Services
For over 45 years, Wunder Wheels has custom-built mobility aids for handicapped dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets, sheep, goats, etc. with disabilities ranging from disk disease, arthritis, birth defects, degenerative neurological diseases, and other orthopedic injuries. Give your best friend mobility with a K9 Carts dog wheelchair and unbeatable customer service.
K-9 carts will make every effort to ship your cart within 7 business days and accessories within 2 working days. Orders will be processed in the order received without exception. If you have questions relating to carts, accessories or nursing care please call our well qualified staff for help. There is a 10 day trial period for the carts and accessories.
The general need for a K9 cart is almost always related to partial or total loss of nerve function to a limb. Other indications include: amputation or congenital defects resulting in limb loss, rehabilitation therapy to minimize weight bearing following surgery, or traumatic injury. Of course, there are many limited other reasons why your pet may have a special need for a cart.
The majority of unsuccessful dog wheelchair fittings are the results of poor measurements. If possible, ask a friend to assist you when measuring your pet. Ideally the measurements are taken with the animal standing rather than laying on his/her side. At least one person should assist when taking measurements for a small animal or two people for a larger animal.

I live in Arizona and I was doing some research on my little guys back issues. I came across your very informative website and I must say I'm very grateful for you still being in business today. We're still in limbo if hes going to actually need the support cart because hes a fighter and I want to see if he'll heal up enough to be able to really support himself on his own again. If he takes a turn for the worst you're the first place I'm calling. Thank you for all you do. Keep up the amazing work!

Dr. Parkes was wonderful! We had ordered a cart from online but it was flimsy and we returned it. We found K-9 Cart East online and they couldn't have been nicer when I called. We gave them the measurements of our dog and then we met with Dr. Parkes. They put our dog in the chair and made adjustments until Dr. Parkes felt it was just perfect! The cart was very sturdy and lightweight. I suggest this company frequently.

EDIT: I am currently in communication with the owner about my experience. He is committed to getting to the bottom of this. I bumped them from 1 star to 3 stars. If you experience anything less than 5 star service, I recommend reaching out to the owner ASAP. This company is more concerned with $$$$$ than helping your disabled dog. They will even go as far as going after you for "copy righted" material (wheelchair pictures) people post in dog health forums.

They won't let you sell or give the wheelchair YOU bought to another needy dog unless it is through their company, at least not when they catch wind of it (they have plenty of time to search online in different cities for these things) Disappointed. Shop other dog wheelchair companies, there are better wheelchairs for less money out there. I found the chair to be cheap and easily falls apart, especially for larger dogs.
