I've tried more than one Vet in Polson and Southshore Vet is the best. Dr. Uli is thorough, kind and very well educated. I've brought all of my puppies, dogs, cats and kittens to her for nearly 12 years now and she's still getting 5 stars from me.

Dr. Deb missed liver cancer in our dog during his annual check up, though we voiced our concerns about his significant recent weight loss and difficulty eating. She ran 0 diagnostics and her only advice: change his food. He was dead 2 weeks later. We trusted her, our pup trusted her, with his health and well being. That trust was sorely misplaced.

We can't hit rewind and undo the suffering he endured because she couldn't be bothered to do her job adequately. All we can do is to share our experience in the hope that other families can avoid a similar experience.

Excellent and compassionate staff. All four kittens had excellent surgery with no problems.

Critical: Quality Their poor diagnostic process missed my dogs pneumonia and it killed her. I talked to my vet here at home and he agreed that they did a poor job. They are nice people but not good vets.

Dr Deb and the whole veterinary team here go above and beyond! We will never forget the care and follow up care they provided for Cooper. They truly care for the pets well being! We highly recommend this wonderful team and are very thankful to have had their compassionate care!

I first visited this vet in early fall during covid. Then again three times since. I've only dropped off and picked up my dog Kelly and only briefly spoke with them at the car or on the phone. With that being said, every single staff member in person or over the phone has been absolutely professional, friendly, accommodating, courteous and most of all compassionate during the treatment and during and after the loss of kelly. I look forward to taking our puppy in for her vet needs and a time when we can actually visit the office again. I can't recommend them enough.

I will definitely be coming back. My dog was real sick they squeezed her in took care of her and we left very satisfied. The assistant was very i formative about payment options as well as alternatives for care at home. Thank you for being so kind.

Just got my puppies hank and Molly in January and they love to go to the vet. When does that ever happen? Shots every time (3) and still just love to go, tried to run back inside after they just came out. Dr. Deb is amazing! Highly recommend these animal lovers to take care of any fur baby needs.

This place is so great. Everyone is so nice and you feel at home. When our sweet baby got sick they cared for her and when she died they were very sincere and respectful. They even sent us this card and everyone signed it! We never expected to have so great service. We will be taking all the rest of our animals there from now on.
