a very attractive woman" which was very inappropriate. The blood tests all came back normal, including the WBC which the doctor had previously stated would be severely elevated in this infection.

He stated he needed to do surgery anyway. I refused and stated I would get another opinion. (The next day my dog was completely fine. Running around, eating and drinking. It has been fine ever since.) Unrealized by myself, because of the stress at the time, I did not notice that my credit card had been run for $540.00 instead of $340.00. I of course thought this was an entry error, and called.

The receptionist started reading the itemized charges, and then became silent and said "you need to speak to Dr. Rogoff." Dr. Rogoff got on the phone and asked if the dog had surgery. I stated that it was better without surgery, to which he replied "that is impossible" and stated that "I was lying." when I reiterated that the dog was fine, I then said that actually I was calling about the credit card being run for $200.00 extra. Dr. Rogoff stated he "charged $200.00 more because it was a very emotional case for him" and that he "was upset for 2 1/2 hours after and that $80.00 per hour for that is very reasonable." It was asked to refund $200.00 of the money as that was blatantly dishonest and abusive.

He has flat out refused. There is a coupon online for free exam for new clients also, which he refused to honor. Obviously, other avenues for refund and this behavior will be pursued. Dr. Rogoff and his staff are wonderful! He is a very through doctor and takes his time with each pet. He is always sure to give you his recommendations and the best advise for anything he sees. The office is always very welcoming and is a very stress free environment. Many people don't know, but Kendall Animal Clinic is also a Cat Friendly Practice. The office offers very reasonable/average prices. I highly recommend, especially if you are looking for a very thorough doctor! :

Dr. Rogoff and his staff are fantastic. So kind, thorough and understanding. They are excellent at what they do and took great care of my cat. I learned today that he has diabetes. They will teaching me how to manage it at home. Excellent office, I highly recommend them.

The Doctor is really good with great backup personnel. My geriatric cat and now our rescue dog have received way above usual Miami vet care.

I can't say enough about how great everyone at Kendall Animal Clinic is. Dr. Rogoff and Dr. Colker are great doctors, compassionate and understanding. They have been treating my dog Snow for Kidney issues and have been wonderful through the process. The staff is the BEST!!! Denise, Hector, Samantha are all amazing. They take care of my baby and keep me informed of everything that is going on. Highly recommend Kendall Animal Clinic!

Nice and simple clinic. Very clean and bright! They know how to make a dog comfortable and to give good advices! Nice team! Parking spots available. When you have a good service you don't expect it to be cheap but I would say in average. I'm for sure going back!

Just took my yorkie Bebo for a check-up with Richard P. Rogoff, VMD and was I pleased! He was amazing! His knowledge, bedside manner, professionalism was 5 Stars. The clinic was spotless, nicely decorated and the staff quite friendly. I will continue to take Bebo and also Marley to my new found clinic.
