Junaluska Animal Hospital - William Snyder

We drove over from Franklin because there are no veterinarians open here on Saturday. From the minute we got there, the entire staff was so attentive, kind, and caring. It was the first time our dog has been somewhere that she didn't try to bite anybody. The level of care and compassion was tremendous, and our little dog was quickly on the mend. I highly recommend this office to anyone and everyone.

Was very pleased. Back when I was breeding Neapolitan Mastiffs, I had 5 different vets for different specialties. All of them would have seen my cats temperature and the fact she had recently had a litter and spayed her for Pyro. You decided to dig deeper and she is doing great today just from antibiotics and fluids. I was very impressed!

I highly recommend this pet hospital. They were caring and very professional. I took my dog in for an emergency and left feeling good about the diagnosis. I couldn't find a veterinarian close by my home that would see her, so I drove 55 minutes to this hospital. If I have another emergency, I will definitely call them first.

I have used Junaluska Animal Hospital for over 20 years. With my two long term Vets retiring, I was naturally nervous about how I would find the new ones. I am pleased to say that I'm very happy with the quality and care my fur babies are receiving there! The only negative is that Junaluska's charges are on the high end but I'm willing to pay it for my babies to get the best care.

If you have the opportunity, bring your fur babies here! The incredible staff at Junaluska Animal Hospital managed to squeeze my Aunt's FIVE animals into a Saturday afternoon emergency appointment (when not a single other animal hospital within a 75 mile radius of Franklin, NC could/would) and not only were they friendly and TRUE animal lovers, they also went above and beyond to ensure our animals were cared for, loved, and had bright futures (they asked to make sure the animals had good homes, loving families, and future medical care).

They communicated and worked with us so the bill didn't break our bank - for five animals it could have been a disaster anywhere else. Junaluska and Dr. Manoli really took the time to discuss the animal's and our options to ensure everyone was in the best position possible. I was truly impressed, amazed, and in awe of this agency. I hope you get to work/deal with Christine at the front desk, and Anna, who works directly with the animals - both are true angels sent from heaven. I am deeply grateful for everything Junaluska did for our fur babies and for us.

Junaluska was great, the doctor was so helpful and caring, knowledgeable and understandable. Concise plan for my pet going forward. Staff was great too, super friendly.

I wish I remembered all of the names of those that were in contact with us, but the whole team was wonderful, compassionate and helpful. We were so pleased that we could be seen on the day that we called for an emergency with our little dog, Ginger. The person on the phone who made the appointment was also extremely helpful and caring. Dr. Brewbaker was the one who examined Ginger and came out to talk to us.

She was very understanding and comforting and did an excellent job of explaining her diagnosis and how hopeful she was for a recovery. The tech who brought her out to us did an excellent job of explaining the medications. We are very appreciative to Junaluska Animal Hospital for the care that they gave our elderly dog.

We were extremely satisfied with our visit to your after hour emergency clinic. The nurse that worked with Lucky was very friendly and the way she explained the procedures that they would be doing were very understandable. The actual Veterinarian that came to the vehicle made things very understandable in what needed to be done for the next several days in order to get Lucky back to health.

Our three little boys Elijah, Silas, & Coleman would like for me to tell your staff "Thank you for helping Lucky get better because we don't know what we would do without him!" We will definitely be back in the future. Hopefully only for a checkup!

Another excellent visit with two of our pups today at Junaluska, our home away from home. We loved Dr. Reason, other than the fact he told Lacey Lou she was a little overweight (lol), but seriously, you will not find a more organized clinic or more caring and accessible Docs and staff! Sarah and Danaan were a big help handling both dogs for their annual exams today. We highly recommend this practice.

I received a new puppy which had an exam and paperwork requirements within 48 hours of physical possession. In my sleep deprived state, I was chasing my tail and the Junaluska staff helped me complete the tasks required after several missteps on my part. This puppy is an adventure!

Waited over 30 minutes after appointment was set and arrived as planned. Took over 2 hours and wish that we did not have to wait in the car in your parking lot. We could have run our other errands if you had just let us know approximately how long the procedure would have taken ahead of time, because our time matters just like yours. I started taking my fur babies to Junaluska when I was living in Waynesville. Even though I moved to Asheville, I continue to take them there as they are wonderful with my babies and always deliver quality care. They truly have your pet's best interest in mind.

Usually have good care at Junaluska animal hospital. This past Monday I called for an emergency, the girl who answered Christine was rude and told me to come at 6:40. When I arrived they did not have me down for an appt.and they wanted me to wait over an hour or come back the next day. My pup had pneumonia and was having trouble breathing. I decided to wait and I was finally taken care of. This girls needs to go! Rude and did not put my appointment down!

My Maddie is a recently diagnosed diabetic. We come on saturdays for frequent sugar checks. For some reason she's become quite nervous. Until now she's get excited and bark as we got near the facility. She's been comfortable w/the staff and they've been loving and supportive to her as well. This past weekend Dr Resson could see how nervous she was so he and his 2 assistants actually came outside and did her check out there!

Who does that? Dealing w/diabetes in dogs is new for me and has been scary and overwhelming. Dr Reason and his fabulous assistants have been nothing but supportive and reassuring. I'm thrilled to have found this practice. The best.

Had emergency with dachshund with infected dog bite - took us quickly the vet tech was wonderful and the Vet explained what could be done. Dog is fine and you guys are the best. I'm a local Realtor and I recommend your animal Hosp as the best.

Right before Thanksgiving, we took our sweet 5 year old cat, Pearl, into get checked for a large mass on her leg. We had Pearl every since she was a kitten. The news that Pearl had a terrible malignant tumor that had spread to the point that operating was not an option. The news was devasting. The kids and I could only cry. a little uncontrollably if I am honest.

The staff and vet were so kind and compassionate. We did not feel rushed and were allowed all the time we needed to say goodbye to our girl. Since we chose to stay with Pearl through the euthanasia process, the staff thoroughly explained everything to us so we knew what to expect. They were so kind. We were a mess. After her passing, they brought her to us in a tiny little cardboard coffin so we could take her home.

Inside the box, she was tenderly wrapped in a beautiful blanket. Just a few days ago, we received a lovely card from Junaluska offering the tenderest of condolences. They didn't have to do that. I am so impressed and humbled by how they treated our family that I must give them 5 stars. I highly recommend them. They are good people that love and respect the human-animal family dynamic.

We appreciated how friendly, kind, and accommodating the staff were. We didn't wait long during any element of our visit. The staff kept us updated, and the doctor was very understanding about our (extremely) senior cat and the financial concerns that are part of most any serious vet visit. We also loved that we could come in with our pet and weren't even required to wear masks. Wonderful experience!

The staff is great and I love Dr. Reason! My two dogs love him and his vet tech! He is great to answer any concerns or questions! I originally had to take them there for an emergency and after the wonderful treatment and attention we were given I switched my babies to their practice.

Helped my dog when nobody else would. We were treated with dignity and respect in an emergency situation. Everyone was so caring and compassionate even during the short staffed holidays. The price was so fair and reasonable. I am proud to say I am willing to travel from Franklin for this quality level of care. They are my new 'furever' Veterinarians & Staff.
