Was late for an appointment by an hour, not realizing it. For me to be late is 100% out of character. I have had a really hard week with a family member passing and had my two small children with me, I was totally not with it in the brain department, and upset that I had made such an error especially knowing our new little husky we rescued needed to have a follow up on her surgery and me just having worries living an hour outside of town.

They fit us in anyway without my asking them too. It was a breath of fresh air and really was a plus to this week of unfortunate events. Without realizing it, their kindness in fitting us in really was so appreciated.

These individuals were phenomenal, they were so caring and considerate to my dog. They were very careful with trimming her nails and said she did very well. Dr. Bingam was amazing and is certainly a subject matter expert. I am actually excited to bring my other dog to her appointment, I know they will do a wonderful job. The employees make a great team in order to accomplish a goal and that is the care of other people's animals. Would absolutely recommend to a friend or family.

Our black lab decided to take the opportunity to eat 8.2 pounds of food and was suffering from bloat. We were at our cabin in Florence county, our daughter in law put us in touch with IMAH and they stayed open for us. Dr. Hurley did a thorough exam and x-ray and determined there was no stomach torsion and was able to treat her non- surgically. Minus 8.2 lbs. of dog food later she was good to go. The cost was reasonable and the care was excellent. We now have an away from home vet

I brought in a lethargic goat that had balance problems of which was getting worse. I called ahead of time to see if they took goats. They said yes. Got there just b4 5pm and was advised it's after hours and would be charged $200 just to be seen. I'm not turning back now. Sat for 2 hours without the goat being looked at. While waiting, my goat had 3 seizures and all I got was I'm sorry but someone else's cat came in almost dying.

I guess I get it but we had no idea what was going on with my goat and after 2 hrs with 3 seizures I don't see why my goat was any less important. Once seen the vet came in and told me she's really only a cat and dog veterinarian. In my head I was already impatient and was wondering why I wasn't told this prior to going. They ran their own blood work at the facility, gave iv and provided a steroid shot.

I found out a lot of symptoms my goat was having pointed towards goat polio. After I told the vet what I found she said that after what she "googled" she felt the same outcome... I couldn't believe she said that but I was fortunate that we have a diagnosis. I had the medication needed to treat this at home as I have a farm. They charged me on the spot while holding a limp goat that needed that medication asap over $400. Charged me for the fluid iv, steroid, extra needles, and lab work.

Personally feel this was very high in price. They gave no consideration towards my time while we sat and waited. I paid and left. The following morning the vet called told her the goat was still in same status. I called mid afternoon advised the goat is getting bad again and gave all the symptoms over a voicemail. I never got a call back from anyone even though I explained I don't think he's going to make it.

Since my confidence in the google vet was not there. I called another vet, they said he has Listeriosis and needs to get correct medication asap. With all the medication, time, needles and tons of information they charged me $140. I was so relieved to find an honest, helpful and educated vet. I called Iron mountain animal hospital back. I let the veterinarian know how I felt about her and the business they represented.

I didn't hold back all of which during this conversation the "doctor" had nothing but condescending "sorrys" and "we did what we could" I told them I'm writing a review and will share my experience. She said sorry you feel this way again in a condescending tone. I told her to go fu@k off and how the hell do you spend 8 yrs learning just dogs and cats and hung up.

Sorry not sorry about telling you off. Later, I get a call from the owner Brian Scott. I told him I already told his vet how I felt, he can talk to them I don't have the time to talk. He said well I do have the time now and I want to talk about your conversation with my vet. So, reluctantly after I told him I don't have time (I should've just hung up) I explained it all over yet again.

He told me I had no idea what I was talking about as he made small chuckles. He stated that goat has a neurological issue it was beyond their care. I disagreed and words were given back and forth on how his practice is nothing but a money maker that cares nothing but getting his pocket bigger. He called me a POS multiple times I said ok tough guy in his response he said "how about we talk about this man to man" LOL! Did he really just say that? Yes, he did and during the conversation Brian said it a few more times.

I asked him what he means by that? but would not literate. I told Bryan flat out if he's looking for a fight I'd kick his a$$ if that's where he's going with his "man to man" talk. I may not have been the most proper or pleasant person to talk to during this but when you cannot except feedback, give excuses, chuckling, misdiagnose and your condescending tone throughout an initial conversion you're just adding fuel to the fire. This is the most unprofessional and uneducated veterinarian office I've ever dealt with.

Stopped in to have my girlfiends dogs leg checked out. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. We went in on emergency checkup so the wait was a little long but that was to be expected. Diagnosis went well. Would definitely recommend

Thank you once again for the sincere, loving care you gave to my tiny 14.5 year old fur baby. Knowing the severity of my separation anxiety you took her in for bloods and senior wellness and refilled all of her heart medicines so efficiently and keeping in touch with me so often during the visit. We both left the visit relaxed and truly feeling fortunate to have you there for the both of us. God Bless you all.

Took my new puppy there, and was very happy with the service. The vet was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Very willing to answer all questions I had. The staff was very friendly and helpful also. Everything was explained to me so I completely understood what was to happen and why. So glad I took my puppy there.

I took my dog of 10 years in for a large massy lump in his leg. Three hours later Dr. Hurley had successfully removed the lump and she and her staff carried all 100 pounds of him to my car. I can't thank her enough.she quickly diagnosed the issue and saw an opening in the schedule. She made the correct call as it was likely cancerous. I think she may have saved his life and I can't thank her enough!

EVERYONE from the receptionist to the docs are focused on service. Service to both the animal and owner. We have never been left with the feeling of not understanding the care given nor the reason why. They are good listeners and problem solvers. Professionals.

Took immediate care of my cat and even sent home preventative treatment for my other cats. Definitely recommend the vet Andrea over there. She always takes care of my pets. One of the only ones in the area who takes Guinea pigs as well!

My dying pup was taken there 2 days ago and was inside their facility for all of literally 10 minutes before bringing him back out and having me rush him to the ER in Appleton for severe head trauma that they understandably couldn’t treat ! They said I needed a referral to go there but found out that was a lie ! They passed judgement & assumed I wouldn’t pay my bill so therefore in the midst of me panicking and him fighting for his life lied and said I needed a referral for an emergency room & threatened not to give me my dying puppy & to put help for him on hold !

After I paid the over 400 dollar bill to Iron Mountain Animal Hospital they said they were calling fox valley to put In our referral which never happened, also I asked for an itemized list on what they could have possibly done in 10 minutes for 400 dollars & then they proceeded to tell me they don’t like my attitude & that my pup can’t come back there for follow up after he was released from 2 days of hospitalization in Appleton...anyhow on the way to Appleton I called the ER myself and was welcomed with open arms and my pet was treated awesome by their staff !

Just moved to this area along with Sophie, my 18 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback mix. Everyone at the hospital was very helpful and patient. Coming from Albuquerque, we're familiar with curbside service and understand why it's done. Sophie will continue with all her visits here. The staff said Sophie was a really good girl! Thank you so much!

We have taken our pets to this facility and these Dr's for several years. We have had a break in owning get a pet for awhile and haven't been to the new building. My first thought was they have grown so big maybe the care would be as professional and personal. WAS I WRONG! I brought our Lucy in today to get spayed and everyone was so nice and caring, from the front desk to the Dr's. They sure love our animals when they are treating them, and that means a lot to us. THANK YOU IRON MOUNTAIN ANIMAL HOSPITAL!
